1Effect of Ce doping into V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2) catalysts on the selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x) by NH_(3)显示文摘In this work, the effectiveness of V_2O_5-WO_3/TiO_2 catalysts modified with different CeO_2 contents by impregnation and co-precipitation methods on the selective catalytic reduction of NOxby NH3 have been studied comparatively by various experimental techniques. The results showed that the NO conversion of V_2O_5-WO_3/CeO_2-TiO_2 catalysts modified by co-precipitation method obviously increased with the Ce doping contents in the studied range below 20%(All Ce contents are in mass fractions), but the NO conversion of V_2O_5-WO_3/CeO_2/TiO_2 catalysts modified by impregnation methods was lower than V_2O_5-WO_3/CeO_2-TiO_2 catalysts especially beyond 2.5% Ce doping contents. The V_2O_5-WO_3/CeO_2-TiO_2 catalysts showed better SCR activity, wider reaction window, and higher sulfur and water resistance. The characterization results elucidated that the modified catalysts by co-precipitation method exhibited higher specific surface area, much better dispersity of Ce component, more Ce^(3+)species and more Br?nsted acid sites than that by impregnation. The vacancies caused by more Ce^(3+)species were favorable for more NO oxidation to NO_2, and the interaction between Ce species and WOxspecies generated more Br?nsted acid sites. It could be supposed that dispersed Ce Oxspecies and WOxspecies offered more second active centers respectively to adsorb oxygen and activate ammonia as co-catalysis to the primary active center of V ions, thus facilitated the better SCR activity of modified V_2O_5-WO_3/CeO_2-TiO_2 catalysts by coprecipitation methods. 2Western medication plus Traditional Chinese Medicine preparations in patients with chronic heart failure:a prospective,single-blind,randomized,controlled,and multicenter clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) of Western medication plus Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) preparations.METHODS: This prospective, single-blind, randomized, controlled, and multicenter clinical trial began on September 17, 2008, and was completed on June 25, 2011. A total of 340 inpatients, aged 40-79 years, with exacerbating CHF from 10 hospitals were enrolled and randomly allocated within 24 h of admission. The trial included three intervention periods. During hospitalization, the control group received western medication for CHF and the treatment group received Danhong injection with Shenfu injection or Shenmai injection. After discharge,all patients were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsules and Buyiqiangxin tablets or a placebo for 6 months. After the 6-month intervention, both groups received only continuous western medication. The primary endpoint was all-cause mortality.The efficacy assessments were as follows: B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP), Lee's HF score, the 6-minute walking test(6 MWT), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), and the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ). The safety assessments were as follows: blood and urine routine examination, hepatic and renal function, electrolytes in blood and adverse events.RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the treatment group showed a 30.99% reduction in all-cause mortality and an improved survival rate.The treatment group showed greater improvement in 6 MWT(P = 0.02) than the control group on discharge, after 12-month follow-up, there was a time-group interaction for MLHFQ(P = 0.03). 3Effect of Gd addition on mechanical and microstructural properties of Mg-xGd-2.6Nd-0.5Zn-0.5Zr cast alloys显示文摘The Mg-xGd-2.6Nd-0.5Zn-0.5Zr(x=0,3.0,4.5 and 6.0,wt.%)alloys were prepared by gravity casting and then T6 treatment.Microstructures of the alloy were observed using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.Results show that the as-cast alloys contained network Mg3Gd phases,blocky and needle-like Mg12(Nd,Gd)phases.The a(Zr)particle inclusions in the a(Mg)matrix are also observed.Content of the secondary phases decreases as Gd content increases.Tensile test results show that the tensile and yield strengths of all the alloys increase as Gd content increases under the as-cast and T6 conditions,but the elongation exhibits the opposite trend.The blocky Mg12(Nd,Gd)phases appear and act as crack initiator and deteriorates the experimental alloys’ductility with the increase of Gd content,especially as Gd content increases to 6.0 wt.%,so the Mg-6.0Gd-2.6Nd-0.5Zn-0.5Zr alloy has the lowest elongation value compared to the other alloys studied.After T6 treatment,the Mg-4.5Gd-2.6Nd-0.5Zn-0.5Zr alloy exhibits the optimal mechanical properties both at room temperature and 250℃.Liang Zhan Yi-zhi Le Zhi-jun Feng Yan-chun Lou Ming Ruan Hua-wen Li 2020China Foundry2020,17,3:6

5Blue AIEgens bearing triphenylethylene peripheral:adjustable intramolecular conjugation and good device performance显示文摘The new approaches to construct deep blue aggregation-induced emission(AIE) materials have been explored, which control the conjugation by two different strategies, to make a great step for the commercialization of organic light-emitting diodes. In order to shorten the intramolecular conjugation length, triphenylethylene(t PE)was utilized to construct blue AIEgens as peripheral groups,instead of tetraphenylethylene(TPE), the famous AIE star molecule, to yield three blue AIEgens of 3,4-Bt PE-PI, 4,4-Bt PE-PI and 4,4-Bt PE-PPI. 12ZNF3 regulates proliferation,migration and invasion through MMP1 and TWIST in colorectal cancer显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a malignant tumor with a high incidence and mortality worldwide.Currently,the underlying molecular mechanisms of CRC are still unclear.Zinc finger protein 3(ZNF3)is a zinc-finger transcription factor that has been reported as a candidate for breast cancer prognosis,suggesting its involvement in the regulation of tumorigenesis.However,the association between ZNF3 and CRC remains unknown.To investigate the role of ZNF3 in CRC,we first analyze the correlation between ZNF3 expression and CRC,and the results demonstrate that ZNF3 is highly expressed in CRC tissue and cells,which is associated with the age of CRC patients.In vitro studies show that ZNF3 overexpression promotes CRC cell migration.Compared to control cells,knockdown of ZNF3 markedly suppresses CRC cell proliferation,migration and invasion and promotes G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest.The expressions of the EMT-related markers TWIST and MMP1 are significantly decreased when ZNF3 is silenced.Additionally,overexpression of MMP1 and TWIST exacerbates CRC cell proliferation,accelerates the S phase cell cycle in ZNF3-knockdown SW480 cells,and increases cell migration and invasion through Transwell chambers.These data suggest that ZNF3 is involved in cellular proliferation,migration and invasion by regulating MMP1 and TWIST in CRC cells.Le Du Ning Liu Jianfeng Jin Meng Cao Yuantian Sun Xinzheng Gao Banzhan Ruan Shangfeng Yang Dongsheng Ge Yingzhuan Ye Yinxi Zhou Erfei Chen Jin Yang 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,12:1

16Standardized Evaluation of Camera-based Driver State Monitoring Systems显示文摘Driver state sensing technologies, such as vehicular systems, start to be widely considered by automotive manufacturers. To reduce the cost and minimize the intrusiveness towards driving, the majority of these systems rely on the in-cabin camera(s) and other optical sensors. With their great capabilities in detecting and intervening of driver distraction and inattention,these technologies may become key components in future vehicle safety and control systems. However, to the best of our knowledge,currently, there is no common standard available to objectively compare the performance of these technologies. Thus, it is imperative to develop one standardized process for evaluation purposes.In this paper, we propose one systematic and standardized evaluation process after successfully addressing three difficulties:1) defining and selecting the important influential individual and environmental factors, 2) countering the effects of individual differences and randomness in driver behaviors, and 3) building a reliable in-vehicle driver head motion tracking tool to collect ground-truth motion data. We have collected data on a large scale on a commercial driver state-sensing platform. For each subject, 30 to 40 minutes of head motion data was collected and included variables, such as lighting conditions, head/face features,and camera locations. The collected data was analyzed based on a proposed performance measure.
