1基于国家品种区域试验数据的中国糜子品种产量和性状变化显示文摘【目的】整理分析近17年间全国糜子品种区域试验参试品种的产量和农艺性状变化,探讨中国糜子品种改良进展和育种水平变化,为未来中国糜子的遗传改良提供依据。【方法】利用多元回归、相关分析和聚类分析等方法,分析1998—2014年国家糜子品种区域试验参试品种不同年份主要性状的变异,比较主要育种单位选育糜子品种性状的差异。【结果】1998—2014年糜子参试品种性状变异显著。随年份推进,粳性糜子品种产量和单株粒重以及糯性糜子品种产量、单株粒重和穗长持续增加。17年间粳性和糯性糜子产量分别增加了50%和21%,单株粒重分别增加了90%和7%,穗长分别增加了19%和29%,生育期长度、株高、主茎节数量和千粒重等性状变化不明显。来自黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、河北、山西、陕西、甘肃和宁夏等9个糜子主产省(区)的17家育种单位提供了65个糜子区域试验品种,其中7家同时提供了粳性和糯性糜子品种,2家只提供了粳性糜子品种,8家只提供糯性糜子品种。来自内蒙古、甘肃和宁夏的3家育种单位贡献了参试品种的55.4%。近6年来自这3家单位的品种产量表现优异,是中国糜子育种的中坚力量。多元回归分析表明,粳性糜子的生育期长度、主茎节数量和单株粒重决定了产量82.8%的变异,糯性糜子的主茎节数量和单株粒重决定了产量78.6%的变异。相关性分析表明,粳性和糯性糜子的主穗长和单株粒重均与单株产量显著正相关,而其他性状间相关性在粳性和糯性糜子中均有所不同。聚类分析结果表明,粳性糜子育成品种分为2类,糯性糜子育成品种分为3类。【结论】1998—2014年,国家区试中粳性和糯性糜子参试品种产量稳步增加,表明中国糜子育种水平有了一定提高。但育种手段相对单一,育种方法多样性程度较低。糜子区试对产量相关性状和品质性状的关注不够,培育高产、优质、适口性好、蒸煮品质优良、抗性淀粉含量高、耐落粒、适合机械化的糜子品种是未来糜子育种的发展方向。强化杂交、远缘杂交、诱变育种、双单倍体以及多倍体育种等传统技术的应用,充分利用基因组学和分子育种学研究方法,加强传统育种技术与现代生物技术结合,是系统提升糜子育种技术水平的重要途径。杨璞 Rabia Begum Panhwar 李境 高金锋 高小丽 王鹏科 冯佰利 2017中国农业科学2017,50,23:12
2Emotion processing in Parkinson's disease: a blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging study显示文摘Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by loss of dopamine neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta. Tremor, rigidity, and bradykinesia are the major symptoms of the disease. These motor impairments are often accompanied by affective and emotional dysfunctions which have been largely studied over the last decade. The aim of this study was to investigate emotional processing organization in the brain of patients with Parkinson's disease and to explore whether there are differences between recognition of different types of emotions in Parkinson's disease. We examined 18 patients with Parkinson's disease(8 men, 10 women) with no history of neurological or psychiatric comorbidities. All these patients underwent identical brain blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging for emotion evaluation. Blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging results revealed that the occipito-temporal cortices, insula, orbitofrontal cortex, basal ganglia, and parietal cortex which are involved in emotion processing, were activated during the functional control. Additionally, positive emotions activate larger volumes of the same anatomical entities than neutral and negative emotions. Results also revealed that Parkinson's disease associated with emotional disorders are increasingly recognized as disabling as classic motor symptoms. 3Morphological diversity and correlation analysis of phenotypes and quality traits of proso millet(Panicum miliaceum L.)core collections显示文摘Genetic diversity and comprehensive performance are the basis for the discovery and efficient use of proso millet(Panicum miliaceum L.) core collections. In this study, 386 proso millet core collections were used as materials to observe inflorescence color, leaf phase, inflorescence density, axis shape, branched spike length, panicle type, trichome, measured area of the top3 leaves, and chlorophyll content of the top3 leaves at filling stage. These core collections were also used to record growth period, plant height, diameter of main stem, plant tiller number, branch number, panicle length, panicle number per plant, and panicle weight per plant at the maturation stage. Starch, fat, protein, and yellow pigment contents in the grain and 1 000-seed weight were also measured after harvest. Then, quantitative traits were used for diversity analysis and comprehensive evaluation of each collection. Correlations between all traits were also analyzed. Results showed that among the 8 quality traits, the Shannon index(H′) of hull color was the highest(1.588) followed by the H′ of inflorescence density(0.984). However, inflorescence color and axis shape were lower. The H′ of 16 quantitative traits were significantly higher than the quality traits with the following traits having the highest indices: fat content(2.092), 1 000-seed weight(2.073), top3 leaves area(2.070), main stem diameter(2.056), and plant height(2.052). Furthermore, all other traits had a diversity higher than 1.900. After a comprehensive evaluation of phenotypic traits, plant height, diameter of main stem, plant tiller number, leaf area of top3 leaves, and 1 000-seed weight were the biggest contributors to the principal components. Six high-fat and high-protein cultivars, including Nuoshu, A75-2, Zhiduoaosizhi, Panlonghuangmi, Xiaobaishu, and Xiaohongshu were also screened. Correlations between the quantitative traits were significant, including the correlation between quality traits and quantitative traits. 4Thermal, Mechanical and Electrical Studies of Novel Shape Memory Polyurethane/Polyaniline Blends显示文摘Shape memory polymer(SMP) blends based on polyurethane(PU) and polyaniline(PANI) were prepared via chemical in situ polymerization process. The thermal, mechanical, electrical and shape memory properties were investigated. The structural characterization and morphology of the polymer blends were inspected by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), respectively. The 1 wt% of PANI loading enhanced the thermal stability of the system up to 339 °C. According to differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), the glass transition temperature(Tg) and melting temperature(Tm) of PU/PANI blends increased with the polyaniline loading(0.1 wt%-1 wt%). Improved mechanical properties such as tensile strength and Young's modulus of PU matrix were also observed with PANI. Moreover, the electrical conductivity of PU/PANI blends was also found to be a function of PANI loading. 5Antimicrobial potential of Ricinus communis leaf extracts in different solvents against pathogenic bacterial and fungal strains显示文摘Objective:To investigate the in vitro antimicrobial activities of the leaf extract in different solvents viz.,methanol,ethanol and water extracts of the selected plant Ricinus communis.Methods:Ager well diffusion method and agar tube dilution method were carried out to perform the antibacterial and antifungal activity of methanol,ethanol and aqueous extracts.Results:Metbanol leaf extracts were found to be more active against Gram positive bacteria(Bacillus subtilis:ATCC 6059 and Staphylococcus aureus:ATCC 6538)as well as Gram negative bacteria(Pseudomonas aeruginosa:ATCC 7221 and Klebsiella pneumoniae)than ethanol and aqueous leaf extracts.Antifungal activity of methanol and aqueous leaf extracts were also carded out against selected fungal strains as Aspergillus fumigatus and Aspergillus flavus.Methanolic as well as aqueous leaf extracts of Ricinus communis were effective in inhibiting the fungal growth.Conclusions:The efficient antibacterial and antifungai activity of Ricinus communis from the present investigation revealed that the methanol leaf extracts of the selected plant have significant potential to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacterial and fungal strains than ethanol and aqueous leaf extracts.Rabia Naz Asghari Bano 2012Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2012,2,12:4
6Oxidation of propane over ammonium-transition metal mixed keggin phosphomolybdate salts显示文摘Mixed ammonium-transition metal salts with formula of (NH4)xMyHzPMo12O40 (M = Ni2+, Co2+ or Fe 3+) denoted as MPMo12 have been investigated for the oxidation of propane, with molecular oxygen, at temperature range between 380℃ and 420℃ after in-situ pre-treatment performed at two heating rate of 5 or 9℃/min. They were characterized by BET method, XRD, UV-Vis and IR techniques. The catalysts were found to be active in the propane oxidation and selective to propene or acrolein, in particular for samples pre-treated with the heating rate of 9℃/min. 8UV Assisted Preliminary DNA Binding Studies and Single-crystal X-ray Structure of 4-{(4-Nitrophenyl-sulfonamido)methyl}cyclohexanecarboxylic Acid显示文摘A new sulfonamide, 4-{(4-nitrophenylsulfonamido)methyl}cyclohexanecarboxylic acid(C14H18N2O6S), has been synthesized by the reaction of tranexamic acid and 4-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride in basic medium at room temperature. The molecular structure was determined by FT-IR, NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray technique. X-ray diffraction shows that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 13.5980(7), b = 4.9877(2), c = 23.3878(13) ?, β = 93.254(3)o, Z = 4, V = 1583.67(14) ?3, μ = 0.237 mm-1, F(000) = 720, R = 0.0471 and w R = 0.1182. The molecules are related by inversion and paired into dimers via C–H···O interactions. The dimmers are interlinked due to strong N–H···O bonds, where O-atoms are of sulfonyl groups. The molecules are stabilized in the form of infinite two-dimensional network with base vectors [0 1 0] and [0 0 –1] in the plane(1 0 2). The existence of good intermolecular interactions suggests the biological importance of the synthesized molecule. The compound was screened for its interaction with FS-DNA using UV-visible spectroscopy. UV-visible spectroscopic results depict that the compound interacts with DNA by mixed binding mode intercalation along with hydrogen bonding. 9海红米米糠对慢性应激诱导小鼠抑郁样行为和异常肠道微生物及神经递质的改善作用显示文摘“微生物-肠-脑轴”失常在抑郁症的发病中发挥着重要作用,调节肠道菌群失衡成为最新的治疗方向。海红米米糠可发挥益生元作用调控肠道微生物。为探究海红米米糠改善慢性不可预测温和应激(CUMS)诱导的小鼠抑郁样行为的作用。对照和暴露于CUMS的小鼠接受正常或含5%海红米米糠饮食喂养9周,通过糖水偏好实验和悬尾实验分析小鼠的抑郁样行为,实时荧光定量PCR法检测结肠内容物菌群的数量,HPLC测定前额皮层中单胺类神经递质的含量。应激使小鼠糖水偏好度、乳杆菌属和双歧杆菌属的数量、去甲肾上腺素(NE)与其代谢产物、五羟色胺(5-HT)与其代谢产物、多巴胺(DA)与其代谢产物的含量都显著下降,悬尾不动时间和梭菌属的数量都显著升高;海红米米糠干预后提高了小鼠的糖水偏好度、乳杆菌属和双歧杆菌属的数量、5-HT与其代谢产物和NE的含量,降低了悬尾不动时间。海红米米糠改善CUMS诱导的小鼠抑郁样行为可能与改善肠道菌群失衡及神经递质有关。李晓红 Rabia Parveen 杨志友 张永平 周鸿凯 刘文超 苏伟明 宋采 2022中国粮油学报2022,37,3:3

13Mango Leaf Disease Identification Using Fully Resolution Convolutional Network显示文摘Due to the high demand for mango and being the king of all fruits,it is the need of the hour to curb its diseases to fetch high returns.Automatic leaf disease segmentation and identification are still a challenge due to variations in symptoms.Accurate segmentation of the disease is the key prerequisite for any computer-aided system to recognize the diseases,i.e.,Anthracnose,apicalnecrosis,etc.,of a mango plant leaf.To solve this issue,we proposed a CNN based Fully-convolutional-network(FrCNnet)model for the segmentation of the diseased part of the mango leaf.The proposed FrCNnet directly learns the features of each pixel of the input data after applying some preprocessing techniques.We evaluated the proposed FrCNnet on the real-time dataset provided by the mango research institute,Multan,Pakistan.To evaluate the proposed model results,we compared the segmentation performance with the available state-of-the-art models,i.e.,Vgg16,Vgg-19,and Unet.Furthermore,the proposed model’s segmentation accuracy is 99.2%with a false negative rate(FNR)of 0.8%,which is much higher than the other models.We have concluded that by using a FrCNnet,the input image could learn better features that are more prominent and much specific,resulting in an improved and better segmentation performance and diseases’identification.Accordingly,an automated approach helps pathologists and mango growers detect and identify those diseases.Rabia Saleem Jamal Hussain Shah Muhammad Sharif Ghulam Jillani Ansari 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,12:2
14The importance of visualization of appendix on abdominal ultrasound for the diagnosis of appendicitis in children: A quality assessment review显示文摘BACKGROUND:Ultrasound has the first line investigation role in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.The purpose of this study was to perform a quality assessment review on the visualization rate of appendix on ultrasound in children in the community hospital setting.METHODS:A retrospective chart review of the abdominal ultrasound findings for the visualization of the appendix was performed on paediatric patients ranging from 5 to 18 years.Data were collected from the two community hospitals of Toronto by using hospital electronic medical record for the ultrasound findings in patients presented with abdominal pain.RESULTS:Data from two community hospitals indicated visualization rate of the appendix as 11.0%and 23.2%for site 1 and site 2 respectively.In cases where the ultrasound was repeated the visualization rate remains the same.A two-proportion z-test was performed to find whether the visualization of appendix increases the likelihood of diagnosing appendicitis.The results revealed that the visualization of an appendix(P=0.52),significantly improved the diagnosis of appendicitis(z=34,P<0.001).CONCLUSION:Visualization of an appendix on ultrasound increases the likelihood of correctly diagnosing appendicitis.In our study,we found low visualization rate of appendix on ultrasound that could be the result of many factors that contribute towards the low visualization rate of an appendix on ultrasound.Hence,the challenges in identifying appendix should be minimized to improve the visualization and diagnosis of appendicitis on ultrasound.Muhammad Akhter Hamid Ruqiya Afroz Uqba Nawaz Ahmed Aneela Bawani Dilnasheen Khan Rabia Shahab Asim Salim 2020World Journal of Emergency Medicine2020,11,3:2
