2Deep placement of nitrogen fertilizer increases rice yield and nitrogen use efficiency with fewer greenhouse gas emissions in a mechanical direct-seeded cropping system显示文摘Deep placement of nitrogen fertilizer is a key strategy for improving nitrogen use efficiency. A two-year field experiment was conducted during the early rice growing seasons(March–July) of 2016 and 2017.The experimental treatments comprised two rice cultivars: Wufengyou 615(WFY 615) and Yuxiangyouzhan(YXYZ), and three N treatments: mechanical deep placement of all fertilizers as basal dose at 10 cm soil depth(one-time deep-placement fertilization, namely OTDP fertilization);manual surface broadcast(the common farmer practice) of 40% N fertilizer at one day before sowing(basal fertilizer)followed by broadcast application of 30% each at tillering and panicle initiation stages;and no fertilizer application at any growth stage as a control. One-time deep-placement fertilization increased grain yield of both rice cultivars by 11.8%–19.6%, total nitrogen accumulation by 10.3%–13.1%, nitrogen grain production efficiency by 29.7%–31.5%, nitrogen harvest index by 27.8%–30.0%, nitrogen agronomic efficiency by 71.3%–77.2%, and nitrogen recovery efficiency by 42.4%–56.7% for both rice cultivars, compared with the multiple-broadcast treatment. One-time deep-placement fertilization reduced CH4-induced global warming potential(GWP) by 20.7%–25.3%, N2O-induced GWP by 7.2%–12.3%, and total GWP by 14.7%–22.9% for both rice cultivars relative to the multiple-broadcast treatment. The activities of glutamine synthetase and nitrate reductase were increased at both panicle-initiation and heading stages in both rice cultivars following one-time deep-placement fertilization treatment. Larger leaf area index at heading stage and more favorable root morphological traits expressed as larger total root length, mean root diameter, and total root volume per hill were also observed. 4From Mechanically Interlocked Structures to Host-Guest Chemistry Based on Twisted Dimeric Architectures by Adjusting Space Constraints显示文摘Mechanically interlocked molecules(MIMs)and host–guest chemistry have received great attention in the past few decades.However,it remains challenging to design architectures with mechanically interlocked features and construct cavities for guest molecule recognition using similar building blocks.In this study,we designed and constructed a series of novel twisted supramolecular structures by assembling various multitopic terpyridine(tpy)ligands with the same diameter and Zn(II)ions.The obtained complexes exhibited evolutional architectures and showed distinctively different space-constraint effects.Specifically,the assembled dimer SA,SB,and SBH displayed mechanically interlocked phenomena,including[2]catenane and[3]catenane,with an increase in concentration.However,no interlocked structures were observed in complexes SC and SCH constructed by hexatopic tpy ligands due to the significant space constraints.The single-crystal data of complex SCH further proved significant space constraints and illustrated the formation of a relatively closed cavity,which showed excellent host–guest properties for different calixarenes,especially high affinity for calix[6]arene.Xin Jiang Hao Yu Junjuan Shi Qixia Bai Yaping Xu Zhe Zhang Xin-Qi Hao Bao Li Pingshan Wang Lixin Wu Ming Wang 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,6:1

10Improved C_(3-4) transfer for treatment of root avulsion of the brachial plexus upper trunk Animal experiments and clinical application显示文摘Experimental rats with root avulsion of the brachial plexus upper trunk were treated with the improved C3-4 transfer for neurotization of C5-6.Results showed that Terzis grooming test scores were significantly increased at 6 months after treatment,the latency of C5-6 motor evoked potential was gradually shortened,and the amplitude was gradually increased.The rate of C3 instead of C5 and the C4 + phrenic nerve instead of C6 myelinated nerve fibers crossing through the anastomotic stoma was approximately 80%.Myelinated nerve fibers were arranged loosely but the thickness of the myelin sheath was similar to that of the healthy side.In clinical applications,39 patients with root avulsion of the brachial plexus upper trunk were followed for 6 months to 4.5 years after treatment using the improved C3 instead of C5 nerve root transfer and C4 nerve root and phrenic nerve instead of C6 nerve root transfer.Results showed that the strength of the brachial biceps and deltoid muscles recovered to level III-IV,scapular muscle to level III-IV,latissimus dorsi and pectoralis major muscles to above level III,and the brachial triceps muscle to level 0-III.Results showed that the improved C3-4 transfer for root avulsion of the brachial plexus upper trunk in animal models is similar to clinical findings and that C3-4 and the phrenic nerve transfer for neurotization of C5-6 can innervate the avulsed brachial plexus upper trunk and promote the recovery of nerve function in the upper extremity.Lin Zou Xuecheng Cao Jing Li Lifeng Liu Pingshan Wang Jinfang Cai 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,20:0

12Video Popularity Prediction Based on Knowledge Graph and LSTM Network显示文摘The prediction of the popularity of online content,particularly videos,has recently gained significant attention as successful popularity prediction can assist many practical applications such as recommendation systems and proactive caching,as well as aid in optimizing advertising strategies or balancing network throughput.Despite much work being done on predicting the popularity of online videos,there are still challenges to be overcome:(1)popularity is greatly influenced by various external factors,resulting in significant fluctuations that are difficult to capture and track;(2)online video content and metadata information are typically diverse,sparse,and noisy,making the prediction task complex and unstable;(3)some data have temporal relevance,and the impact on popularity varies at different times.In this paper,we propose an Adaptive Temporal Knowledge Graph Network(ATKN)video popularity prediction model to address the issues surrounding video popularity prediction.First,we employ the attention-basedLong Short-Term Memory(ALSTM)network to capture the trend of popularity change.Then,we introduce anAttention-based FactorizationMachine(AFM)with attentionmechanism to model the feature cross of video content,thereby enhancing the distinction of importance after different feature crosses.Next,we use a RelationalGraph Convolutional Network(RGCN)to extract the associated features between entities in the knowledge graph.Finally,we propose a dynamic feature fusion method that adaptively assigns the weights of temporal features and content features at different time intervals by constructing an exponential decay function,thereby obtaining an effective and stable feature fusion module.Experimental results demonstrate the superiority and interpretability of ATKN on the MovieLens-20M dataset and the Microsoft Satori-built movie knowledge graph.Pingshan Liu Zhongshu Yu Yemin Sun Mingjun Xi 2023国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2023,,1:0

14Super Peer-Based P2P VoD Architecture for Supporting Multiple Terminals显示文摘With the development of wireless network and the popularity of mobile terminal devices,users can watch videos through both the traditional fixed terminals and smart mobile terminals.However,network resources cannot be effectively shared between fixed terminals and mobile terminals,which causes a huge waste of resources.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a super peer-based P2P VoD architecture for supporting multiple terminals.In the architecture,resources of various terminals can be shared and server load can be reduced.An architecture was first built based on super peers.And then,a super peer selection algorithm was proposed to select super peers to manage other terminals.Considering the characteristics of the different types of terminals,a corresponding caching mechanism was designed for different terminals to achieve efficient resource sharing.Final,the maintenance of the architecture was discussed.The experiment demonstrates that the architecture is feasible.The architecture can effectively improve the quality and fluency of video playback,and reduce the server load.Pingshan Liu Yaqing Fan Kai Huang Guimin Huang 2020国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2020,,1:0
15Application and Influencing Factors of Radiofrequency Ablation in Monochorionic Pregnancy显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to investigate the pregnancy outcomes and possible influencing factors concerning complicated monochorionic (MC) multiple pregnancies undergoing selective fetal reduction using radiofrequency ablation (RFA).Methods: This retrospective cohort study included 54 women with complicated MC multiple pregnancy who underwent selective fetal reduction using RFA at the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2015 to March 2020. According to the indications for RFA, the 54 women were divided into three groups: complex complications (n = 30), structural anomalies (n = 18), and triplet pregnancy (n = 6). According to the gestational age for RFA, all patients were divided into three groups: 16-19+6 weeks (n = 17), 20-23+6 weeks (n = 17), and 24-26+6 weeks (n = 20). We analyzed the pregnancy outcomes (including the overall survival rate (OSR), gestational age at delivery, birth weight of newborns) and postoperative complications such as miscarriage, and intrauterine fetal death (IUFD) according to the indications and gestational age of reduction by using suitable statistical testing.Results: The OSR was 83.3% (45/54). The mean ± standard deviation (SD) of gestation at the time of reduction was 21.6 ± 3.2 weeks. The GA at delivery was 34.0(32.0,37.5) weeks. The mean ±SD of newborns’ birth weight was 2118 ± 685 g. The overall rates of miscarriage, PROM, and IUFD were 9.3% (5/54), 7.4% (4/54), and 7.4% (4/54), respectively. According to the indications for reduction, the OSR for complex complications, structural anomalies, and triplet pregnancy groups were 83.3% (25/30), 83.3% (15/18), and 83.3% (5/6), respectively. Statistically significant differences were only found in the mean birth weight among the three groups (P < 0.05). No significant difference was found in the rate of miscarriage, and mean gestation at delivery among the three groups (P > 0.05). In the group with complex complications, the OSR of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, selective intrauterine growth restriction, twin reversed arterial perfusion sequence, and twin anemia polycythemia sequence were 66.7% (6/9), 93.3% (14/15), 80.0% (4/5), and 100.0% (1/1), respectively, with no significant difference among these groups (P > 0.05). According to the gestational age of reduction, the OSRs among the three groups were 82.4% (14/17), 76.5% (13/17), and 90.0% (18/20), respectively, and the rate of miscarriage, IUFD, and mean gestation age at delivery among these groups showed no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Selective fetal reduction by RFA is an important treatment method for complicated MC multiple pregnancy, although it may lead to complications like miscarriage, and IUFD. The indication of reduction seems to affect the pregnancy outcome. 16A Multi-objective Optimization Data Scheduling Algorithm for P2P Video Streaming显示文摘In P2P video streaming, each peer requests its wanted streaming data from others and responses others' requests by its data scheduling algorithm. Recent years, some data scheduling algorithms are proposed either to optimize the perceived video quality, or to optimize the network throughput. However, optimizing the perceived video quality may lead to low utilization of the senders'upload capacity. On the other hand, optimizing the network throughput may lead to the degrading perceived quality, for some emergent data may not be transmitted in time. In this paper, to improve the two objectives simultaneously, we formulate the data scheduling problem as a multi-objective model. In the formulation, we not only consider the segment quality and emergency which affect the perceived video quality, but also consider the rarity of the segments, which influences the network throughput. Then, we propose a distributed data scheduling algorithm to solve the multi-objective problem in polynomial time. 17Reducing Video Transmission Cost of the Cloud Service Provider with QoS-Guaranteed显示文摘With the advancement of cloud computing technology,many service providers are combining with cloud service providers to build a highly available streaming video-on-demand cloud platform and provide video services to end users.Generally,cloud service providers deploy many edge cloud CDN nodes in different geographic areas and provide video services to end users.However,when an end-user wants to watch certain videos and request video resources from surrounding edge cloud CDN nodes,the edge cloud CDN node will request missing video clips from other cloud nodes.Therefore,this will generate a large amount of additional video transmission costs and reduce the quality of service of the cloud service provider.To reduce or even minimize the video transmission cost of edge cloud CDN nodes while ensuring the quality of service(QoS).We designed a video transmission algorithm called Netdmc to ensure transmission quality.The algorithm can be divided into two parts.The first part is a low-latency video request algorithm based on ensuring service quality,and the second part is a video request algorithm based on minimizing video transmission costs.The simulation results demonstrate that the Netdmc algorithm can effectively reduce the cost of cloud service providers and ensure the quality of video services.Pingshan Liu Yemin Sun Kai Huang Guimin Huang Zhongshu Yu 2022国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2022,,1:0
18Electrocoagulation coupled with electrooxidation for the simultaneous treatment of multiple pollutants in contaminated sediments显示文摘In situ and simultaneous remediation of a variety of pollutants in sediments remains a challenge.In this study,we report that the combination of electrocoagulation(EC)and electrooxidation(EO)is efficient in the immobilization of phosphorus and heavymetals and in the oxidation of ammonium and toxic organicmatter.The integratedmixed metal oxide(MMO)/Fe anode system allowed the facile removal of ammonium and phosphorus in the overlying water(99% of 10 mg/L NH_(4)^(+)-N and 95% of 10 mg/L P disappeared in 15 and 30 min,respectively).Compared with the controls of the single Fe anode and single MMO anode systems,the dual MMO/Fe anode system significantly improved the removal of phenanthrene and promoted the transition of Pb and Cu from the mobile species to the immobile species.The concentrations of Pb and Cu in the toxicity characteristic leaching procedure extracts were reduced by 99%and 97% after an 8 hr operation.Further tests with four real polluted samples indicated that substantial proportions of acid-soluble fraction Pb and Cu were reduced(30%-31% for Pb and 16%–23% for Cu),and the amounts of total organic carbon and NH_(4)^(+)-N decreased by 56%–71% and 32%–63%,respectively.It was proposed that the in situ electrogenerated Fe(II)at the Fe anode and the active oxygen/chlorine species at the MMO anode are conducive to outstanding performance in the co-treatment of multiple pollutants.The results suggest that the EC/EO method is a powerful technology for the in situ remediation of sediments contaminated with different pollutants.Qingjun Zeng Yifan Zhang Pingshan Chen Yuting He Congli Yi Chunhua Feng 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:0
19Highly emissive tribenzotriquinacene-based double-rimed nanocube显示文摘The study of discrete nanosized cages has gone a long way to seek aesthetically appealing structures and to carry out functional applications.Although the construction of supramolecular cages via a bottom-up self-assembly process has been well developed,the sophisticated synthesis still remains a challenge.Here we report the design and assembly of a giant double-rimed nanocube Zn_(24)LH_(8),built with 8 tribenzotriquinacene as six-connected vertices and 24(tpy=terpyridine)connectivities serving as the edges.From the single-crystal structure of tribenzotriquinacene-based ligand LH,the bowl-shaped ligand defines a suitable rigid platform for the spatially well-defined attachment of three sets of parallel vertices,which promotes the quantitative formation of the desired three-dimensional(3D)double-rimed cubic architectures.The formed nanocube Zn_(24)LH_(8)possesses molecular weight up to 25.6 kDa and side length 5.3 nm.Remarkably,the Zn_(24)LH_(8)exhibits strong cyan light emission with high luminescence quantum yields in solution and in the solid state based on the inherent cage-confinement induced emission enhancement.By adding orange-emissive Rhodamine B,emission tuning experiments were achieved including white light emission.This work presents a new system for the imitation of complex assemblies and provides a promising candidate for emissive materials.Zhilong Jiang Zihao Wu Jun Wang Bangtang Chen Min Wang Weiya Liu Wenzhi Lv Rui Miao He Zhao Die Liu Shenghua Chen Mingzhao Chen Pingshan Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
