1云南兽类鼩鼱科一新纪录——台湾灰麝鼩显示文摘于2006年10月及2015年8月在中国云南省采集到台湾灰麝鼩(Crocidura tanakae Kuroda,1938)3号成体标本。1号雄性与1号雌性的标本来自屏边县大围山自然保护区(22°53′59″N,103°41′23″E,2 088 m),另1号雌性标本采自富宁县里达镇半边箐(23°28′11'N,105°35′59″E,1 442 m)。其尾毛长而稀疏,尾长变异大,后足宽大,后足足底和掌外侧垫突出、聚集且呈圆形,这些特征与模式产地的标本吻合。其线粒体Cyt b与地模标本的遗传距离为1.6%。采集地生境为原生林与次生林交界处和落叶季雨林。程峰 万韬 陈中正 Narayan Prasad Koju 何锴 蒋学龙 2017动物学杂志2017,52,5:4
2Anti-viral role of toll like receptor 4 in hepatitis B virus infection: An in vitro study显示文摘AIM Toll like receptors plays a significant anti-viral role in different infections. The aim of this study was to look into the role of toll like receptor 4(TLR4) in hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection.METHODS Real time PCR was used to analyze the transcription of TLR4 signaling molecules, cell cycle regulators and HBV DNA viral load after triggering the Hep G2.2.15 cells with TLR4 specific ligand. Nuclear factor(NF)-κB translocation on TLR4 activation was analyzed using microscopic techniques. Protein and cell cycle analysis was done using Western Blot and FACS respectively.RESULTS The present study shows that TLR4 activation represses HBV infection. As a result of HBV suppression, there are several changes in host factors which include partial release in G1/S cell cycle arrest and changes in host epigenetic marks. 3青藏高原东缘两处高山树线交错带时空动态及其建群种的生态学特征显示文摘热量匮乏是高山树线的主要成因,在全球变暖趋势下对高山树线及其建群种的生态学过程及特征的研究具有重要意义。该文以青藏高原东缘的折多山和剪子弯山两处高山树线(海拔分别为4 265 m和4 425 m)作为研究对象,通过设置垂直样带,同时结合区域温度、降水的长时间序列分析,探究两处树线的时空动态过程,并明确了建群种冷杉(Abies spp.)的生态学特征。结果表明:1)折多山和剪子弯山区域的气温在过去58年均存在显著的上升趋势(分别上升了0.72和0.91℃),而折多山和剪子弯山区域降水均存在微弱的降低趋势。2)折多山的峨眉冷杉(A. fabri)龄级结构呈反J形,剪子弯山的鳞皮冷杉(A. squamata)龄级结构呈双峰形,二者种群结构均相对稳定。3)在小尺度上,种子扩散限制使得两处树线的冷杉聚集分布。在大尺度上,折多山峨眉冷杉亦呈聚集分布,而剪子弯山鳞皮冷杉受生长环境以及种内或种间关系的影响呈随机分布。4)两处样地建群树种的树高和基径均随海拔升高而降低,位于树线交错带上部的冷杉均呈现树高生长大于径向生长的异速生长关系,而位于样地中、下部位的冷杉大部分呈等速生长关系。5)相比10年前,折多山和剪子弯山的树线及树种线位置均无明显变化,剪子弯山鳞皮冷杉种群的树木密度亦无明显变化,而折多山的树木个体数提高了约25%;相比20年前,折多山和剪子弯山的树种线分别上移了50和30 m,树线位置分别升高了75和40 m,树木个体数亦明显增加,分别提高了约220%和100%。树线及其建群种在较大时空尺度上主要受热量的控制,而在较小时空尺度上受温度及生长环境共同作用的影响。周天阳 NARAYAN Prasad Gaire 廖礼彬 郑莉莉 王金牛 孙建 魏彦强 谢雨 吴彦 2018植物生态学报2018,42,11:3
4Prediction of daily sediment discharge using a back propagation neural network training algorithm:A case study of the Narmada River,India显示文摘Most of the studies on Artificial Neural Network (ANN) models remain restricted to smaller rivers and catchments. In this paper, an attempt has been made to correlate variability of sediment loads with rainfall and runoff through the application of the Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) algorithm for a large tropical river. The algorithm and simulation are done through MATLAB environment. The methodology comprised of a collection of data on rainfall, water discharge, and sediment discharge for the Narmada River at various locations (along with time variables) and application to develop a threelayer BPNN model for the prediction of sediment discharges. For training and validation purposes a set of 549 data points for the monsoon (16 June-15 November) period of three consecutive years (1996–1998) was used. For testing purposes, the BPNN model was further trained using a set of 732 data points of monsoon season of four years (2006–07 to 2009–10) at nine stations. The model was tested by predicting daily sediment load for the monsoon season of the year 2010–11. To evaluate the performance of the BPNN model, errors were calculated by comparing the actual and predicted loads. The validation and testing results obtained at all these locations are tabulated and discussed. Results obtained from the model application are robust and encouraging not only for the sub-basins but also for the entire basin. These results suggest that the proposed model is capable of predicting the daily sediment load even at downstream locations, which show nonlinearity in the transportation process. 5Effect of disturbance on biomass,production and carbon dynamics in moist tropical forest of eastern Nepal显示文摘Background: Forest biomass is helpful to assess its productivity and carbon(C) sequestration capacity. Several disturbance activities in tropical forests have reduced the biomass and net primary production(NPP) leading to climate change. Therefore, an accurate estimation of forest biomass and C cycling in context of disturbances is required for implementing REDD(Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation) policy.Methods: Biomass and NPP of trees and shrubs were estimated by using allometric equations while herbaceous biomass was estimated by harvest method. Fine root biomass was determined from soil monolith. The C stock in vegetation was calculated by multiplying C concentration to dry weight.Results: Total stand biomass(Mg?ha^(-1)) in undisturbed forest stand(US) was 960.4 while in disturbed forest stand(DS) it was 449.1. The biomass(Mg?ha^(-1)) of trees, shrubs and herbs in US was 948.0, 4.4 and 1.4,respectively, while in DS they were 438.4, 6.1 and 1.2, respectively. Total NPP(Mg?ha^(-1)?yr^(-1)) was 26.58(equivalent to 12.26 Mg C?ha^(-1)?yr^(-1)) in US and 14.91(6.88 Mg C?ha^(-1)?yr^(-1)) in DS. Total C input into soil through litter plus root turnover was 6.78 and 3.35 Mg?ha^(-1)?yr^(-1)in US and DS, respectively.Conclusions: Several disturbance activities resulted in the significant loss in stand biomass(53 %), NPP(44 %), and C sequestration capacity of tropical forest in eastern Nepal. The net uptake of carbon by the vegetation is far greater than that returned to the soil by the turnover of fine root and litter. Therefore, both stands of present forest act as carbon accumulating systems. 6Kidney exchange transplantation current status, an update and future perspectives显示文摘Kidney exchange transplantation is well established modality to increase living donor kidney transplantation. Reasons for joining kidney exchange programs are ABO blood group incompatibility, immunological inco-mpatibility(positive cross match or donor specific antibody), human leukocyte antigen(HLA) incompa-tibility(poor HLA matching), chronological incompa-tibility and financial incompatibility. Kidney exchange transplantation has evolved from the traditional si-multaneous anonymous 2-way kidney exchange to more complex ways such as 3-way exchange, 4-way exchange, n -way exchange,compatible pair, non-simult-aneous kidney exchange,non-simultaneous extended altruistic donor, never ending altruistic donor, kidney exchange combined with desensitization, kidney ex-change combined with ABO incompatible kidney tr-ansplantation, acceptable mismatch transplant, use of A2 donor to O patients, living donor-deceased donor list exchange, domino chain, non-anonymous kidney exchange, single center, multicenter, regional, National, International and Global kidney exchange. Here we discuss recent advances in kidney exchanges such as International kidney exchange transplantation in a gl-obal environment, three categories of advanced dona-tion program, deceased donors as a source of chain initiating kidneys, donor renege myth or reality, pros and cons of anonymity in developed world and(non-) anonymity in developing world, pros and cons of donor travel vs kidney transport, algorithm for management of incompatible donor-recipient pairs and pros and cons of Global kidney exchange. The participating transplant teams and donor-recipient pairs should make the decision by consensus about kidney donor travel vskidney transport and anonymity vs non-anonymity in allocation as per local resources and logistics. 17兴都库什喜马拉雅地区高海拔树木生长对气候变化的响应显示文摘高海拔地区快速升温可能导致树木对温度响应更为敏感,而限制高海拔地区树木生长的关键气候因子以及气候变化对树木生长产生多大程度的影响尚不清楚。本研究在兴都库什喜马拉雅地区收集了73个样点的树轮数据,包括3个优势属的树种(Abies属、Juniperus属和Picea属),样点海拔均在3000 m以上。将时间动态规整(dynamic time warping)的方法用于建立亚区域年表,以考虑不同站点年表之间变化的同步性。同时,定量分析了气候因子对树木生长的贡献以及树木生长与气候因子关系的时空动态。研究结果发现,73个站点年表可以聚为3类,且与其所处的生物气候区相对应,即西喜马拉雅地区,中东喜马拉雅地区和藏东南地区。在干旱的西喜马拉雅地区,树木生长与冬、春两季的降水呈正相关关系,而在湿润的藏东南地区,树木生长与冬季温度和春季降水呈正相关关系。树木生长受最低温度的影响最大,特别是冬季温度,其重要性从西到东呈现递增趋势。滑动窗口相关分析表明,在中西喜马拉雅地区,影响树木生长的冬季温度信号在减弱,然而在藏东南地区该信号随着1980年以来的快速升温而增强。本研究结果表明,若该地区升温持续,在西喜马拉雅地区可能会因变暖引起的水分亏缺而造成森林衰退,而在藏东南地区因树木生长得益于变暖而使得森林扩张。Lili Zheng Narayan Prasad Gaire Peili Shi 2021Journal of Plant Ecology2021,14,5:1
