| 2 | 盐酸小檗碱抑制大鼠良性前列腺增生诱发的下尿路症状显示文摘目的良性前列腺增生症(BPH)是一类在老年男性中常见的增生性泌尿系统疾病,其中大部分患者会发展表现为下尿路症状(LUTS)。寻找抑制膀胱平滑肌收缩的药物成为治疗BPH诱发的LUTS最有前景的策略之一。本文研究传统中药黄连(CCF)对BPH诱发的LUTS的抑制作用,并进一步探索其发挥作用的活性成分以及相关的分子机制。方法建立大鼠BPH模型,口服黄连提取物,用HE染色法检测前列腺和膀胱病理改变,计算前列腺指数PI和膀胱指数BI的变化。用肌条收缩舒张实验检测CCF及其活性成分盐酸小檗碱(Ber)对KCl或Ach诱导的膀胱逼尿肌的影响。用离体灌流法检测对排尿功能的影响。原代培养大鼠膀胱逼尿肌细胞,检测CCF和Ber对钙离子细胞内流和ROCK-1的表达的调控作用。结果BPH大鼠前列腺和膀胱均表现出平滑肌明显增多的病理改变;其PI和BI值明显升高,并且出现排尿功能障碍;口服CCF可明显改善上述症状。CCF或Ber可以抑制Ach或KCL诱导的膀胱逼尿肌肌条收缩,并且显著延长大鼠排尿间隔,缩短大鼠排尿时间以及增加其排尿量。在机制方面,与CCF类似Ber可以抑制Ach诱导的钙离子细胞内流和ROCK-1的表达。结论CCF以Ber为主要活性成分,具有调节膀胱平滑肌收缩的作用,可作为BPH-LUTS治疗的潜在药物。 | 贾思童 苗琳 员小婷 焦婵媛 邵瑞 郝佳 常艳旭 樊官伟 张琚 耿强 Nuttapong WICHAI 高秀梅 | 2019 | 中国药理学与毒理学杂志2019,33,9: | 2 |
| 3 | HN Saponin F通过雄激素受体抑制雄激素依赖的前列腺癌细胞LNCaP增殖显示文摘目的研究HN Saponin F的类雄激素活性,探讨其对雄激素依赖性前列腺癌细胞LNCa P增殖的调控作用及作用机制。方法细胞免疫荧光法检测HN Saponin F对LNCa P细胞中本底水平和双氧睾酮DHT刺激时雄激素受体AR的细胞核转位的影响;MTT法检测HN Saponin F对本底水平和DHT诱导的LNCa P细胞增殖的影响;转染AR的特异si RNA进一步检测HN Saponin F调节LNCa P细胞增殖的机制。结果与DHT类似,HN Saponin F剂量依赖性地促进LNCa P细胞中AR从细胞质转位到细胞核;与DHT联用后,HN Saponin F还可抑制DHT诱导的AR核转位。DHT可以明显促进LNCa P细胞增殖,HN Saponin F可以剂量依赖性地抑制LNCa P细胞的增殖,且可以抑制DHT诱导的LNCa P细胞增殖。AR的特异si RNA抑制AR的表达后,LNCa P细胞本底和DHT诱导的增殖水平被明显抑制,但HN Saponin F失去了进一步抑制LNCa P细胞增殖的作用。结论 HN Saponin F通过AR拮抗雄激素活性,抑制雄激素依赖的前列腺癌细胞增殖,提示HN Saponin F可以作为潜在的AR拮抗剂,用于雄激素依赖性前列腺癌药物的开发。 | 史梦瑶 Nuttapong Wichai 王雪妮 王彧 刘二伟 邵瑞 Charupan Phosat 于海洋 苗琳 | 2019 | 中南药学2019,17,10: | 2 |

| 9 | Lignin and holocellulose from coir pith involved in trimethylamine(fishy odor) adsorption显示文摘Coir pith is a highly potential adsorbent for adsorbing trimethylamine(TMA). It harbors a higher adsorption capacity for TMA compared to commercial activated carbon(CAC). It was found that lignin and holocellulose extracted from coir pith played an important role in TMA adsorption. Lignin itself had the highest TMA adsorption capacity(269.01 mg/g)followed by holocellulose(75.43 mg/g), coir pith(14.3 mg/g) and CAC(10.26 mg/g),respectively. The pseudo-first-and second orders were applied to the kinetic data. For the adsorption of TMA by coir pith, the best fit was achieved by the pseudo-second order.Thermodynamic studies showed an endothermic and physico-chemical adsorption process between TMA and the coir pith. TMA desorption study suggested that only 14%–47% of TMA was desorbed with distilled water. In addition, Fourier transform-infrared(FT-IR) spectra showed that C–H bond(methyl group), C–O bond from phenolic alcohol and C–O bond from tertiary alcohol in lignin and holocellulose were involved in TMA adsorption. Coir pithbased filter showed high TMA adsorption efficiency(98%) and kept constant for more than48 days in a continuous system. Pilot scale experiment, coir pith beads filter could be succesfully applied as a packing material for TMA removal. | 10 | Effects of long-term organic material applications and green manure crop cultivation on soil organic carbon in rain fed area of Thailand显示文摘A long-term field experiment on organic material application and crop rotation with green manure crops has been conducted since 1976 at Lopburi Agricultural Research and Development Center,Department of Agriculture,Lop Buri Province,Thailand,to clarify the effect of organic materials and green manure crop on soil organic carbon changes.The stock change factors that stand for the relative change of soil organic carbon on the carbon stock in a reference condition(native vegetation that is not degraded or improved).Stock change factor for input of organic matter(F1),representing different levels of C input to soil such as organic material application,crop residue treatment and green manure crop cultivation,was computed with the present field experimental results.While the computed F1 of'High input with manure'was within the range of IPCC default F1 value,some of the computed F1 of'High input without manure'was much higher than the IPCC default though it was varied due to the biomass production and nutrient contents of the green manure crops planted as the second crops after corn.Therefore,the F1 computed by field experimental results can contribute to more accurate estimation of SOC changes in farm land especially in Southeast Asia because the default F1 mostly depends on the experimental data in temperate zones.Moreover,the field experiment has focused the effect of reduced tillage practices on SOC changes and corn yield since 2011.The results of the experiment will be used to compute Stock change factor for management regime(FMC)which represents the effects of tillage operations. | Tomohide Sugino Wanida Nobuntou Nuttapong Srisombut Praison Rujikun Suphakarn Luanmanee Nongluck Punlai | 2013 | International Soil and Water Conservation Research2013,1,3: | 0 |
