1Three dimensional porous frameworks for lithium dendrite suppression显示文摘Lithium metal is a promising anode material owing to its very low electrochemical potential and ultrahigh specific capacity.However,the growth of lithium dendrites could result in a short lifespan,low coulombic efficiency,and potential safety hazards during the progress of lithium plating/stripping.These factors drastically hinder its application in lithium metal batteries.This review focuses on the use of three dimensional(3D)porous host frameworks to improve Li plating/stripping behaviors,accommodate the change in volume,and suppress or block lithium dendrite growth.Various 3D porous frameworks,including the conductive carbon-based,metal-based,and lithiophilic inorganic-compound frameworks are introduced and summarized in detail.The particular functions,relative developments,and optimized strategies of various 3D porous frameworks for lithium deposition/dissolution behaviors are discussed.Moreover,the challenges and promising developments in the field of Li metal anodes will be discussed at the end of this review.Shuyan Ni Shuangshuang Tan Qinyou An Liqiang Mai 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,5:11

3High quality reference genome of drumstick tree(Moringa oleifera Lam.), a potential perennial crop显示文摘The drumstick tree(Moringa oleifera Lam.) is a perennial crop that has gained popularity in certain developing countries for its high-nutrition content and adaptability to arid and semi-arid environments. Here we report a high-quality draft genome sequence of M. oleifera. This assembly represents 91.78% of the estimated genome size and contains 19,465 protein-coding genes. Comparative genomic analysis between M. oleifera and related woody plant genomes helps clarify the general evolution of this species, while the identification of several species-specific gene families and positively selected genes in M. oleifera may help identify genes related to M. oleifera's high protein content, fast-growth, heat and stress tolerance. 4The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) mission: An overview显示文摘The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE), dubbed “Xihe”—Goddess of the Sun, was launched on October 14, 2021 as the first solar space mission of China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE mission is designed to test a newly developed satellite platform and to acquire the spectroscopic observations in the Hα waveband. The Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS)is the scientific payload of the CHASE satellite. It consists of two observational modes: raster scanning mode and continuum imaging mode. The raster scanning mode obtains full-Sun or region-of-interest spectral images from 6559.7 to 6565.9 ? and from 6567.8 to 6570.6 ? with 0.024 ? pixel spectral resolution and 1 min temporal resolution. The continuum imaging mode obtains photospheric images in continuum around 6689 ? with the full width at half maximum of 13.4 ?. The CHASE mission will advance our understanding of the dynamics of solar activity in the photosphere and chromosphere. 7Foliar modifications induced by inhibition of polar transport of auxin显示文摘The effects of auxin polar transport inhibitors, 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylic acid (HFCA); 2, 3, 5-triiodobenzoic acid (TIBA) and trans-cinnamic acid (CA)on leaf pattern formation were investigated with shoots formed from cultured leaf explants of tobacco and cultured pedicel explants of Orychophragmus violaceus, and the seedlings of tobacco and Brassica chinensis. Although the effective concentration varies with the inhibitors used, all of the inhibitors induced the formation of trumpet-shaped and/or fused leaves. 8Improved electrical properties of the two-dimensional electron gas in AlGaN/GaN heterostructures using high temperature AlN interlayers显示文摘The electrical properties of two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) in AlGaN/GaN heterostructures using high temperature (HT) AlN interlayers (ITs) grown on c-plane sapphire substrate by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) have been investigated.It is found that the electrical properties (electron mobility and sheet carrier density) are improved compared with those in the conventional AlGaN/GaN heterostructures without HT AlN ITs,and the improved 2DEG properties result in the reduction of the sheet resistance.The results from high resolution X-ray diffraction (HRXRD) and Raman spectroscopy measurements show that HT AlN ITs increase the in-plane compressive strain in the upper GaN layer,which enhances the piezoelectric polarization in it and consequently causes increasing of 2DEG density at the AlGaN/GaN interface.Meanwhile,the compressive strain induced by HT AlN ITs leads to a less tensile strain in AlGaN barrier layer and causes positive and negative effects on the sheet carrier density of 2DEG,which counteract each other.The HT AlN ITs reduce the lattice mismatch between the GaN and AlGaN layers and smooth the interface between them,thus increasing the electric mobility of 2DEG by weakening the alloy-related interface roughness and scattering.In addition,the surface morphology of AlGaN/GaN heterostructures is improved by the insertion of HT AlN ITs.The reason for the improved properties is discussed in this paper.XUE JunShuai,HAO Yue,ZHANG JinCheng & NI JinYu Key Laboratory of Wide Band-Gap Semiconductors and Devices,School of Microelectronics,Xidian University,Xi’an 710071,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,6:4

12Water Resources Operation and Management Model and Its Simulation Process Research显示文摘Based on the status quantity of water resources in Xi′an region, a commentary on many math models is given for water resources operation and management, and the visual model is provided to solve practical problems. In this model, the information for decision is visible in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and topological figures. With object orientation methods, the objects are described in proprieties, methods, relations and time periods. The simulation process of the model is developed with Delphi and MapInfo, and the real decision scheme could be examined and practice decision process can be simulated from which. Decision analysis conducted from visual conditions is believable. 13Study of GaN MOS-HEMT using ultrathin Al_2O_3 dielectric grown by atomic layer deposition显示文摘We report on a GaN metal-oxide-semiconductor high electron mobility transistor (MOS-HEMT) using atomic-layer deposited (ALD) Al2O3 as the gate dielectric. Through further decreasing the thickness of the gate oxide to 3.5 nm and optimizing the device fabrication process,a device with maximum transconductance of 150 mS/mm was produced. The drain current of this 0.8 μm gate-length MOS-HEMT could reach 800 mA/mm at +3.0 V gate bias. 16Serrated lithium fluoride nanofibers-woven interlayer enables uniform lithium deposition for lithium-metal batteries显示文摘The uncontrollable formation of Li dendrites has become the biggest obstacle to the practical application of Li-metal anodes in high-energy rechargeable Li batteries.Herein,a unique LiF interlayer woven by millimeter-level,single-crystal and serrated LiF nanofibers(NFs)was designed to enable dendrite-free and highly efficient Li-metal deposition.This high-conductivity Li F interlayer can increase the Li^(+)transference number and induce the formation of’Li F–NFs-rich’solid–electrolyte interface(SEI).In the’Li F–NFs-rich’SEI,the ultra-long Li F nanofibers provide a continuously interfacial Li^(+)transport path.Moreover,the formed Li–LiF interface between Li-metal and SEI film renders low Li nucleation and high Li^(+)migration energy barriers,leading to uniform Li plating and stripping processes.As a result,steady charge–discharge in a Li//Li symmetrical cell for 1600 h under 4 m Ah cm^(-2)and 400 stable cycles under a high area capacity of 5.65 mAh cm^(-2)in a high-loading Li//rGO–S cell at 17.9 mA cm^(-2)could be achieved.The free-standing LiF–NFs interlayer exhibits superior advantages for commercial Li batteries and displays significant potential for expanding the applications in solid Li batteries.Shuangshuang Tan Yalong Jiang Shuyan Ni Hao Wang Fangyu Xiong Lianmeng Cui Xuelei Pan Chen Tang Yaoguang Rong Qinyou An Liqiang Mai 2022National Science Review2022,9,11:2
17A Content Based Search Algorithm for Motion Estimation显示文摘The basic search algorithm to implement Motion Estimation ( ME ) in the H .263 encoder is a full search. It is simple but time consuming. Traditional search algorithms are fast, but may cause a fall in image quality or an increase in bit rate in low bit rate applications. A fast search algorithm for ME with consideration on image content is proposed in this paper. 19Successful totally laparoscopic right trihepatectomy following conversion therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma:A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND About 20%-30%of newly diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients are surgically feasible due to a variety of reasons.Active conversion therapy may provide opportunities of surgery for these patients.Nevertheless,the choice of surgical procedure is controversial after successful conversion therapy.We report a patient with HCC who underwent successful laparoscopic right trisectionectomy after conversion therapy with portal vein embolization and transarterial chemoembolization.CASE SUMMARY A 67-year-old male patient presented to our hospital with epigastric distention/discomfort and nausea/vomiting for more than 1 mo.Contrast-enhanced computed tomography scan of the abdomen demonstrated multiple tumors(the largest was≥10 cm in diameter)located in the right liver and left medial lobe,and the left lateral lobe was normal.The future remnant liver(FRL)of the left lateral lobe accounted for only 18%of total liver volume after virtual resection on the three-dimensional liver model.Conversion therapy was adopted after orally administered entecavir for antiviral treatment.First,the right portal vein was embolized.Then tumor embolization was performed via the variant hepatic arteries.After 3 wk,the FRL of the left lateral lobe accounted for nearly 30%of the total liver volume.Totally laparoscopic right trisectionectomy was performed under combined epidural and general anesthesia.The in situ resection was performed via an anterior approach.The operating time was 240 min.No clamping was required during the surgery,and the intraoperative blood loss was 300 mL.There were no postoperative complications such as bile leakage,and the incision healed well.The patient was discharged on the 8th postoperative day.During the 3-mo follow-up,there was no recurrence and obvious hyperplasia of residual liver was observed.Alpha-fetoprotein decreased significantly and tended to be normal.CONCLUSION Due to the different biological characteristics of the liver cancer and the pathophysiological features of the liver from other organs,the conversion treatment should take into account both the feasibility of tumor downstaging and the volume and function of the remnant liver.Our case provides a reference for clinicians in terms of both conversion therapy and laparoscopic right trisectionectomy.Jun-Jing Zhang Ze-Xin Wang Jian-Xiang Niu Ming Zhang Ni An Peng-Fei Li Wei-Hua Zheng 2021World Journal of Clinical Cases2021,9,22:1
