1Caustic study on blast-induced wing crack behaviors in dynamic–static superimposed stress field显示文摘This paper studies blast-induced wing crack behavior in a dynamic–static superimposed stress field using high-speed photography in combination with the optical method of caustics. With a static–dynamic loading setup, four PMMA plate specimens with pre-existing cracks under different static loading and the same dynamic loading were tested to observe the mechanical characteristics and the kinematic characteristics of blast-induced wing cracks during the propagation process, including crack length, crack velocity and dynamic stress intensity factor(SIF) at the crack tip. The results show that the behavior of the blast-induced wing crack is affected by the explosion stress wave and initial static stress, and the initial static stress with the direction being perpendicular to the wing crack propagation direction hinders crack propagation. 2Heterogeneously integrated,superconducting silicon-photonic platform for measurementdevice-independent quantum key distribution显示文摘Integrated photonics provides a route to both miniaturization of quantum key distribution(QKD)devices and enhancing their performance.A key element for achieving discrete-variable QKD is a singlephoton detector.It is highly desirable to integrate detectors onto a photonic chip to enable the realization of practical and scalable quantum networks.We realize a heterogeneously integrated,superconducting silicon-photonic chip.Harnessing the unique high-speed feature of our optical waveguide-integrated superconducting detector,we perform the first optimal Bell-state measurement(BSM)of time-bin encoded qubits generated from two independent lasers.The optimal BSM enables an increased key rate of measurement-device-independent QKD(MDI-QKD),which is immune to all attacks against the detection system and hence provides the basis for a QKD network with untrusted relays.Together with the timemultiplexed technique,we have enhanced the sifted key rate by almost one order of magnitude.With a 125-MHz clock rate,we obtain a secure key rate of 6.166 kbps over 24.0 dB loss,which is comparable to the state-of-the-art MDI-QKD experimental results with a GHz clock rate.Combined with integrated QKD transmitters,a scalable,chip-based,and cost-effective QKD network should become realizable in the near future.Xiaodong Zheng Peiyu Zhang Renyou Ge Liangliang Lu Guanglong He Qi Chen Fangchao Qu Labao Zhang Xinlun Cai Yanqing Lu Shining Zhu Peiheng Wu Xiao-Song Ma 2021Advanced Photonics2021,3,5:5
3Cloning and Drought Resistance Analysis of Soybean GmHsps_p23-like Gene显示文摘Soybean(Glycine max(L.)Merr.)is an important cultivated crop,which requires much water during its growth,and drought seriously affects soybean yields.Studies have shown that the expression of small heat shock proteins can enhance drought resistance,cold resistance and salt resistance of plants.In this experiment,soybean GmHsps_p23-like gene was successfully cloned by RT-PCR,the protein encoded by the GmHsps_p23-like gene was subjected to bioinformatics analysis,and the pCAMBIA3301-GmHsps_p23-like overexpression vector and pCBSG015-GmHsps_p23-like gene editing vector were constructed.Agrobacterium-mediated method was used to transform soybeans to obtain positive plants.RT-PCR detection,rehydration experiment and drought resistance physiological and biochemical index detection were performed on the T2 generation positive transgenic soybean plants identified by PCR and Southern hybridization.The results showed that the overexpression vector plant GmHsps_p23-like gene expression increased.After rehydration,the transgenic overexpression plants returned to normal growth,and the damage to the plants was low.After drought stress,the SOD and POD activities and the PRO content of the transgenic overexpression plants increased,while the MDA content decreased.The reverse was true for soybean plants with genetically modified editing vectors.The drought resistance of the overexpressed soybeans under drought stress was higher than that of the control group,and had a stronger drought resistance.It showed that the expression of soybean GmHsps_p23-like gene can improve the drought resistance of soybean.The cloning and functional verification of soybean GmHsps_p23-like gene had not been reported yet.This is the first time that PCR technology has been used to amplify the soybean GmHsps_p23-like gene and construct an expression vector for this gene.This research has laid the foundation for transgenic technology to improve plant drought resistance and cultivate new drought-resistant transgenic soybean varieties.Yuzhe Zhang Guanglong Li Shaowang Hu Jinfeng Liu Yushi Jiang Siyan Liu Shuyan Guan Jing Qu Dan Yao Andi Shi Yixuan Liu 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,6:0
4Targeting the ferroptosis crosstalk:novel alternative strategies for the treatment of major depressive disorder显示文摘Depression is a major contributor to poor global health and disability,with a recently increasing incidence.Although drug therapy is commonly used to treat depression,conventional antidepressant drugs have several disadvantages,including slow onset,low response rates and severe adverse effects.Therefore,developing effective therapies for depression remains challenging.Although various aetiological theories of depression exist,the underlying mechanisms of depression are complex,and further research is crucial.Moreover,oxidative stress(OS)-induced lipid peroxidation has been demonstrated to trigger ferroptosis.Both OS and ferroptosis are pivotal mechanisms implicated in the pathogenesis of neurological disorders,and investigation of the mediators involved in these processes has emerged as a prominent and active research direction.One previous study revealed that regulatory proteins involved in ferroptosis are implicated in the pathogenesis of depression,and antidepressant drugs could reverse depressive symptoms by inhibiting ferroptosis in vivo,suggesting an important role of ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of depression.Hence,our current comprehensive review offers an up-to-date perspective on the intricate mechanisms involved,specifically concerning ferroptosis and OS in the context of depression,along with promising prospects for using molecular mediators to target ferroptosis.We delineate the key targets of molecular mediators involved in OS and ferroptosis implicated in depression,most notably reactive oxygen species and iron overload.Considering the pivotal role of OS-induced ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of neurological disorders,delving deeper into the underlying subsequent mechanisms will contribute significantly to the identification of novel therapeutic targets for depression.Luyao Wang Rongyang Xu Chengying Huang Guozhong Yi Zhiyong Li Huayang Zhang Rongxu Ye Songtao Qi Guanglong Huang Shanqiang Qu 2023General Psychiatry2023,36,5:0
