1Plasma-catalytic Selective Reduction of NO with C_(2)H_(4)in the Presence of Excess Oxygen显示文摘This paper reports observations of significant synergistic effects between dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasmas and Cu-ZSM-5 catalysts for C2H4 selective reduction of NOx at 250 °C in the presence of excess oxygen by using a one-stage plasma-over-catalyst (POC) reactor. With the reactant gas mixture of 530 ppm NO, 650 ppm C2H4, 5.8% O2 in N2 and GHSV = 12000 h-1, the pure catalytic, pure plasma-induced (discharges over fused silica pellets) and plasma- catalytic (in the POC reactor) NOx conversion are 39%, 1.5% and 79%, respectively. 2Microstructure and texture of electroformed copper liners of shaped charges显示文摘The microstructures of copper liners of shaped charges prepared by electroforming technique were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Meanwhile, the orientations distributing of thegrains in the electroformed copper liners of shaped charges was examined by the electron backscattering Kikuchi pattern (EBSP) technique. TEM observations have revealed that these electroformed copper liners of shaped charges have the grain size of about 1-3 m and the grains have a preferential orientation distribution along the growth direction.EBSP analysis has demonstrated that the as-formed copper liners of shaped charges exhibit a micro-texture, i.e. one type of fiber texture, and the preferred growth direction is normal to the surface of the liners.WenhuaiTian HongyeGao AilingFan XiaoouShan QiSun 2002Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2002,9,4:2
3Dynamic recrystallization of electroformed copper liners of shaped charges in high-strain-rate plastic deformation显示文摘The microstructures in the electroformed copper liners of shaped charges after high-strain-rate plastic deformation were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Meanwhile, the orientation distribution of the grains in the recovered slug was examined by the electron backscattering Kikuchi pattern (EBSP) technique. EBSP analysis illustrated that unlike the as-formed electroformed copper linersof shaped charges the grain orientations in the recovered slug are distributed along randomly all the directions after undergoing heavily strain deformation at high-strain rate. Optical microscopy shows a typical recrystallization structure, and TEM examination reveals dislocation cells existed in the thin foil specimen. These results indicate that dynamic recovery and recrystallization occur during this plastic deformation process, and the associated deformation temperature is considered to be higher than 0.6 times the melting point of copper.WenhuaiTian QiSun2002Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2002,9,5:0
