1Energy-Efficient UAV Trajectory Design for Backscatter Communication: A Deep Reinforcement Learning Approach显示文摘Recently,backscatter communication(BC)has been introduced as a green paradigm for Internet of Things(IoT).Meanwhile,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)can serve as aerial base stations(BSs)to enhance the performance of BC system thanks to their high mobility and flexibility.In this paper,we investigate the problem of energy efficiency(EE)for an energy-limited backscatter communication(BC)network,where backscatter devices(BDs)on the ground harvest energy from the wireless signal of a flying rotary-wing quadrotor.Specifically,we first reformulate the EE optimization problem as a Markov decision process(MDP)and then propose a deep reinforcement learning(DRL)algorithm to design the UAV trajectory with the constraints of the BD scheduling,the power reflection coefficients,the transmission power,and the fairness among BDs.Simulation results show the proposed DRL algorithm achieves close-to-optimal performance and significant EE gains compared to the benchmark schemes.Yiwen Nie Junhui Zhao Jun Liu Jing Jiang Ruijin Ding 2020China Communications2020,17,10:5
2A potential red-emitting phosphor Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):Eu^(3+):Luminescence properties,thermal stability and applications for white LEDs显示文摘A novel red-emitting phosphor tantalate Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):Eu^(3+)was synthesized by a solid-state reaction.The purity and surface morphology of the phosphors were characterized.The Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphors show a sharp emission peak at 612 nm under near-ultraviolet(n-UV) at 395 nm because of the ^(5)D0→^(7)F_(2) transition of Eu^(3+).The optimal Eu^(3+)doping concentration in Ca_(2)YTaO_(6) is 40 mol% and the critical energy-transfer distance of Eu^(3+)ions was calculated to be 0.9 nm.The emission spectra of Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):Eu_(3+)from 300 to 480 K were investigated.The thermal-quenching temperature(T_(0.5)) of Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):Eu^(3+)is above 480 K.The color purity of Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):40 mol%Eu^(3+)is as high as 99.8%.The luminescence lifetime of Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):40 mol%Eu^(3+)was also discussed.The high color purity and high thermal stability of Eu^(3+)-doped Ca_(2)YTaO_(6) phosphors contribute to its application value in white lightemitting diodes(w-LEDs).Ka Ding Siru A Shuo Pang Leyan Shan Yaqi Zhang Pengfei Sun Bin Deng Ruijin Yu 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,7:4

4Classification Method for Mechanical Defects in GIS Equipment Based on Mode Function Analysis and Improved Relevance Vector Machines显示文摘Mechanical defects,in gas-insulated switchgear(GIS)equipment,have weak response characteristics,leading to significant difficulties in the classification of defects.Therefore,this paper proposes a novel mechanical defect feature extraction and classification method that combines independent intrinsic mode function(IIMF)analysis and an improved multikernel mapping fast multi-classification relevance vector machine(MKF-mRVM).Enlightened by the differences in the GIS operating vibration mode,the IIMF series were first obtained based on regenerated phase-shifted sinusoid-assisted empirical mode decomposition(RPSEMD)and modal judgments.Then singular value decomposition and time-frequency conversions were performed to construct combined feature matrices.Finally,multikernel mapping and domain sampling were introduced to improve the calculation speed and recognition accuracy of the mRVM,which was more suitable for on-line monitoring.Results show that the proposed RPSEMD-MKF-mRVM model achieves a faster training speed(14.23 s)and higher accuracy(98.21%)than other algorithms,and it can adapt to variable loads.Yao Zhong Jian Hao Xupeng Wang Ruijin Liao Ruilei Gong Yilin Ding 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,2:0
