1欧洲木质纤维素生物质精炼的现状与前景显示文摘2012年,欧洲生物经济战略正式启动,欧盟正式将生物经济定义为:利用和生产可再生生物质资源,并将这些资源和一些废弃物转化为高附加值的生物质产品的经济模式。在该战略及其有关方案的推动下,生物质精炼逐渐成为未来生物经济的重要组成部分。目前,欧洲共有40多家木质纤维素生物质精炼厂,本文主要介绍生物质精炼领域的关键要素,包括原料来源、加工方法和生物质产品市场等,以及这一新产业面临的挑战和未来的发展机遇。欧盟旨在支持该行业实现气候和生物质能源目标,推动欧洲范围内生物质精炼以及生物经济的发展,在一定程度上也为其他国家和地区发展生物经济提供了蓝本。宋雯琪(编译) Shady S.Hassan Gwilym A.Williams Amit K.Jaiswa 2020中华纸业2020,41,5:2

5Bayesian Analysis in Partially Accelerated Life Tests for Weighted Lomax Distribution显示文摘Accelerated life testing has been widely used in product life testing experiments because it can quickly provide information on the lifetime distributions by testing products or materials at higher than basic conditional levels of stress,such as pressure,temperature,vibration,voltage,or load to induce early failures.In this paper,a step stress partially accelerated life test(SSPALT)is regarded under the progressive type-II censored data with random removals.The removals from the test are considered to have the binomial distribution.The life times of the testing items are assumed to follow lengthbiased weighted Lomax distribution.The maximum likelihood method is used for estimating the model parameters of length-biased weighted Lomax.The asymptotic confidence interval estimates of the model parameters are evaluated using the Fisher information matrix.The Bayesian estimators cannot be obtained in the explicit form,so the Markov chain Monte Carlo method is employed to address this problem,which ensures both obtaining the Bayesian estimates as well as constructing the credible interval of the involved parameters.The precision of the Bayesian estimates and the maximum likelihood estimates are compared by simulations.In addition,to compare the performance of the considered confidence intervals for different parameter values and sample sizes.The Bootstrap confidence intervals give more accurate results than the approximate confidence intervals since the lengths of the former are less than the lengths of latter,for different sample sizes,observed failures,and censoring schemes,in most cases.Also,the percentile Bootstrap confidence intervals give more accurate results than Bootstrap-t since the lengths of the former are less than the lengths of latter for different sample sizes,observed failures,and censoring schemes,in most cases.Further performance comparison is conducted by the experiments with real data.Rashad Bantan Amal S.Hassan Ehab Almetwally M.Elgarhy Farrukh Jamal Christophe Chesneau Mahmoud Elsehetry 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,9:0
6SOLUTION OF THE RAYLEIGH PROBLEM FOR A POWER-LAW NON-NEWTONIAN CONDUCTING FLUID VIA GROUP METHOD显示文摘An investigation is made of the magnetic Rayleigh problem where a semi_infinite plate is given an impulsive motion and thereafter moves with constant velocity in a non_Newtonian power law fluid of infinite extent. The solution of this highly non_linear problem is obtained by means of the transformation group theoretic approach. The one_parameter group transformation reduces the number of independent variables by one and the governing partial differential equation with the boundary conditions reduce to an ordinary differential equation with the appropriate boundary conditions. 7Lattice Boltzmann Simulation of Magnetic Field Effect on Electrically Conducting Fluid at Inclined Angles in Rayleigh-Bénard Convection显示文摘The magneto-hydrodynamics(MHD)effect is studied at different inclined angles in Rayleigh-Bénard(RB)convection inside a rectangular enclosure using the lattice Boltzmann method(LBM).The enclosure is filled with electrically conducting fluids of different characteristics.These characteristics are defined by Prandtl number,Pr.The considered Pr values for this study are 10 and 70.The influence of other dimensionless parameters Rayleigh numbers Ra=10^(3);10^(4);10^(5);10^(6) and Hartmann numbers Ha=0,10,25,50,100,on fluid flow and heat transfer,are also investigated considering different inclined anglesφof magnetic field by analyzing computed local Nusselt numbers and average Nusselt numbers.The results of the study show the undoubted prediction capability of LBM for the current problem.The simulated results demonstrate that the augmentation in heat transfer is directly related to Ra values,but it is opposite while observing the characteristics of Ha values.However,it is also found thatφhas a significant impact on heat transfer for different fluids.Besides,isotherms are found to be always parallel to the horizontal axis at Ra=10^(3) as conduction overcomes the convection in the heat transfer,but this behaviour is not seen at Ra=10^(4) when Ha>25.Furthermore,at Ra=10^(6),oscillatory instability appears but LBM is still able to provide a complete map of this predicted behavior.An appropriate validation with previous numerical studies demonstrates the accuracy of the present approach.T.Ahmed S.Hassan M.F.Hasan M.M.Molla M.A.Taher S.C.Saha 2021Energy Engineering2021,118,1:0
8Generalized Marshall Olkin Inverse Lindley Distribution with Applications显示文摘In this article,a new generalization of the inverse Lindley distribution is introduced based on Marshall-Olkin family of distributions.We call the new distribution,the generalized Marshall-Olkin inverse Lindley distribution which offers more flexibility for modeling lifetime data.The new distribution includes the inverse Lindley and the Marshall-Olkin inverse Lindley as special distributions.Essential properties of the generalized Marshall-Olkin inverse Lindley distribution are discussed and investigated including,quantile function,ordinary moments,incomplete moments,moments of residual and stochastic ordering.Maximum likelihood method of estimation is considered under complete,Type-I censoring and Type-II censoring.Maximum likelihood estimators as well as approximate confidence intervals of the population parameters are discussed.A comprehensive simulation study is done to assess the performance of estimates based on their biases and mean square errors.The notability of the generalized Marshall-Olkin inverse Lindley model is clarified by means of two real data sets.The results showed the fact that the generalized Marshall-Olkin inverse Lindley model can produce better fits than power Lindley,extended Lindley,alpha power transmuted Lindley,alpha power extended exponential and Lindley distributions.Rashad Bantan Amal S.Hassan Mahmoud Elsehetry 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,9:0
9年轻视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者的临床进程显示文摘目的描述55岁以下的视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CR-VO)患者的临床进程。设计和方法回顾性非比较性的连续病例分析。复习了67例患者的人口统计学、影像、临床和视力数据。对其中随访6个月以上(平均29.2个月)的病例资料进行了统计学分析。主要结果测定最佳矫正视力和眼内新生血管形成的发病率。结果在连续的67例(男性55%,平均年龄45岁)患者中,视力平均为20/50。其中45例(67%)患者被查出至少有1种全身性疾病。在57例随访6个月以上的患者中,最终视力20/40(含)以上的占42%,20/50-20/100的占18%,20/200(含)以下的占40%.在CRVO发病的3-6个月内,绝大部分患者出现了视力减退。在发病的12个月以后,出现视力提高的极少见。就诊视力在20/40(含)以上的22例患者中,36%的患者在最近的1次检查中视力下降到了20/400甚至更低。就诊视力在20/200-20/400的10例患者中,8例视力提高到20/60甚至更高。就诊视力在数指或者更差的6例患者中,没有1例视力得到改善。在CRVO发病的1-9个月内,10例(18%)患者被诊断为眼内新生血管形成。其中前节新生血管形成的患者有6例(11%),包括3例(5%)新生血管性青光眼。新生血管形成的发生与患者的性别、年龄、有无伴随疾病、症状的持续时间和就诊视力均没有明显关系。结论年轻患者的CRVO有着多变的临床过程?Franco M.Recchia Cynthia A.Carvalho-Recchia Tarek S.Hassan 2005眼科新进展2005,25,3:0
10Zubair Lomax Distribution:Properties and Estimation Based on Ranked Set Sampling显示文摘In this article,we offer a new adapted model with three parameters,called Zubair Lomax distribution.The new model can be very useful in analyzing and modeling real data and provides better fits than some others new models.Primary properties of the Zubair Lomax model are determined by moments,probability weighted moments,Renyi entropy,quantile function and stochastic ordering,among others.Maximum likelihood method is used to estimate the population parameters,owing to simple random sample and ranked set sampling schemes.The behavior of the maximum likelihood estimates for the model parameters is studied using Monte Carlo simulation.Criteria measures including biases,mean square errors and relative efficiencies are used to compare estimates.Regarding the simulation study,we observe that the estimates based on ranked set sampling are more efficient compared to the estimates based on simple random sample.The importance and flexibility of Zubair Lomax are validated empirically in modeling two types of lifetime data.Rashad Bantan Amal S.Hassan Mahmoud Elsehetry 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,12:0
11Power Inverted Topp–Leone Distribution in Acceptance Sampling Plans显示文摘We introduce a new two-parameter model related to the inverted Topp–Leone distribution called the power inverted Topp–Leone(PITL)distribution.Major properties of the PITL distribution are stated;including;quantile measures,moments,moment generating function,probability weighted moments,Bonferroni and Lorenz curve,stochastic ordering,incomplete moments,residual life function,and entropy measure.Acceptance sampling plans are developed for the PITL distribution,when the life test is truncated at a pre-specified time.The truncation time is assumed to be the median lifetime of the PITL distribution with pre-specified factors.The minimum sample size necessary to ensure the specified life test is obtained under a given consumer’s risk.Numerical results for given consumer’s risk,parameters of the PITL distribution and the truncation time are obtained.The estimation of the model parameters is argued using maximum likelihood,least squares,weighted least squares,maximum product of spacing and Bayesian methods.A simulation study is confirmed to evaluate and compare the behavior of different estimates.Two real data applications are afforded in order to examine the flexibility of the proposed model compared with some others distributions.The results show that the power inverted Topp–Leone distribution is the best according to the model selection criteria than other competitive models.Tahani A.Abushal Amal S.Hassan Ahmed R.El-Saeed Said G.Nassr 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,4:0
12Entropy Bayesian Analysis for the Generalized Inverse Exponential Distribution Based on URRSS显示文摘This paper deals with the Bayesian estimation of Shannon entropy for the generalized inverse exponential distribution.Assuming that the observed samples are taken from the upper record ranked set sampling(URRSS)and upper record values(URV)schemes.Formulas of Bayesian estimators are derived depending on a gamma prior distribution considering the squared error,linear exponential and precautionary loss functions,in addition,we obtain Bayesian credible intervals.The random-walk Metropolis-Hastings algorithm is handled to generate Markov chain Monte Carlo samples from the posterior distribution.Then,the behavior of the estimates is examined at various record values.The output of the study shows that the entropy Bayesian estimates under URRSS are more convenient than the other estimates under URV in the majority of the situations.Also,the entropy Bayesian estimates perform well as the number of records increases.The obtained results validate the usefulness and efficiency of the URV method.Real data is analyzed for more clarifying purposes which validate the theoretical results.Amer I.Al-Omari Amal S.Hassan Heba F.Nagy Ayed R.A.Al-Anzi Loai Alzoubi 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,12:0
13Preventive role of chamomile fl owers and fennel seeds extracts against liver injury and oxidative stress induced by an immunosuppressant drug in rats显示文摘Aim:The present study was conducted to investigate the protective effect of chamomile fl owers methanolic extract(CFME)and fennel seeds methanolic extract(FSME)on azathioprine(AZA),an immunosuppressant drug,which induced a liver injury and oxidative stress in rats.Methods:Rats were divided into 6 groups(8 rats each)and treated orally for 28 consecutive days as follows.Group 1:rats were given normal saline and used as controls;group 2:rats treated with CFME(200 mg/kg);group 3:rats treated with FSME(200 mg/kg);group 4:rats treated with AZA(25 mg/kg);and groups 5 and 6:rats treated with CFME(200 mg/kg)or FSME(200 mg/kg)15 min prior to AZA(25 mg/kg)treatment.At the end of experimental period,blood and liver samples were collected from all groups for biochemical analysis and histological examination.Results:The obtained data revealed that AZA-induced hepatic injury in the rats as evidenced by the signifi cant increase in serum aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,cholesterol,and direct bilirubin as well as hepatic malondialdehyde level accompanied with signifi cant decrease in reduced glutathione content and total antioxidant capacity in the liver.Moreover,body weight gain showed the signifi cant decrease and relative liver weight showed the signifi cant increase on AZA treatment.The sequential signifi cant changes in biochemical parameters were accompanied by severe histological changes in the liver tissue,including hepatocytes disorganization with pyknotic nuclei,fatty degeneration,congestion,fi brosis,and bile duct necrosis around the portal tract.The areas of hemorrhages in blood vessels and in between hepatocytes were also seen.However,the results showed the potential hepatoprotective effects of CFME and FSME against AZA-induced liver injury and oxidative stress.They succeeded in restoring the biochemical parameters and improving the histological picture of the liver.This improvement was more pronounced in the rats pretreated with FSME.Conclusion:It could be concluded that CFME and FSME have hepatoprotective potentials against AZA probably due to their antioxidant properties and radical scavenging activity.Fathia A.Mannaa Nagi A.Ibrahim Soliman S.Ibrahim Khaled G.Abdel-Wahhab Nabila S.Hassan Saida G.Mohammed 2015Hepatoma Research2015,1,1:0
14Metastability of Ising spin chains with nearest—neighbour and next—nearest—neighbour interactions in random fields显示文摘One-dimensional Ising systems in random fields(RFs) are studied taking into account the nearest-neighbour and next-nearest-neighbour interactions.We investigate two distributions of RFs:binary and Gaussian distributions.We consider four cases of the exchange couplings:ferro-ferromagnetic(F-F),ferro-antiferromagnetic(F-AF),The energy minima of chains of no more than 30 spins with periodic boundary conditions are analysed exactly.We found that the average number of energy minima grows exponentially with the number of spins in both cases of RFs.The energy distributions across the corresponding energy minima are shown.The effects of RFs on both the average and density of metastable states are explained.For a weak RF.the energy distributions display a multipartitioned structure.We also discuss the frustration effect due to RFs and exchange fields.Finally,the distributions of magnetization are calculated.The absolute value of magnetization averaged over all metastable states decreases logarithmically with the number of spins.G.Ismail S.Hassan 2002Chinese Physics B2002,11,9:0
15Kumaraswamy Inverted Topp–Leone Distribution with Applications to COVID-19 Data显示文摘In this paper, an attempt is made to discover the distributionof COVID-19 spread in different countries such as;Saudi Arabia, Italy,Argentina and Angola by specifying an optimal statistical distribution for analyzing the mortality rate of COVID-19. A new generalization of the recentlyinverted Topp Leone distribution, called Kumaraswamy inverted Topp–Leonedistribution, is proposed by combining the Kumaraswamy-G family and theinverted Topp–Leone distribution. We initially provide a linear representationof its density function. We give some of its structure properties, such as quantile function, median, moments, incomplete moments, Lorenz and Bonferronicurves, entropies measures and stress-strength reliability. Then, Bayesian andmaximum likelihood estimators for parameters of the Kumaraswamy invertedTopp–Leone distribution under Type-II censored sample are considered.Bayesian estimator is regarded using symmetric and asymmetric loss functions. As analytical solution is too hard, behaviours of estimates have beendone viz Monte Carlo simulation study and some reasonable comparisonshave been presented.
