| 1 | Failure Envelopes of Wide-Shallow Composite Bucket Foundation for Offshore Wind Turbines in Silty Sand显示文摘The wide-shallow composite bucket foundation(WSCBF) is a new type of offshore wind power foundation that can be built on land and rapidly installed offshore, there by effectively reducing the construction time and costs of offshore wind power foundation. In this study, the horizontal bearing capacity is calculated by finite element simulation and compared with test results to verify the validity of results. In this process, the vertical load and bending load are respectively calculated by the finite element simulation. Under the vertical load effect, the bucket foundation and the soil inside are regarded as a whole, and the corresponding buckling failure mode is obtained. The ultimate vertical bearing capacity is calculated using empirical and theoretical formulas; the theoretical formula is also revised by finite element results. Under bending load, the rotational center of the composite bucket foundation(in a region close to the bucket bottom) gradually moves from the left of the central axis(reverse to loading direction) to the nearby compartment boards along the loading direction. | 2 | Factors Influencing Strength of Super Absorbent Polymer(SAP)Concrete显示文摘Super absorbent polymers (SAPs) are gradually being applied in concrete production as internal curing agents.SAP can effectively reduce early age autogenous shrinkage of concrete,alleviate the hazards caused by concrete cracking and improve its freeze–thaw resistance.However,the relationships between SAP dosage,SAP particle size and the water–cement ratio of concrete have certain influences on the evolution of the compressive strength of SAP-incorporated concrete.In this study,experiments were conducted to investigate the relationships between the water–cement ratio of concrete,the SAP dosage and SAP particle size.The significant factors influencing concrete strength are determined and equations are proposed for predicting the strength of SAP-incorporated concrete at 3,7 and 28 days.The findings from this study,such as the SAP dosage should not be larger than 0.2%,are expected to form a theoretical basis for the rational use of SAP as an additive to concrete. | Hongyan Ding Lei Zhang Puyang Zhang | 2017 | Transactions of Tianjin University2017,23,3: | 5 |
| 3 | Estimation of reservoir and remaining oil prediction based on flow unit analysis显示文摘Through natural partition and clustering analysis,four kinds of flow units were distinguished in Pu53 block,Pucheng Oilfield. Taking the short-term cycle as studying unit,the two-dimensional distribution of each type of flow units was forecasted and the short-term cycle was classified into four types based on the two-dimensional characteristics of the flow units. The remaining oil was predicted by conceptual simulation,qualitative analysis and quantitative modeling. The results showed obvious control of the characteristics of reservoir flow units to the remaining oil. E and G units in type I and type II short-term cycles which are distributed continuously in large areas are mostly flooded,while the uncontrolled small isolated G flow unit in type III short-term cycles which were mainly made of F flow unit and F flow unit with continuous distribution become the accumulating place for remaining oil. Thus the development adjustment strategy should optimize the development of small-scale E and G units,strengthen the development of type III short-term cycles,and block out type I short-term cycles. Different from the gapless graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) exhibit versatile bandstructure, with bandgap sizes ranging from semi-metallic to over 2 e V. Therefore, 2 D-TMDs can be utilized in various applications from logic to optoelectronic devices. In this review we first introduce the latest developments of the wafer-scale synthesis of continuous TMD films, then we present recent advances in large scale devices and circuits based on TMD films, including logic, memory, optoelectronic and analog devices. | 6 | Shaking Table Tests and Seismic Response of Three-Bucket Jacket Foundations for Offshore Wind Turbines显示文摘The seismic response characteristics of three-bucket jacket foundations for offshore wind turbines(OWTs)and the liquefaction of the surrounding soil are particularly important for the development and application of this type of structure for offshore use.Using the shaking table test and three-dimensional finite element analysis,different magnitudes of simulated earthquake waves were used as inputs to the shaking table to model seismic excitations.The resulting changes in the excess pore water pressure and acceleration response of the soil under horizontal earthquake are compared in this paper.Calculations of the anti-liquefaction shear stress and equivalent shearing stress during the earthquake,determination of the areas prone to liquefaction,and identification of the effect of the three-bucket jacket foundation on the soil liquefaction resistance were conducted by developing a soil-structure finite element model.The development law of the soil’s amplification effect on seismic acceleration and the seismic response of the foundation soil under various magnitude earthquake waves were also discussed.Results indicate that liquefying the soil inside the bucket of the foundation is more difficult than that outside the bucket during the excitation of seismic waves due to the large upper load and the restraint of the surrounding hoop.This finding confirms the advantages of the three-bucket jacket foundations in improving the liquefaction resistance of the soil inside the bucket.However,the confinement has a barely noticeable impact on the nearby soil outside the skirt.The phenomenon of soil liquefaction at the bottom of the skirt occurred earlier than that in other positions during the seismic excitation,and the excess pore water pressure slowly dissipated.The acceleration amplification coefficient of the sand outside the bucket increases with depth,but that of the sand inside the bucket is substantially inhibited in the height range of the bucket foundation.This result proves the inhibition effects of the three-bucket jacket foundations on the seismic responses of soils.The liquefied soil layer has a significant effect in absorbing a certain amount of seismic wave energy and reducing the amplification effect.The numerical simulation results are consistent with the phenomenon and data measured during the shaking table test.The current study also verifies the feasibility of the excess pore water pressure ratio and the anti-liquefaction shear stress method for judging soil liquefaction. | DING Hongyan PAN Chen ZHANG Puyang WANG Le XU Yunlong | 2022 | Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,3: | 1 |

| 9 | Load Transferring Mechanism on Transition Section of Composite Bucket Foundation for Offshore Wind Turbines显示文摘The composite bucket foundation(CBF) is a new kind of foundation which has been applied in the offshore wind industry. A reasonable connection pattern between the tower and the CBF top cover is crucial for load transmissions from the superstructure. Therefore, it is essential to choose an optimum structure type for the transition section. The line type and the arc transition section models were established by ABAQUS, and the internal forces of cross section were extracted along the height direction. Specifically, the force transfer mechanism for different types of the transition sections was investigated comparatively with monotonic as well as composite loadings. | 10 | A New Species of the Gekko japonicus Group(Squamata:Gekkonidae)from Southwest China显示文摘A new species of the Gekko(Squa ma ta:Gekkonidae)is described from the border of Sichuan and Yunnan Province,southwest China,based on distinct morphological and molecular features.Gekko jinjiangensis sp.nov.is distinguished from congeners by a combination of the following characters:size small(SVL 50.2–61.6 mm,n=13);nares in contact with rostral;interorbital scales between anterior corners of the eyes 20–24;ventral scales between mental and cloacal slit 146–169;midbody scale rows 111–149;ventral scale rows 31–47;subdigital lamellae on first toe 8–11,on fourth toe 11–15;no webbing in the fingers and toes;with tubercles on uapper surface of fore and hind limbs;precloacal pores 4–5 in males;postcloacal unilateral tubercles 1–2;dorsal surface of body with 8–9 large greyish brown markings between nape and sacrum.In molecular analyses,the new species is sister to G.scabridus,but separated from them by approximately 9.9%–12.2%in genetic divergence as shown by a fragment of the partial mitochondrial ND2 gene.The new species is the highest Gekko with elevation range from 2000 to 2476 m.Further surveys are recommended to better understand the occurrence and population status of the new species. | Yinmeng HOU Shengchao SHI Gang WANG Guocheng SHU Puyang ZHENG Yin QI Gaohui LIU Jianping JIANG Feng XIE | 2021 | Asian Herpetological Research2021,12,1: | 1 |

The results show that the increase in the internal skirts' number can help improve the floating stability of the skirted foundation. However, with the increase in the internal skirts' number, the improvement of floating stability becomes more and more weak. In this study, an optimal number of four are found for the internal skirt spacing. | 15 | Dynamic Response Analysis of a Floating Mooring System显示文摘An innovative floating mooring system with two or more independent floating mooring platforms in the middle and one rigid platform on each side is proposed for improving efficiency and safety in shallow water. For this new system, most of collision energy is absorbed through the displacement of floating platforms. In order to illustrate the validity of the system, a series of model tests were conducted at a scale of 1:40. The coupled motion characteristics of the floating mooring platforms were discussed under regular and irregular waves, and the influences of wave direction and other characteristics on dynamic response of the system were analyzed. The results show that the mooring system is safest at 0° of wave incident angle, whereas the most dangerous mooring state occurs at 90° of wave incident angle. | 17 | Lignans from Seeds of Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall.Protect Against Alcoholic Liver Injury via TGF-β/Smads Pathway in Rats显示文摘[Objectives]This study aimed to investigate the effects of lignans from seeds of Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall.(SHC)on expression of TGF-β/Smads in liver tissue of hepatic alcohol-injuried rats,and to explore its protective mechanism.[Methods]A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into six groups.The rats in all the groups except those in the normal group were given with white spirit by gavage for 8 weeks to establish alcoholic liver injury models.After rat models were established successfully,they were administered intragastrically with 400,200 and 100 mg/kg of lignans,respectively.The rats in the normal group were administered intragastrically with 50 mg/kg of silymarin.The administration lasted for 8 weeks,once a day.The changes in the general state,liver tissue pathology and collagen deposition of the rats were observed.The expression of TGF-β,TGF-β1 receptor 1(TβR-I),TGF-β1 receptor 2(TβR-II),Smad2/p-Smad2 and Smad3/p-Smad3 in the hepatic tissue was detected.[Results]The expression levels of TGF-β1,Smad2,p-Smad2,and p-Smad3 significantly declined,and the expression levels of TβR-I,TβR-II and Smad3 did not change significantly in the liver tissue of rats in the lignans groups and the expression levels of TGF-β,Smad2,and p-Smad3 significantly declined.Meanwhile,the expression levels of TβR-I,TβR-II,p-Smad2 and Smad3 did not change significantly in the silymarin group.[Conclusions]The lignans from SHC have significant intervention effects on alcoholic livery injury.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of hepatic stellate cell(HSC)activation,TGF-βsecretion and p-Smad2,p-Smad3 expression in the signaling pathway. | Qi MA Jian GU Puyang GONG Maojia LI Ni MA Yanxi LI | 2020 | Medicinal Plant2020,11,2: | 1 |
| 18 | Study on the Protective Effect and Mechanism of Tibetan Medicine Ershiwuwei Songshi Pill on Acute Alcoholic Liver Injury in Rats显示文摘[Objectives]To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Ershiwuwei Songshi Pill on acute alcoholic liver injury in rats.[Methods]Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,polyene phosphatidylcholine(82.08 mg/kg)positive control group and Ershiwuwei Songshi Pill high(180 mg/kg),medium(90 mg/kg)and low(45 mg/kg)dose groups.The rats in each group were given corresponding drugs by intragastric administration for 3 d and fed normally.From the 4th d,all groups except the normal control group were fed with 15 mL/kg liquor(56%vol)for 7 d after 2 h of administration.After the last modeling,the levels of AST,ALT,TC,TG,SOD,GSH in serum and IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αin liver tissue were measured.The protein expressions of Bax,Bcl-2 and Caspase3 were determined by Western blotting.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue under light microscope.[Results]Compared with the model group,the body weight and the levels of SOD and GSH in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the model group;liver index,serum ALT,AST,TC,TG,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αlevels decreased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05);HE staining showed that there was a small amount of collagen proliferation and lymphocyte infiltration in connective tissue around the hepatic portal area in the model group,multiple inflammatory foci could be seen in the lobules,and round fat vacuoles could be seen in the cytoplasm;in each administration group,the pathological condition of the liver was mild.[Conclusions]Ershiwuwei Songshi Pill had a certain protective effect on acute alcoholic liver injury in rats,and its mechanism might be related to reducing enzyme,promoting lipid metabolism and anti-inflammation. | Ni MA Qi MA Baoyu JIN Jian GU Puyang GONG | 2020 | Medicinal Plant2020,11,2: | 1 |
