| 1 | Mesenchymal stromal cells-exosomes:a promising cell-free therapeutic tool for wound healing and cutaneous regeneration显示文摘Cutaneous regeneration at the wound site involves several intricate and dynamic processes which require a series of coordinated interactions implicating various cell types,growth factors,extracellular matrix(ECM),nerves,and blood vessels.Mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)take part in all the skin wound healing stages playing active and beneficial roles in animal models and humans.Exosomes,which are among the key products MSCs release,mimic the effects of parental MSCs.They can shuttle various effector proteins,messenger RNA(mRNA)and microRNAs(miRNAs)to modulate the activity of recipient cells,playing important roles in wound healing.Moreover,using exosomes avoids many risks associated with cell transplantation.Therefore,as a novel type of cell-free therapy,MSC-exosome-mediated administration may be safer and more efficient than whole cell.In this review,we provide a comprehensive understanding of the latest studies and observations on the role of MSC-exosome therapy in wound healing and cutaneous regeneration.In addition,we address the hypothesis of MSCs microenvironment extracellular vesicles(MSCs-MEVs)or MSCs microenvironment exosomes(MSCs-MExos)that need to take stock of and solved urgently in the related research about MSC-exosomes therapeutic applications.This review can inspire investigators to explore new research directions of MSC-exosome therapy in cutaneous repair and regeneration. | Peng Hu Qinxin Yang Qi Wang Chenshuo Shi Dali Wang Ubaldo Armato Ilaria Dal Prà Anna Chiarini | 2019 | Burns & Trauma2019,7,1: | 20 |
| 2 | CO_2 background concentration in the atmosphere over the Chinese mainland显示文摘Based on the long-term monitoring data on CO2 concentration, variation trend and characteristics of CO2 background concentration in the atmosphere over the Chinese mainland are analyzed. Results show that the increasing trend of CO2 background concentration in the atmosphere over the Chinese mainland has appeared during the period of 1991-2000. The average annual CO2 growth increment is 1.59μL/L, and the average annual CO2 growth rate is 0.44%. Distinct seasonal variations of CO2 background concentration are observed, and the averaged amplitude of CO2 seasonal variations is 10.35μL/L. | 3 | Experimental study on the laminar flame speed of hydrogen/natural gas/air mixtures显示文摘Laminar flame speeds of hydrogen/natural gas/air mixtures have been measured over a full range of fuel compositions(0-100%volumetric fraction of H_(2))and a wide range of equivalence ratio using Bunsen burner.High sensitivity scientific CCD camera is use to capture the image of laminar flame.The reaction zone area is employed to calculate the laminar flame speed.The initial temperature and pressure of fuel air mixtures are 293 K and 1 atm.The laminar flame speeds of hydrogen/air mixture and natural gas/air mixture reach their maximum values 2.933 and 0.374 m/s when equivalence ratios equal to 1.7 and 1.1,respectively.The laminar flame speeds of hydrogen/natural gas/air mixtures rise with the increase of volumetric fraction of hydrogen.Moreover,the increase in laminar flame speed as the volumetric fraction of hydrogen increases presents an exponential increasing trend versus volumetric fraction of hydrogen.Empirical formulas to calculate the laminar flame speeds of hydrogen,natural gas,and hydrogen/natural gas mixtures are also given.Using these formulas,the laminar flame speed at different hydrogen fractions and equivalence ratios can be calculated. | Chen DONG Qulan ZHOU Xiaoguang ZHANG Qinxin ZHAO Tongmo XU Shi’en HUI | 2010 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2010,4,4: | 4 |
| 4 | Effects of Long-term Creep at Elevated Temperatures on Rupture Ductility in 9Cr-1Mo-V-Nb-N Steel显示文摘Besides the creep strength, creep ductility has also been recognized as an important material parameter, since low ductility is often associated with notch sensitivity and concomitant prema-ture failure, especially brittle fracture. Creep rupture data of 9Cr-1Mo-V-Nb-N show that the creep ductility decreases with decreasing stress at constant temperatures or with decreasing tem-perature at constant stresses. SEM and TEM were used to investigate the mechanism of creep brittleness. | 5 | Effects of Exogenous 5-Aminolevulinic Acid and 24-Epibrassinolide on Cd Accumulation in Rice from Cd-Contaminated Soil显示文摘High grain-Cd-accumulating rice variety Yongyou 9 was planted in Cd-contaminated farmland in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China to study the effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid(ALA) and24-epibrassinolide(EBR) on Cd accumulation in brown rice. Results showed that the exogenous ALA and EBR had no significant effects on agronomic traits, soil pH and total Cd content in soil, but had some effects on the available Cd content in soil, and significantly influenced the Cd accumulation in the different parts of rice. Results also showed that 100 mg/L exogenous ALA significantly reduced the Cd accumulation in brown rice to blow the food safety standard(0.2 mg/kg), and also significantly reduced the Cd contents in the roots and culm of rice. However, 200 mg/L exogenous ALA treatment increased the Cd content in brown rice remarkably. In addition, 0.15 mg/L EBR treatment increased Cd accumulation in roots, culm, leaves and brown rice notably, whereas 0.30 mg/L exogenous EBR treatment reduced the Cd accumulation in brown rice properly, but it was not significant. | 6 | The establishment of polypeptide PSMA-targeted chimericantigen receptor-engineered natural killer cells forcastration-resistant prostate cancer and the induction of ferroptosis-related cell death显示文摘Background:The mortality of castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC)is high due to lack of an effective treatment.Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-based therapy is a promising immunotherapeutic strategy.Here,we aimed to design a novel CAR-natural killer(NK)cells with a clinically significant tumoricidal effect on CRPC.Methods:We constructed novel CAR-NK92MI cells with a CD244-based recombinant lentiviral vector.Different intracellular segments(CD244,NKG2D,or CD3ζ)were screened to identify the best candidate according to cell lysis assay and CD107a expression levels.To enhance the affinity of the CAR to the tumor antigen,we compared an antibody specific for prostate-specific membrane antigen(anti-PSMA)with PSMA-targeted polypeptide(p-PSMA),which was screened by phage display combinatorial library.Then,CAR-NK92MI cells with both a high affinity for PSMA and a strong tumoricidal capacity were generated.In addition,we verified their tumor-killing effect in vitro and in vivo.The release of cytokine by NK92MI cells was compared with that by CAR-NK92MI cells through flow cytometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Moreover,ferroptosis-related cell death was explored as a possible underlying mechanism.Results:Three different CAR intracellular regions CAR1(CD244),CAR2(CD244,NKG2D)and CAR3(CD244,NKG2D,and CD3ζ)were constructed.CAR2 was chosen to confer a stronger tumoricidal ability on CAR-NK92MI cells.Compared with anti-PSMA,p-PSMA exhibited enhanced affinity for the tumor antigen.Thus,p-PSMA-CAR-NK92MI cells,which expressed CAR with a polypeptide-based antigen-binding region,an intracellular CD244 and a NKG2D costimulatory domain,were generated.They could selectively and successfully kill PSMA+target cells and exhibited specific lysis rate of 73.19%for PSMA-positive C4-2 cells and 33.04%for PSMA-negative PC3 cells.Additionally,p-PSMA-CAR-NK92MI cells had significantly higher concentrations of IFN-γ,TNF-αand granzyme B than NK92MI cells.In a CRPC cancer xenograft model,p-PSMA-CAR-NK92MI cells significantly inhibited tumor growth and exerted a more consistent killing effect than NK92MI cells.Moreover,ferroptosis is a potential mechanism through which CAR-NK92MI cells attack cancer cells,and is triggered by IFN-γ.Conclusions:p-PSMA-CAR-NK92MI cells can effectively kill CRPCPSMA+cells in vitro and in vivo.This strategy may provide additional treatment options for patients with CRPC. | Liyuan Wu Fei Liu Le Yin Fangming Wang Hui Shi Qinxin Zhao Feiya Yang Dong Chen Xiying Dong Yuchun Gu Nianzeng Xing | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022,42,8: | 2 |

| 15 | Autonomous bus services:current research status and future recommendations显示文摘Implementing autonomous bus services in several cities has garnered substantial research attention worldwide.However,the benefits and challenges of this emerging mode remain insufficiently understood.Consequently,VOSviewer was employed for a bibliometric analysis involving 300 publications,investigating the associations among authors,journals,and keywords.Subsequently,we comprehensively reviewed the current state of research on two topics and proposed future recommendations.Results indicate that the first document related to autonomous bus services was published in 2009.Most user attitude-related research data are obtained via questionnaires and analyzed using statistical techniques.Autonomous bus services are expected to benefit passengers regarding travel time,cost,safety,etc.,while passenger preferences are inconsistent.However,integrating the service into existing bus systems requires careful consideration of the schedule sequences.Notably,modular autonomous bus services present a new opportunity for the further optimization of bus services.In future studies,standardized data acquisition procedures should be developed to achieve comparable results.Regarding traveler choice behavior,the effect of specific autonomous bus service policies over time and the heterogeneity due to cultural or social contexts across regions should be assessed.To further promote autonomous bus services,based on fluctuating travel demands,the effects of vehicle capacity,speed,and cost of fleet composition should be evaluated comprehensively to optimize the bus network and schedule sequence.Owing to the protracted nature of the transition from conventional to fully autonomous buses,one should prioritize semi-autonomous bus services.Another essential future research direction is to integrate modular autonomous bus assembly or disassembly strategies with different fine-grained operation optimization techniques in various scenarios. | Jinxing Shen Qinxin Liu Zi Ye Wenfeng Jiang Changxi Ma | 2023 | Digital Transportation and Safety2023,2,3: | 1 |
