| 1 | Comparative proteome analysis of untreated and Helicobacter pylori-treated HepG2显示文摘AIM: To investigate the pathological effect of Helicobacter pylori(H pylori) on human hepatic ceils, proteomic methods were used to find and to identify proteins that were overexpressed in HepG2 cells treated by H pylori.METHODS: H pylori was co-cultured with HepG2 for 6 h. Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis was used to gainthe protein expression pattern of untreated and H pyloritreated HepG2. After staining and image analysis,spots of interest were isolated and subjected to massspectrometry.RESULTS: Seven proteins, which were up-regulated inH p ylori-treated HepG2 cells, were identified. | 2 | Incised valley filling deposits:an important pathway system for long-distance hydrocarbon migration—a case study of the Fulaerji Oilfield in the Songliao Basin显示文摘In this paper,incised valley filling deposits,which formed an important pathway system for long-distance hydrocarbon migration,are discussed in detail based on core and logging data.The sequence SQy23 of the Cretaceous Yaojia Formation is the main hydrocarbon-bearing layer in the Fulaerji Oilfield.The hydrocarbon source of the oilfield is the Qijia-Gulong Sag which is about 80 km away from the Fulaerji Oilfield.The transport layer of long-distance hydrocarbon migration is the overlapped sandstone complex which fills the incised valley.The incised valley developed during the depositional period from the late Qingshankou Formation to the early Yaojia Formation of Cretaceous(SQqn4-SQy1) was about 70 km long and 20 km wide,and extended in the NW-SE direction.The overlapped filling of the incised valley mainly occurred in the expanding system tract of the third-order sequence SQy23 (ESTy23 ). Towards the basin,incised valley filling deposits overlapped on the delta developed in the early period, and towards the basin margin,incised valley filling deposits were covered by the shore-shallow lacustrine sandy beach bar developed in the maximum flooding period.All of the delta,the incised valley filling and the shore-shallow sandy beach bar are sandstone-rich,and have high porosity and permeability,and can form an effective hydrocarbon migration and accumulation system.Deltaic sand bodies collected and pumped hydrocarbon from the active source,incised valley filling depositional system completed the long-distance hydrocarbon migration,and lithological traps of shore-shallow lacustrine sandy beach bar accumulated hydrocarbon.The incised valley filling sequences are multi-cycle:an integrated short- term filling cycle was developed on the erosion surface,and the sequences upward were mud-gravel stone,medium-fine sandstone containing terrigenous gravels and muddy pebbles with cross bedding,silty mudstone with ripple bedding,and mudstone.The incised valley filling deposits are characterized by a strong heterogeneity and the main hydrocarbon migration pathway is the medium-fine sandstone interval. | Xin Renchen Liu Hao Li Guifan | 2009 | Petroleum Science2009,6,3: | 4 |

| 4 | Effects of soy isoflavone extracts on the growth of estrogen-dependent human breast cancer (MCF-7) tumors implanted in ovariectomized nude mice显示文摘In this study,we explored the effects of soy isoflavone extracts on the growth of estrogen-dependent human breast cancer (MCF-7) tumors implanted in ovariectomized athymic mice. The ovariectomized athymic mice were implanted with MCF-7 cells. They were fed with low,moderate and high doses of soy isoflavone extracts,at dietary concentrations of 6.25,12.5 and 25 g/kg,respectively. The expression of ki-67 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The pS2 expression in tumors was analyzed by real-time PCR. Estrogen level in the serum was measured by chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay. Com-pared with the control group,dietary soy isoflavone extracts had a significant stimulatory effect on MCF-7 tumor growth in mice (P < 0.05). The ki-67 and pS2 mRNA expressions in tumors were signifi-cantly increased by 6.25 and 12.5 g/kg dose of soy isoflavone extracts (P < 0.05). And,estrogen level in serum of 6.25 and 12.5 g/kg dose groups was higher than that of control group (P > 0.05). | 11 | Evolution of lithofacies and paleogeography and hydrocarbon distribution worldwide(I)显示文摘By using a large amount of geological and geophysical data, the geological characteristics such as lithofacies and paleogeography of 4981 geological units at thirteen key geological periods or epoches since the Precambrian in the world have been figured out. The global lithofacies and paleogeography charts have been compiled by ArcGis mapping technology. Combined with the results of plate-paleogeography reconstruction, the lithofacies and paleogeography as well as the prototype basins of these global paleoplates have been restored with the Gplate software. Results show that there are 22 kinds of lithofacies combinations and 10 types of paleogeography units developed since Precambrian. These features of lithofacies and paleogeography as well as their evolution were mainly controlled by the divergent and convergent movements of those plates. Taking the results of the lithofacis and paleogeography at the present and paleoplate location during the seven key geological periods from the Precambrian to Paleozoic for example, during the Late Precambrian and Cambrian, the large-scale disintegration of the Rodinia supercontinent resulted in reduction of uplift denudation area and clastic terrestrial facies area, the expansion of coastal-shallow marine facies and shallow-water carbonate platform. In Devonian, uplift denudation area and clastic terrestrial facies area began to increase and littoral-shallow marine facies area and shallow-water carbonate platform shrank as a result of the formation of Larussia supercontinent. In the Permian, with the formation of the Pangea continent, the development of the global uplift denudation area and clastic terrestrial facies reached its peak, while the littoral and shallow marine facies were very limited in distribution. | 12 | Solution-processed halide perovskite microcavity exciton-polariton light-emitting diodes working at room temperature显示文摘Exciton-polaritons offer the potential to achieve electrically pumped perovskite polariton lasers with much lower current thresholds than conventional photonic lasers. While optically pumped exciton-polaritons have been widely studied in halide perovskites, electrically-pumped polaritons remain limited. In this study, we demonstrate the use of a solution-processing strategy to develop halide perovskite polariton light-emitting diodes(LEDs) that operate at room temperature. The strong coupling of excitons and cavity photons is confirmed through the dispersion relation from angle-resolved reflectivity, with a Rabi splitting energy of 64 meV. Our devices exhibit angle-resolved electroluminescence following the low polariton branch and achieve external quantum efficiencies of 1.7%, 3.85%, and 3.7% for detunings of 1.1,-77, and-128 meV, respectively. We also explore devices with higher efficiency of 5.37% and a narrower spectral bandwidth of 6.5 nm through the optimization of a top emitting electrode.
