2High-stability electrostatic field micro sensor for sounding thunderstorm applications显示文摘In this paper,the design and experimental results for a novel high-stability sounding electrostatic field micro sensor are presented.By means of hermetic chip sealing,digital weak signal demodulation unit,and probe sensor structure design,harsh environmental adaptation problems such as low temperature,high humidity,low air pressure,waterfall are solved.The sensor has a high resolution of 14 V/m,a wide measurement range of±100 kV/m,and is proved to have superior stability and performance in sounding electric field experiments than traditional sensors under different kinds of weather.WEN Xiaolong PENG Chunrong FANG Dongming YANG Pengfei REN Tianling XIA Shanhong 2014Instrumentation2014,1,3:3

5Experimental study on the control of black smoke pollution from the ceramic kilns based on the mechanism of the surfactant and coagulant显示文摘Aiming at the characteristics of carbon black,a new method of controlling the black smoke from the industrial coal-burning ceramic kilns by wetting was brought forward.The carbon black in the flue of coal-burning ceramic kiln was collected for the experiments,and its physical and chemical properties were studied in detail.In order to change the sedimentation and wettabil-ity state of the carbon black,the complex solution of the coagulant and surfactant was applied.After a series of orthogonal experiments,the complex solutions with bet-ter effects were chosen.Then,the sedimentation percent-age of carbon black treated by the selected complex solutions was measured.The optimized complex solutions included Na 2 SO 4(100 mmol/L),sodium dodecylbenzene-sulfonate(SDBS)(1.2 mmol/L)and polyacrylamide(PAM)(40 mg/L).After carbon black was absorbed,the complex solutions were clear and colorless.The complex solutions can be recycled,and the sedimentation percent-age of carbon black is 94%.Xiao CUI Caiting LI Fei WANG Shanhong LI Chenchang XIAO Yu PENG Yunbo ZHAI 2008Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2008,2,1:0
6Chromosome sorting and its applications in common wheat (Triticum aestivum) genome sequencing显示文摘The large genome size (~17000 Mb) and complicated DNA structures of common wheat (Triticum aestivum) hamper its genome sequencing.By means of flow cytometry,systematic investigations on individual chromosome sorting have been carried out to construct chromosome-specific bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) libraries since the 1980s.Several wheat chromosome-specific BAC libraries,such as chromosome 3B,three D genome chromosomes (1D,4D and 6D),and the short arm of chromosome 1B,have been developed,and the physical map of chromosome 3B was established in 2008.The same chromosome-based strategy is being employed by the International Wheat Genome Sequencing Consortium (IWGSC) to establish the physical maps of the other 20 common wheat chromosomes (cv.Chinese Spring).Several projects on wheat genome sequencing are currently underway.The availability of new sequencing technologies provides new choices for sequencing of gene space of the wheat genome.The applications of flow-sorted chromosomes in wheat genome studies present some examples to analyze the complex genomes of cereals.WU SuoWei XIAO Yang ZHENG Xu CAI YingFan DOLEZEL Jaroslav LIU Bing Hua YANG Li SONG MeiFang ZHOU Peng ZHOU Yang MENG FanHua WANG ShanHong LIU HongWei HAI HuQu YANG JianPing 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,15:0
