| 2 | Control method for multi-input multi-output non-Gaussian random vibration test with cross spectra consideration显示文摘A control method for Multi-Input Multi-Output(MIMO) non-Gaussian random vibration test with cross spectra consideration is proposed in the paper. The aim of the proposed control method is to replicate the specified references composed of auto spectral densities, cross spectral densities and kurtoses on the test article in the laboratory. It is found that the cross spectral densities will bring intractable coupling problems and induce difficulty for the control of the multioutput kurtoses. Hence, a sequential phase modification method is put forward to solve the coupling problems in multi-input multi-output non-Gaussian random vibration test. To achieve the specified responses, an improved zero memory nonlinear transformation is utilized first to modify the Fourier phases of the signals with sequential phase modification method to obtain one frame reference response signals which satisfy the reference spectra and reference kurtoses. Then, an inverse system method is used in frequency domain to obtain the continuous stationary drive signals. At the same time, the matrix power control algorithm is utilized to control the spectra and kurtoses of the response signals further. | 3 | Operational modal parameter identification with colored noise excitation显示文摘Operational Modal Analysis(OMA) refers to the modal analysis of a structure in its operating state. The advantage of OMA is that only the output vibration signal of a system is used in the analysis process. Classic OMA is based on the white noise excitation assumption and many identification methods have been developed in both time domain and frequency domain. But in reality, many environmental excitations are not compliance with the white noise assumption. In this paper, a method of half power bandwidth analysis is applied to power spectrum analysis to deal with the colored noise and trapezoidal spectral excitation. The modal frequencies and modal damping ratios are derived and the error caused by trapezoidal spectral and colored noise excitation are analyzed. It is proved that the OMA algorithm based on the white noise assumption can be extended to the colored noise environments under certain conditions. | 4 | Carbon interstitial defects causing emission red shift in YAG:Ce phosphor:First-principles calculation显示文摘Y_3 Al_5 O_(12):Ce3+ is the most famous phosphor material due to its excellent photolumincent properties.Here,through first-principles calculation,the effect of carbon interstitial defects on Y_3 Al_5 O_(12):Ce3+phosphor was investigated. It is found that the carbon interstitials tend to occupy the next-nearest sites of Ce^(3+) ion in Y_3 Al_5 O_(12):Ce3+ lattice. Specially,these interstitial defects can shorten the Ce3+-O^(2-) bond length, leading to a larger crystal field splitting of 5 d orbital of the Ce^(3+) atom and bigger 5 d centroid shift.These two factors cause the emission spectrum of Y_3 Al_5 O_(12)(C):Ce^(3+) red shift compared with that of Y_3 Al_5 O_(12):Ce3+. Moreover, with our comparison experiment, we find that the Y_3 Al_5 O_(12)(C):Ce3+ has an obvious red shift compared with that of Y_3 Al_5 O_(12):Ce^(3+) system,which is in accord with our first principles calculation. | 5 | Stationary non-Gaussian random vibration control:A review显示文摘This paper presents a review of the various methods for the stationary non-Gaussian random vibration control.Random vibration tests can be divided,according to the number of exciters,in single-shaker tests and multiple-shaker tests.In the stationary non-Gaussian random vibration test,the time and frequency domain characteristics of the responses should be controlled independently and simultaneously.Skewness and kurtosis are usually selected as the nonGaussian time control references(targets)while power spectral density is the frequency domain control procedure before it recalls the concepts of non-Gaussianity.Then,the generation of a one frame stationary non-Gaussian random signal for both the single and multiple shakers are reviewed.The commonly used methods for the single non-Gaussian random signal generation in the random vibration test are memoryless nonlinear transformation,phase modification and Filtered Poisson process.For the multiple-shaker case,the sequential phase modification and memoryless nonlinear transformation are used to generate one frame coupled multi-channel non-Gaussian random signal.In order to obtain a stationary and consecutive dynamic input,the time domain randomization procedure is introduced with high computational efficiency and its influences on the skewness and kurtosis are analyzed.Finally,two existing problems in the non-Gaussian random vibration control are addressed. | Ronghui ZHENG Guoping CHEN Huaihai CHEN | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,1: | 1 |

| 10 | Mitigating growth-stress tradeoffs via elevated TOR signaling in rice显示文摘Rice production accounts for approximately half of the freshwater resources utilized in agriculture,result-ing in greenhouse gas emissions such as methane(CH4)from flooded paddy fields.To address this chal-lenge,environmentally friendly and cost-effective water-saving techniques have become widely adopted in rice cultivation.However,the implementation of water-saving treatments(WsTs)in paddy-field rice has been associated with a substantial yield loss of up to 50%as well as a reduction in nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).In this study,we discovered that the target of rapamycin(TOR)signaling pathway is compromised in rice under WsT.Polysome profiling-coupled transcriptome sequencing(polysome-seq)analysis unveiled a substantial reduction in global translation in response to WST associated with the downregulation of TOR activity.Molecular,biochemical,and genetic analyses revealed new insights into the impact of the positive TOR-S6K-RPS6 and negative TOR-MAF1 modules on translation repression under WST.Intriguingly,ammonium exhibited a greater ability to alleviate growth constraints under WsT by enhancing TOR signaling,which simultaneously promoted uptake and utilization of ammonium and nitrogen allocation.We further demonstrated that TOR modulates the ammonium transporter AMT1;1 as well as the amino acid permease APP1 and dipeptide transporter NPF7.3 at the translational level through the 5'untranslated region.Collectively,these findings reveal that enhancing TOR signaling could mitigate rice yield penalty due to WST by regulating the processes involved in protein synthesis and NUE.Our study will contribute to the breeding of new rice varieties with increased water and fertilizer utilization efficiency. | Wei Li Jiaqi Liu Zeqi Li Ruiqiang Ye Wenzhen Chen Yuqing Huang Yue Yuan Yi Zhang Huayi Hu Peng Zheng Zhongming Fang Zeng Tao Shiyong Song Ronghui Pan Jian Zhang Jumim Tu Jen Sheen Hao Du | 2024 | Molecular Plant2024,17,2: | 0 |
