| 1 | Preparation and luminescence characteristics of Sr_3SiO_5:Eu^(2+) phosphor for white LED显示文摘The Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ phosphor was synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction. The emission spectrum of Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ shows two bands centered at 487 and 575 nm, which well agree with the theoretic values of emission spectrum. The excitation spectrum for 575 nm emission center has several excitation bands at 365, 418, 458 and 473 nm. And the results show that the emission spectrum of Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ is influenced by the Eu2+ concentration. The relative emission spectra of the white-emitting InGaN-based YAG:Ce3+ LED and Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ LED were investigated. | 2 | Tunable luminescence in co-doped Zn3Al2Ge2O10:Cr3+by controlling crystal field splitting and nephelauxetic effect显示文摘Ce3+/Dy3+/Tb3+/Eu3+/Mn2+and Cr3+ions co-doped Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10 phosphor were prepared by a hightemperature solid-state method.X-ray diffraction patterns prove the cubic phase structure of prepared Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10 phosphor,Emission,excitation spectra and decay curves confirm the tunable luminescence.Different degrees of the decrease of emission FWHM in Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,RE(RE=Ce3+,Dy3+,Tb3+,Eu3+)and Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Mn2+are observed.The reason of variable FWHM is the effect of crystal field splitting and nephelauxetic effect,and the nephelauxetic effect is dominant.Therefore,the emission FWHM decreases with the increasing concentration of Mn2+/Tb3+/Eu3+in Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,and for Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Ce3+and Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Dy3+,it is a constant.The variation of Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Tb3+is more obvious than that of Zn3 Al2 Ge2 O10:0.02 Cr3+,Eu3+,because Tb3+ion has smaller electronegativity.Thus,the tunable luminescence of Cr3+can be realized by co-doping different ions.And these phosphors have potential applications in light-emitting diodes for plant growth. | Qiongyu Bai Suling Zhao Zheng Xu Panlai Li | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,12: | 3 |

| 4 | Luminescence,Concentration Quenching and Thermal Stability of White Emitting Phosphor Ba_2Ca(BO_3)_2:Dy^(3+)显示文摘A white emitting phosphor Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Dy3+ was synthesized via a high temperature solid state reaction at 1000℃ for 5 h. The luminescence, mole fraction quenching and thermal stability of Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Dy3+ were investigated. According to the phase composition analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction, there is no crystalline phase except Ba2Ca(BO3)2 in the sample. Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Dy3+ can produce white emission under 348 nm excitation. The emission intensities of Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Dy3+ are affected by Dy3+ concentration. The concentration quenching effect was analyzed, and the concentration quenching mechanism was verified as dipole-dipole interaction. The critical distance(R c) obtained based on the crystal structure data is 2.911 nm. At 150℃, the emission intensity of Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Dy3+ is 68.0% of the initial value at room temperature. The activation energy for the thermal quenching calculated is 0.202 e V. | 14 | Luminescence, Energy Transfer and Concentration Quenching of Red Emitting Phosphor Ba_3Eu(PO_4)_3:Tb^(3+)显示文摘A red emitting phosphor of Ba_3Eu(PO_4)_3:Tb^(3+) was synthesized by a solid state method. The energy transfer from Tb^(3+) to Eu3+ in Ba_3Eu(PO_4)_3:Tb^(3+) was proved by the spectral properties and decay curves. The emission intensity of Ba_3Eu(PO_4)_3 is enhanced by doping Tb^(3+) as a sensitizer. For Ba_3Eu(PO_4)_3:Tb^(3+), the ~5D_3→~7F_J transition of Tb^(3+) occurs, and the corresponding emission intensities can be tuned when Tb^(3+) content increases, and the concentration quenching effect appears. However, for the ~5D_4→~7F_J transition of Tb^(3+), its intensity straight increases with increasing Tb^(3+) content. For Ba_3Eu(PO_4)_3:Tb^(3+), the values of CIE chromaticity coordinates are similar to those of commercial red phosphors of Sr_2Si_5N_8:Eu^(2+) and Y_2O_2S:Eu^(3+).
