A large-scale flight multi-objective assignment approach based on multi-island parallel evolution algorithm with cooperative coevolutionary显示文摘Due to the rapid increase of air traffic demand, the large-scale flight assignment plays a crucial role in reducing airspace congestion and economic losses via reasonably regulating the air traffic flow of China. In this paper, the large-scale flight assignment problem is formulated as a multi-objective model with consideration of the reduction of airspace congestion and flight delay. However, it is a large-scale combinatorial optimization problem with complex constraints and tightly coupled decision variables, which is difficult to deal with.Hence, an effective multi-objective optimization algorithm is proposed based on the multi-island parallel evolution framework(PEA) with a left-right probability migration topology. Multi-island PEA employs multiple evolution populations for solving the problem simultaneously, and the left-right probability migration topology for exchange individuals among populations to improve the efficiency of the cooperation of populations. Then the cooperative co-evolution(CC) algorithm is introduced for each population to further improve the searching capability. Simulation results using the real traffic data from the China air route network and daily flight plans demonstrate that the proposed approach can improve the solution quality effectively, showing superiority to the existing approaches such as the multi-objective genetic algorithm, the well-known multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition, a CC-based multi-objective algorithm as well as other two parallel evolution algorithms with different migration topologies. | Renli LU Xiangmin GUAN Xueyuan LI Inseok HWANG | 2016 | Science China(Information Sciences)2016,59,7: | 4
Spreading of Human Babesiosis in China:Current Epidemiological Status and Future Challenges显示文摘Human babesiosis is an infection caused by intraerythrocytic protozoa of the genus Babesia and is a worldwide emerging tick-borne disease(1).Babesia is mainly parasitized in erythrocytes of human or other vertebrates and transmitted by the bite of ticks, blood transfusion,or organ transplantation(1).Humans are generally susceptible to Babesia, especially those who are immunocompromised with conditions such as splenectomy or splenic dysfunction,as well as those of old age, with infirmity,or with other severe diseases. | Muxin Chen Qin Liu Jingbo Xue Shaohong Chen Dana Huang Yingfang Yu Yuchun Cai Yan Lu Peng Song Renli Zhang Lin Ai Jiaxu Chen | 2020 | China CDC weekly2020,2,33: | 3
Whole-Genome Sequences Analysis Displays Relationship of SARS-CoV-2 Delta Variant Between Four Local Cases and Passengers of a Flight from South Africa—Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province,China,June 2021显示文摘On June 14,2021,a customs officer(Case A)went to the infirmary at Baoan International Airport in Shenzhen due to a runny nose and fever. He was admitted to the Central Hospital of Baoan immediately. This patient preliminarily tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)infection,caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),using a quantitative realtime reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)method in this hospital. Then,a mixed specimen of nasopharyngeal swab. | Yaqing He Renli Zhang Qiuying Lyu Bo Peng Shujiang Mei Ying Sun Dongfeng Kong Chaoqiong Peng Ziquan Lyu Xinyi Wei Can Zhu Xiaoliang Xiao Shimin Li Qingju Lu Jiancheng Chen Hang Zhang Xuan Zou Tiejian Feng Long Chen | 2021 | China CDC weekly2021,3,50: | 3
Clinical characteristics and risk factors of COVID-19 patients with chronic hepatitis B:a multi-center retrospective cohort study显示文摘The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has spread globally.Although mixed liver impairment has been reported in COVID-19 patients, the association of liver injury caused by specific subtype especially chronic hepatitis B(CHB)with COVID-19 has not been elucidated. In this multi-center,retrospective,and observational cohort study,109 CHB and 327 non-CHB patients with COVID-19 were propensity score matched at an approximate ratio of 3:1 on the basis of age, sex, and comorbidities.Demographic characteristics, laboratory examinations, disease severity, and clinical outcomes were compared.Furthermore, univariable and multivariable logistic and Cox regression models were used to explore the risk factors for disease severity and mortality, respectively.A higher proportion of CHB patients(30 of 109(27.52%))developed into severe status than non-CHB patients(17 of 327(5.20%)).In addition to previously reported liver impairment markers, such as alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, and total bilirubin,we identified several novel risk factors including elevated lactate dehydrogenase(≥245 U/L,hazard ratio(HR)=8.639,95%confidence interval(CI)=2.528–29.523;P<0.001)and coagulation-related biomarker D-dimer(≥0.5μg/mL,HR=4.321,95%CI=1.443–12.939;P=0.009)and decreased albumin(<35 g/L,HR=0.131,95%CI=0.048–0.361;P<0.001)and albumin/globulin ratio(<1.5,HR=0.123,95%CI=0.017–0.918;P=0.041).In conclusion,COVID-19 patients with CHB were more likely to develop into severe illness and die.The risk factors that we identified may be helpful for early clinical surveillance of critical progression. | Jing Wang Zequn Lu Meng Jin Ying Wang Kunming Tian Jun Xiao Yimin Cai Yanan Wang Xu Zhang Tao Chen Zhi Yao Chunguang Yang Renli Deng Qiang Zhong Xiongbo Deng Xin Chen Xiang-ping Yang Gonghong Wei Zhihua Wang Jianbo Tian Xiao-ping Chen | 2022 | Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,1: | 0
Aerial-ground collaborative routing with time constraints显示文摘The advancement of autonomous technology makes electric-powered drones an excellent choice for flexible logistics services at the last mile delivery stage. To reach a balance between green transportation and competitive edge, the collaborative routing of drones in the air and trucks on the ground is increasingly invested in the next generation of delivery, where it is particularly reasonable to consider customer time windows and time-dependent travel times as two typical time-related factors in daily services. In this paper,we propose the Vehicle Routing Problem with Drones under Time constraints(VRPD-T)and focus on the time constraints involved in realistic scenarios during the delivery.A mixed-integer linear programming model has been developed to minimize the total delivery completion time.Furthermore,to overcome the limitations of standard solvers in handling large-scale complex issues,a space-time hybrid heuristic-based algorithm has been developed to effectively identify a high-quality solution. The numerical results produced from randomly generated instances demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. | Jiahao XING Lichen SU Wenjing HONG Lu TONG Renli LYU Wenbo DU | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,2: | 0
