1Uncertainty analysis of cross-calibration for HJ-1 CCD camera显示文摘Radiometric calibration of sensor is the basis of quantitative remote sensing,and uncertainty analysis is critical to ensure the accuracy of cross-calibration.Therefore,firstly,cross-calibration formulas were improved by redefining calibration coefficient and spectral band matching factor.In these formulas,cci was redefined as the calibration coefficient of normalized apparent reflectance,and spectral band matching factor as the ratio of normalized apparent reflectance.Secondly,based on the contrast of ideal and actual conditions in cross-calibration,8 sources of cross-calibration uncertainty were proposed:calibration uncertainty of standard sensor;pixel matching uncertainty;spectral band matching factor uncertainty caused by site altitude setting error,atmospheric parameters setting error,surface spectrum source,surface bidirectional reflectance characteristic,and error of atmospheric radiative transfer model;and uncertainty caused by other factors which were not considered.Finally,the contribution of each uncertainty was further analyzed and discussed for the HJ-1 CCD camera.The results provide many valuable references for evaluating the feasibility of alternative cross-calibration measurements.WANG Zuo XIAO PengFeng GU XingFa FENG XueZhi LI XiaoYing GAO HaiLiang LI Hui LIN JinTang ZHANG XueLiang 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,7:3

3Roles of Co element in Fe-based bulk metallic glasses utilizing industrial FeB alloy as raw material显示文摘A series of Fe-based bulk metallic glasses were fabricated by a conventional copper mold casting method using a kind of Fe-B industrial raw alloy. It is found that Fe-B-Y-Nb bulk metallic glass with 3 at% of Co addition possesses the best glass forming ability, thermal stability, hardness, magnetic property and anti-corrosion property. The hardness test result indicates a synchronically trend with glass-forming ability parameters. 6Effect of autologous bone marrow stem cells-scaffold transplantation on the ongoing pregnancy rate in intrauterine adhesion women:a randomized,controlled trial显示文摘Intrauterine adhesion is a major cause of female reproductive disorders.Although we and others uncontrolled pilot studies showed that treatment with autologous bone marrow stem cells made a few patients with severe intrauterine adhesion obtain live birth,no large sample randomized controlled studies on this therapeutic strategy in such patients have been reported so far.To verify if the therapy of autologous bone marrow stem cells-scaffold is superior to traditional treatment in moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion patients in increasing their ongoing pregnancy rate,we conducted this randomized controlled clinical trial.Totally 195 participants with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion were screened and 152 of them were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to either group with autologous bone marrow stem cells-scaffold plus Foley balloon catheter or group with only Foley balloon catheter(control group)from February 2016 to January 2020.The per-protocol analysis included 140 participants:72 in bone marrow stem cells-scaffold group and 68 in control group.The ongoing pregnancy occurred in 45/72(62.5%)participants in the bone marrow stem cells-scaffold group which was significantly higher than that in the control group(28/68,41.2%)(RR=1.52,95%CI 1.08–2.12,P=0.012).The situation was similar in live birth rate(bone marrow stem cells-scaffold group 56.9%(41/72)vs.control group 38.2%(26/68),RR=1.49,95%CI 1.04–2.14,P=0.027).Compared with control group,participants in bone marrow stem cells-scaffold group showed more menstrual blood volume in the 3rd and 6th cycles and maximal endometrial thickness in the 6th cycle after hysteroscopic adhesiolysis.The incidence of mild placenta accrete was increased in bone marrow stem cells-scaffold group and no severe adverse effects were observed.In conclusion,transplantation of bone marrow stem cells-scaffold into uterine cavities of the participants with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion increased their ongoing pregnancy and live birth rates,and this therapy was relatively safe.Hui Zhu Taishun Li Peizhen Xu Lijun Ding Xianghong Zhu Bin Wang Xiaoqiu Tang Juan Li Pengfeng Zhu Huiyan Wang Chenyan Dai Haixiang Sun Jianwu Dai Yali Hu 2024Science China(Life Sciences)2024,67,1:0
7Numerical Analysis on the Static Performance of Gas Journal Bearing by Using Finite Element Method显示文摘In this paper,finite element method is used to calculate the static performance of gas journal bearing,in which rotation speed term is introduced into the stiffness matrix of linear triangular element to realize the performance calculation of the bearing with rotation speed.The results indicate that the average gas film thicknesses corresponding to the maximum load capac-ity and stiffness,and the minimum attitude angle increase with the growth of orifice diameter.Load capacity and stiffness significantly improved with the increase of rotation speed,eccentricity ratio and supply pressure when the bearing has thin average gas film thickness.Attitude angle increases with the growth of rotation speed,while the growth rate slows down or even decreases at high speed.The most effective way of reducing attitude angle is to increase supply pressure.It can be found that rotation speed affects attitude angle through changing gas pressure difference between two orifices,while other parameters have the same effect by changing gas pressure at orifice outlet.Pengfeng Wang Yuntang Li Xiang Gao Yueliang Ye Ruirui Li Xiaolu Li Yuan Chen Jie Jin Cong Zhang 2024Nanomanufacturing and Metrology2024,7,1:0
8Direct Ion Beam Figuring Process and Rotational Measurement Method for Ultra-smooth Aspherical Surfaces of a 46.5 nm Telescope显示文摘This paper describes a fabrication process for the hyperboloidal concave mirror of a 46.5 nm telescope. The180 mm aperture hyperboloidal concave mirror and 70 mm aperture compensator are machined directly from chemical mechanical polishing of a spherical surface to a high-accuracy aspherical surface by ion beam figuring.The aspherical measurement method is the Dall null test. To minimize system errors in the measurement process,the rotational measurement method with six rotations is used in the null test. The results of the analysis for the ME(first solve the machined surface profile, then solve the system errors) and EM(first solve the system errors, then solve the machined surface profile) methods of calculation in the measurement are given. The ME method is a more accurate rotational test method, and the six rotations are appropriate for rotational measurements. After the figuring process, the hyperboloidal concave mirror surface profile reached 8.27 nm rms and the compensator surface profile is approximately 4 nm rms. 9Mitochondrion-processed TERC regulates senescence without affecting telomerase activities显示文摘Mitochondrial dysfunctions play major roles in ageing.How mitochondrial stresses invoke downstream responses and how specificity of the signaling is achieved, however, remains unclear. We have previously discovered that the RNA component of Telomerase TERC is imported into mitochondria, processed to a shorter form TERC-53, and then exported back to the cytosol. Cytosolic TERC-53 levels respond to mitochondrial functions, but have no direct effect on these functions, suggesting that cytosolic TERC-53 functions downstream of mitochondria as a signal of mitochondrial functions. Here, we show that cytosolic TERC-53 plays a regulatory role on cellular senescence and is involved in cognition decline in 10 months old mice, independent of its telomerase function. Manipulation of cytosolic TERC-53 levels affects cellular senescence and cognition decline in 10 months old mouse hippocampi without affecting telomerase activity, and most importantly, affects cellular senescence in terc^-/- cells.
