4Mechanical Property Evaluation of Glass-carbon-durian Skin Fiber Reinforced Polylactic Acid Composites显示文摘The main objective of this work was to study and develop composite materials by experiments with mixtures of synthetic(glass fiber, carbon fiber) and natural fiber(durian skin fiber) reinforcements on a polylactic acid(PLA) matrix composite, because of its excellent mechanical properties. Durian skin fiber(DSF) is a natural waste throughout Thailand, and an alternative to recycling is to realize its potential as a new reinforcement through mixing and the injection molding processes. The flexural strength(σ_(F)) and flexural modulus(E_(F)) of the composites from specimens showed a maximum value by content of durian skin fiber at 10 wt%, for good performance relative to particle dispersion between the matrix and the fiber, and showed a minimum value by content of durian skin fiber at 20 wt%, because the reinforcement material affects the mechanical properties in the experiments.Boonsin Nadondu Prayoon Surin Jakawat Deeying 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,1:0
5Structure and effect of diamagnetism on manganese lithium phosphate glass to cathode materials application显示文摘1-x(Li_(2)O-2 P_(2)O_(5))-xMnO_(2)glasses where x=0.2,0.3 and 0.4 mol%,respectively,were synthesized by meltedquenching method.The Mn and P oxidation states and local structures around Mn and P-ions including Mn-O and P-O bonding distances and coordination numbers have been studied via X-ray absorption near edge structure(XANES)and extended X-ray absorption fine structure(EXAFS),respectively.XANES results exhibit a coexistence of oxidation state of Mn2+and Mn^(3+)with a mean value of 2.82.Moreover,Mn and P K-edge EXAFS show the Mn-O and P-O bonding distances of approximately 2.083-2.094 A and 1.766-1.774 A,respectively.A paramagnetism was found for all Mn-P glasses.Additionally,the coercive field(Hc)and remnant magnetization(Mr)increased with increasing Mn contents.However,the low specific capacitances are seriously obtained(<40 F g^(-1))suggesting the effect of natural diamagnetism of lithium phosphate based-glass unlike the borate based-glasses which originally exhibit paramagnetism.Pichitchai Butnoi Wipada Senanon Narong Chanlek Yingyot Poo-arporna Supree Pinitsoontorn Santi Maensiri Prayoon Songsiriritthigul Pongtanawat Khemthong Pinit Kidkhunthod 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,3:0
