1Plant pleiotropic drug resistance transporters:Transport mechanism, gene expression,and function显示文摘Pleiotropic drug resistance(PDR) transporters belonging to the ABCG subfamily of ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporters are identified only in fungi and plants. Members of this family are expressed in plants in response to various biotic and abiotic stresses and transport a diverse array of molecules across membranes. Although their detailed transport mechanism is largely unknown, they play important roles in detoxification processes, preventing water loss, transport of phytohormones,and secondary metabolites. 4降解烤烟秸秆和烟碱菌株的筛选及其产酶特性显示文摘【目的】为获得能够降解烤烟秸秆和烟碱的菌株,并探索其降解烤烟秸秆的利用途径。【方法】以烤烟秸秆为唯一碳氮源,从烟田土壤中进行了菌株的筛选。采用形态学观察、生理生化特性鉴定、16S rRNA基因序列鉴定等方法对该菌株进行了鉴定,并对其以烤烟秸秆为底物进行液态发酵的产酶活性和木质纤维素降解效果进行了测定。【结果】结果表明:该菌株为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)。在以烤烟秸秆为主要营养物质液态发酵条件下该菌株具有较强的木质素降解能力,最大漆酶活力达到418.52 U/L,而木质素过氧化物酶和锰过氧化物酶的最大酶活分别为19.71 U/L和64.71 U/L。此外,发酵20 d后该菌能够完全降解发酵液中的烟碱。【结论】本研究筛选到了1株能够较好降解烤烟秸秆和完全降解烟碱的巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium),且该菌株具有利用烤烟秸秆生产漆酶的应用价值。苏玉龙 王倩 张成省 顾金刚 史素娟 SM Nuruzzaman Manik 毛静静 李世贵 雷强 伍仁军 殷英 屈健康 李亮 刘好宝 2015微生物学报2015,55,12:8

6林烟草蛋白激酶NsylCIPK3基因的克隆与功能分析显示文摘CIPK蛋白激酶家族(CBL-interacting protein kinase)是一类丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶家族,与类钙调磷酸酶B亚基CBL(calcineurin B-like protein)蛋白共同形成CBL-CIPK网络,在植物的生长发育和逆境胁迫响应过程中发挥重要作用。烟草中该家族的研究还比较少,本研究从林烟草(Nicotiana sylvestris)中获得一个CIPK家族基因,该基因与拟南芥和杨树中的CIPK3同源性分别为68.4%和87.5%,将其命名为Nsyl CIPK3。氨基酸序列分析表明,Nsyl CIPK3具有CIPK蛋白家族的典型结构特征,在N端和C端分别具有典型的激活环结构域和NAF结构域。进化树分析显示,Nsyl CIPK3属于CIPK蛋白亚家族Ⅱ。表达模式研究表明,该基因在林烟草的叶和腋芽中的表达量相对较高,在主根中的表达量次之,在侧根、茎、花瓣和萼片中的表达量相对较低,并且在烟草成熟期的叶中表达量明显升高。在高盐、紫外光和低钾胁迫下该基因的表达发生不同程度的上调。酵母双杂交结果显示,Nsyl CIPK3可与Nsyl CBL9互作。推测Nsyl CIPK3可能通过与Nsyl CBL9互作形成信号通路,激活下游靶蛋白,参与烟草响应非生物逆境胁迫的信号转导过程。董连红 史素娟 S M Nuruzzaman Manik 苏玉龙 毛静静 王傚弘 周开燕 刘林 王倩 刘好宝 2015植物遗传资源学报2015,16,3:4
7Wear and mechanical characterization of Mg-Gr self-lubricating composite fabricated by mechanical alloying显示文摘In this research,the wear and mechanical responses of pure magnesium-graphite(Mg-Gr)composite have been investigated aiming to get the optimum composition of reinforcement.The composite materials were fabricated by mechanical alloying.The percentage of graphite reinforcement was chosen as 3,5,7 and 10 wt.%to identify its potential for self-lubricating property under dry sliding conditions.The mechanical properties including hardness,tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites and the base material were tested.The wear tests were conducted by using a pin-on-disc tribometer.The results show that the mechanical properties decrease with increasing graphite content as compared to that of the base material.The wear rate and average coefficient of friction decrease with the addition of graphite and was found to be minimum at 5 wt.%graphite reinforcement.The addition of 5 wt.%graphite in the composite exhibits superior wear properties as compared to that of the matrix material and other compositions of the Mg-Gr composites.Azzat Esam Abdulqader Al-maamari AKMAsif Iqbal Dewan Muhammad Nuruzzaman 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,2:2
8Unsupervised method of clustering and labeling of the online product based on reviews显示文摘This paper presents an unsupervised approach to cluster reviews of products collected from Amazon and then generates its labels of each cluster.Instead of using a complete review,this paper splits a review into sentences and considers all sentences from the reviews as inputs for Clustering.Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering(HAC)is used to cluster sentences.The approaches of cluster labeling are also unsupervised.For labeling,three different methods have been used to find a limited number of essential words for each cluster.Extracted essential words are used to construct phrases.Constructed phrases are used as labels for each cluster.This paper compares the result of the labeling method with baseline labeling.In the result evaluation,all the labeling methods outperform the baseline method.The aim of this research is cluster labeling that makes a set of labels to describe a cluster content and distinguishes the labels from other cluster labels.Md Masum Billah Mohammad Nuruzzaman Bhuiyan Md.Akterujjaman 2021International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2021,12,2:2
