1	化石燃料燃烧对儿童健康的多重威胁:空气污染和气候变化的影响显示文摘[背景]一直以来,评估和解决化石燃料对儿童健康风险的方法或者倾向于关注有毒气体排放,或者倾向于关注气候变化,这些方法分散而不完整。处于生长发育期的儿童,尤其是贫困儿童,现在承担着化石燃料燃烧所致环境污染和气候变化而引起的过重的疾病负担。[目的]针对化石燃料燃烧对儿童健康当前及预期的多重影响,本文对相关的翔实科学证据进行了综述,说明需要实施以儿童为中心的能源和气候综合政策,以期应对源于化石燃料污染所带来的全部生理和社会心理应激。[讨论]本文概述的数据显示,通过大幅减少对化石燃料的依赖,可以为儿童及其未来实现非常明显的健康和经济收益。这些收益不仅立竿见影,而且持续终生,甚至可能跨越几代人。[结论]除了进行强有力的科学和经济论证,采取紧急行动以减少化石燃料燃烧,这是保护我们最脆弱人群的当务之急和道义所在。	宋彦金泰廙 Perera F P	2017	环境与职业医学2017，34，8：	13
