1Using Hourly Measurements to Explore the Role of Secondary Inorganic Aerosol in PM_(2.5)during Haze and Fog in Hangzhou, China显示文摘This paper explores the role of the secondary inorganic aerosol(SIA) species ammonium, NH+4, nitrate, NO-3, and sulfate,SO2-4, during haze and fog events using hourly mass concentrations of PM2.5measured at a suburban site in Hangzhou,China. A total of 546 samples were collected between 1 April and 8 May 2012. The samples were analyzed and classified as clear, haze or fog depending on visibility and relative humidity(RH). The contribution of SIA species to PM2.5mass increased to ~50% during haze and fog. The mass contribution of nitrate to PM2.5increased from 11% during clear to 20%during haze episodes. Nitrate mass exceeded sulfate mass during haze, while near equal concentrations were observed during fog episodes. The role of RH on the correlation between concentrations of SIA and visibility was examined, with optimal correlation at 60%–70% RH. The total acidity during clear, haze and fog periods was 42.38, 48.38 and 45.51 nmol m-3,respectively, indicating that sulfate, nitrate and chloride were not neutralized by ammonium during any period. The nitrate to sulfate molar ratio, as a function of the ammonium to sulfate molar ratio, indicated that nitrate formation during fog started at a higher ammonium to sulfate molar ratio compared to clear and haze periods. 2High-density SNP-based genetic maps for the parents of an outcrossed and a selfed tetraploid garden rose cross, inferred from admixed progeny using the 68k rose SNP array显示文摘Dense genetic maps create a base for QTL analysis of important traits and future implementation of marker-assisted breeding.In tetraploid rose,the existing linkage maps include<300 markers to cover 28 linkage groups(4 homologous sets of 7 chromosomes).Here we used the 68k WagRhSNP Axiom single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array for rose,in combination with SNP dosage calling at the tetraploid level,to genotype offspring from the garden rose cultivar‘Red New Dawn’.The offspring proved to be not from a single bi-parental cross.In rose breeding,crosses with unintended parents occur regularly.We developed a strategy to separate progeny into putative populations,even while one of the parents was unknown,using principle component analysis on pairwise genetic distances based on sets of selected SNP markers that were homozygous,and therefore uninformative for one parent.One of the inferred populations was consistent with self-fertilization of‘Red New Dawn’.Subsequently,linkage maps were generated for a bi-parental and a self-pollinated population with‘Red New Dawn’as the common maternal parent.The densest map,for the selfed parent,had 1929 SNP markers on 25 linkage groups,covering 1765.5 cM at an average marker distance of 0.9 cM.Synteny with the strawberry(Fragaria vesca)genome was extensive.Rose ICM1 corresponded to F.vesca pseudochromosome 7(Fv7),ICM4 to Fv4,ICM5 to Fv3,ICM6 to Fv2 and ICM7 to Fv5.Rose ICM2 corresponded to parts of F.vesca pseudochromosomes 1 and 6,whereas ICM3 is syntenic to the remainder of Fv6.Mirjana Vukosavljev Paul Arens Roeland E Voorrips Wendy P C van't Westende G D Esselink Peter M Bourke Peter Cox W Eric van de Weg Richard G F Visser Chris Maliepaard Marinus J M Smulders 2016Horticulture Research2016,3,1:6

5Successful endoscopic treatment of a large impacted gallstone in the duodenum using laser lithotripsy,Bouveret’s syndrome:A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Bouveret´s syndrome is defined as a gastric outlet obstruction after passage of a gallstone through a fistula into the duodenum.Due to its rarity,the diagnosis of Bouveret’s syndrome is often delayed and causes a high morbidity and mortality rate.CASE SUMMARY A 93-year-old female presented with worsening pain in the right upper abdomen and vomiting.A gastroscopy revealed fluid retention caused by a massive obstructive stone in the bulbus.Endoscopic laser lithotripsy of the impacted stone was planned after multidisciplinary consultation.A Dornier Medilas H Solvo lithotripsy 350μm laser fiber(10 Hz,2 Joules)was used to disintegrate the stone into smaller pieces.The patient recovered completely.CONCLUSION A mechanical obstruction due to a gallstone that has entered the gastrointestinal tract is a complication that appears in 0.3%-0.5%of patients who have cholelithiasis.Stones larger than 2 cm can become impacted in the digestive tract,which occurs mostly in the terminal ileum.In approximately 1%-3%of cases,the stones cause obstruction in the duodenum.This phenomenon is called Bouveret’s syndrome.As this condition is mostly observed in elderly individuals with multiple comorbidities,treatment by an open surgical approach is unsuitable.Endoscopic removal is the preferred technique.The benefit of using laser lithotripsy is the precise targeting of energy onto the stone with minimal tissue injury.Endoscopic laser lithotripsy is a safe and feasible treatment option for Bouveret’s syndrome.Sofie Hendriks Mareille Maria Verseveld Egbert Roeland Boevé Robert Roomer 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,19:4
