3High pressure effects on the crystal structure andelectric conductivity of perovskite like (Ca/Sr)_2CuO_2Cl_2 compounds显示文摘The crystal structure stability as well as electric conductance of (Sr/Ca)_2CuO_2Cl_2 compound with K_2NiF_4 structure was investigated up to 31 GPa using diamond anvil technique. It seems that (Sr/Ca)_2CuO_2Cl_2 is quite stable under pressure but with obvious anisotropic compressibility. 4High-pressure and high-tem-perature synthesis of MgB_2 and its superconductivity显示文摘The single-phase sample of MgB2 was prepared successfully at the temperature of 900℃ and under the pressure of 3 GPa. The structure of the sample was investigated using powder X-ray diffraction and Rietveld analysis. The results show that the structure of the sample belongs to the hexagonal structure with space group of P6/mmm, a=3.0861(5) A, c=3.5222(8) A. 6Estimates of strength and cracking behaviors of pre-flawed granite specimens treated by chemical corrosion under triaxial compression tests显示文摘Four types of granite specimens were prepared and treated by chemical corrosion for 5 and 30 days,which were then used to carry out triaxial compression tests under different confining pressuresσ_(3).Type A is the intact sample with no preexisting flaws.Types B and C are the samples containing two relatively low-dip flaws and two relatively high-dip flaws,respectively.Type D is the sample including both relatively low-dip and relatively high-dip flaws.The influences of pH value of chemical solutions,flaw distribution,corrosion time andσ_(3) on triaxial stress-strain curves and ultimate failure modes are analyzed and discussed.The results show that the pH value of the chemical solution,corrosion time and the arrangement of preexisting flaws play crucial roles in the cracking behaviors of granite specimens.Type A specimens have the largest peak axial deviatoric stress,followed by Type C,Type D,and Type B specimens,respectively.It is because the decrease in the inclination of preexisting flaws induces the weakening effect due to the decrease in the shadow area along the compaction direction.Under aσ_(3) of 5 MPa,the peak axial deviatoric stress drops by approximately 40.89%,29.08%,4.08%,and 23.53%for pH=2,4,7,and 12,respectively.For intact granite(Type A)specimens,the ultimate failure mode displays a typical shear mode.The connection of two secondary cracks initiated at the tips of preexisting cracks is always the ultimate failure and crack coalescence mode for Type B specimens.The ultimate failure and crack coalescence mode of Types C and D specimens are significantly affected by pH value of the chemical solution,corrosion time andσ_(3),which is different from those of Types A and B specimens due to the differences in flow distributions.Zhicong LI Richeng LIU Shuchen LI Hongwen JING Xiaozhao LI Liyuan YU 2022Frontiers of Earth Science2022,16,2:1
7Giant enhancement and anomalous temperature dependence of magnetism in monodispersed NiPt2 nanoparticles显示文摘A simple yet general one-step solvothermal method is applied to synthesizesub-7 nm monodispersed single-crystal NiPt2 nanoparticles (NPs) with themorphology of truncated octahedrons in the alloying state of disordered atomicarrangements. The effective magnetic moments of these NPs exhibit an anomaloustemperature dependency, increasing from approximately 0.9 μB/atom at 15 K to1.9 μB/atom at 300 K. This is an increase by a factor of more than three comparedwith bulk Ni. 8Solute Removal Analysis of a Large-Scale Fracture Plane Considering Different Flow Paths and Different Hydraulic Head Differences显示文摘An experimental and numerical study was carried out to investigate the solute removal process through a large-scale fracture plane considering different flow paths and hydraulic head differences.The visualization techniques were utilized in the experiment to capture the removal process images,which were then transferred to binary images.The variations in dimensionless concentration,which is defined as saturation of solute phase,were analyzed.With increasing hydraulic head difference,the speed of solute removal increases and the dimensionless concentration decreases.The flow paths result in different solute distribution patterns and different mechanisms for solute removal such as advection and diffusion,thus the curves of dimensionless concentration versus time are different.The dimensionless concentration over time decreases from approximately 1,which is smaller than 1 due to the existence of bubbles,to approximately 0,which is larger than 0 because the folds of the background are dealt as“solute”.A significant longer time is needed to achieve a certain fixed dimensionless concentration for a smaller hydraulic head difference.With the finite element software COMSOL multiphysics,the solute removal process,flow velocity fields,flow streamlines,as well as the hydraulic pressure fields were analyzed,which shows a good consistency with the experimental results.In practical engineering,when the solute pollutes the underground environment,the removal ability can be more significantly enforced by immediately applying a larger hydraulic head difference along a longer distance between the inlet and outlet boundaries.Qian Yin Xiaojing Li Liyuan Yu Ming He Richeng Liu 2020Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,7:1
