| 1 | Comparison of autofluorescence and optical coherence tomography findings in acute and chronic central serous chorioretinopathy显示文摘AIM:To discuss and compare the fundus autofluorescence(FAF)and optical coherence tomography(OCT)in acute or chronic central serous chorioretinopathy(CSCR).METHODS:Medical records of 100 cases of CSCR were reviewed.Acute and chronic cases were evaluated according to the duration of decreased visual acuity,serous retinal detachment(RD)and focal leakage on fluorescein angiography(FA).Chi-square test was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS:Forty cases had acute and 60 cases had chronic CSCR.FAF showed focal hypo-autofluorescence in 34(85%)and iso-autofluorescence in 6(15%)of acute cases and hypo-autofluorescence in 51(85%),hyperautofluorescence in 6(10%)and iso-autofluorescence in3(5%)of chronic cases.OCT showed serous RD with distinct borders correlated with FAF findings(hypoautofluorescence)in all acute CSCR cases.In chronic CSCR group,OCT showed serous RD with indistinct borders correlated with FAF findings.The differences between the OCT and FAF findings of the two groups were significant(P=0.000).CONCLUSION:OCT and FAF findings can support the clinical observations in differential diagnosis of acute and chronic CSCR and help clinicians to evaluate retinal pigment epithelium,outer segments of photoreceptors and the components of serous RD. | Mehmet Yasin Teke Ufuk Elgin Pinar Nalcacioglu-Yuksekkaya Emine Sen Pinar Ozdal Faruk Ozturk | 2014 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2014，7，2： | 4 |
| 2 | Anti-pancreatic antibody in Turkish patients with inflammatory bowel disease and first-degree relatives显示文摘AIM: To identify the role of anti-pancreatic antibody (PAB) in the diagnosis of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) among Turkish patients, and its frequency in firstdegree relatives.METHODS: PAB and anti-Saccharomyces cerevisiae (ASCA) were examined in serum samples of 214 subjects including patients with Crohn's disease (CD, n = 64), ulcerative colitis (UC, n = 63), first-degree relatives of patients with CD (n = 25), first-degree relatives of patients with UC (n = 28),and a control group with gastrointestinal symptoms other than (IBD) (n = 34) by indirect immunofluorescence Positivity of PAB and ASCA was compared in terms of Vienna classification, disease activity and medications used.RESULTS: In terms of PAB positivity, no difference was found between patients with CD (14.1%) and UC (7.9%) however, significant difference was observed between patients with CD and subjects in the control group (P < 0.05). No difference was found between patients with CD and their relatives in terms of ASCA positivity, whereas a significant difference was found between other groups (P < 0.001). Compared to ASCA, the sensitivity of the PAB was 19% (7/37), its specificity was 93% (25/27), positive predictive value was 77% (7/9) and negative predictive value was 45% (25/55). ASCA was found with significantly higher prevalence in patients with CD activity index > 150 (P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: PAB is valuable in the diagnosis of IBD rather than CD, but cannot be used alone for diagnostic purposes. | 3 | 玻璃体内注射贝伐单抗对DME患者视力、黄斑中心厚度和眼血流的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:探讨玻璃体内注射贝伐单抗对伴有黄斑水肿的糖尿病患者眼血流参数的影响。方法:患者21例21眼,伴有弥漫性糖尿病性黄斑水肿(diabeticmacular edema,DME),黄斑中心厚度(central macularthickness,CMT)>320μm,无缺血性黄斑水肿或其他血管性视网膜疾病。患者术前以及注射1.25mg/0.05mL贝伐单抗1d,4wk后接受三种眼科检查:视力(visual acuity,VA)检测、光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)测量CMT以及采用超声成像测量眼动脉(ophthalmicartery,OA)、视网膜中央动脉(central retinal artery,CRA)、鼻侧睫状后动脉(nasal posterior ciliary artery,NPCA)以及颞侧睫状后动脉(temporal posterior ciliary artery,TPCA)中的收缩期峰值血流速度(peak systolic velocities,PSV)和舒张末期血流速度(end-diastolic velocities,EDV)。阻力指数(resistive indices,RI)由软件自动计算,注射前与注射后1d的血流速度进行了比较。患者术前和注射后4wk的VA和CMT值进行了比较。结果:注射前平均最佳矫正视力(best-corrected visual acuity,BCVA)为0.88±0.21logMAR,注射后为0.54±0.19logMAR(P<0.01)。平均CMT由注射前440.57±54.58μm下降至250.33±31.12μm(-190.24±36.00μm)。PSV、EDV和RI的变化并不显著。结论:贝伐单抗注射后视力显着改善,CMT降低,而PSV、EDV和RI在OA、CRA、TPCA和NPCA中没有显著变化。玻璃体内注射贝伐单抗注射液能改善VA和CMT,但对于糖尿病患者的OA、CRA、TPCA和NPCA的血流速度没有影响。 | Mehmet Demir Alper Ozel Burcu Dirim Erhan Ozdal Efe Can | 2013 | 国际眼科杂志2013，13，3： | 2 |

| 5 | Very high alpha-fetoprotein in a young man due to concomitant presentation of hepatocellular carcinoma and Sertoli cell testis tumor显示文摘Studies reported that there is a close relationship between hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and testis carcinoma. Both tumors can be presented as synchronal tumors, or as testicular metastases of HCC or as hepatic metastases of testicular tumor[7]. HCC is one of the most common malignancies worldwide and the incidence of HCC increases with age[8]. The relationship between hepatitis B incidence and HCC rates is also well recognized. Alpha fetoprotein (AFP) is produced by 70% of HCC. Though a level of AFP >400 ng/mL is diagnostic for HCC, in the presence of active hepatitis B infection, the cut-off level should be considered to be at least 1000-4 000 ng/mL.
