1Distributed cooperative control of autonomous multi-agent UAV systems using smooth control显示文摘This paper addresses the cooperative control problem of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(multi-UAV)systems.First,a new distributed consensus algorithm for second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems(MAS)is formulated under the leader-following approach.The algorithm provides smooth input signals to the agents’control channels,which avoids the chattering effect generated by the conventional sliding mode-based control protocols.Second,a new formation control scheme is developed by integrating smooth distributed consensus control protocols into the geometric pattern model to achieve three-dimensional formation tracking.The Lyapunov theory is used to prove the stability and convergence of both distributed consensus and formation controllers.The effectiveness of the proposed algorithms is demonstrated through simulation results.BELKACEM Kada MUNAWAR Khalid MUHAMMAD Shafique Shaikh 2020Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2020,31,6:16

3Magnetically treated water irrigation effect on turnip seed germination,seedling growth and enzymatic activities显示文摘Pre-sowing magnetic field seed treatment effects on biological characteristics of vegetables and crops have been studied well.However,studies reporting irrigation with magnetically treated water are scanty.Therefore,the effect of irrigation with magnetically treated water on turnip seed germination,seedling growth and enzymatic activities was evaluated.The tap water was treated at 211 mT for 30,45 and 60 min and used for irrigation of turnip seed and seedlings.Uniform and healthy turnip seed was sown under randomized complete block design(RCBD).The germination,emergence rate index,vigor index I and vigor index II increased up to 28.33%,11.54%,57.59%and 32.26%,respectively.The growth parameters such as seedling lengths,fresh&dry weights,chlorophyll content were also enhanced in response of irrigation with magnetically treated water.The seedlings irrigated with magnetically treated water showed 28.92%,11.36%and 14.76%higher protein content,alpha amylase and protease activities,respectively vs control.Results revealed that irrigation with magnetically treated water has potential to improve turnip germination,seedling growth and enzymatic activities and this study is also extendable to other vegetables and crops for the improvement of germination and growth.Zia ul Haq Munawar Iqbal Yasir Jamil Hafeez Anwar Ayesha Younis Muhammad Arif M.Zeshan Fareed Fida Hussain 2016Information Processing in Agriculture2016,3,2:5
4Nitrogen(N) metabolism related enzyme activities,cell uitrastructure and nutrient contents as affected by N level and barley genotype显示文摘Development of the new crop cultivars with high yield under low nitrogen(N) input is a fundamental approach to enhance agricultural sustainability,which is dependent on the exploitation of the elite germplasm.In the present study,four barley genotypes(two Tibetan wild and two cultivated),differing in N use efficiency(NUE),were characterized for their physiological and biochemical responses to different N levels.Higher N levels significantly increased the contents of other essential nutrients(P,K,Ca,Fe,Cu and Mn),and the increase was more obvious for the N-efficient genotypes(ZD9 and XZ149).The observation of ultrastructure showed that chloroplast structure was severely damaged under low nitrogen,and the two high N efficient genotypes were relatively less affected.The activities of the five N metabolism related enzymes,i.e.,nitrate reductase(NR),glutamine synthetase(GS),nitrite reductase(NiR),glutamate synthase(GOGAT) and glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) all showed the substantial increase with the increased N level in the culture medium.However the increased extent differed among the four genotypes,with the two N efficient genotypes showing more increase in comparison with the other two genotypes with relative N inefficiency(HXRL and XZ56).The current findings showed that a huge difference exists in low N tolerance among barley genotypes,and improvement of some physiological traits(such as enzymes) could be helpful for increasing N utilization efficiency.Jawad Munawar Shah Syed Asad Hussain Bukhari ZENG Jian-bin QUAN Xiao-yan Essa Ali Noor Muhammad ZHANG Guo-ping 2017Journal of Integrative Agriculture2017,16,1:4
5结球甘蓝香叶基芳樟醇合酶基因的克隆及功能分析显示文摘萜类化合物在植物防御病虫害等胁迫中具有重要的生物学和生态学功能,香叶基芳樟醇合酶(geranyllinalool synthase,GES)是萜类合成途径中的关键酶。为解析结球甘蓝中GES的功能,本研究采用聚合酶链反应方法克隆了该基因,检测其在生物胁迫诱导下的表达特性,并对其蛋白质的原核表达特性及生化功能进行了研究和测定。结果表明:BoGES蛋白质的氨基酸序列在十字花科植物中高度保守;小菜蛾、丁香假单胞菌(Pst DC3000)、水杨酸、茉莉酸甲酯诱导均能上调BoGES基因的表达,说明该基因参与生物胁迫诱导的反应;该蛋白质能够以香叶基香叶基焦磷酸为底物催化合成香叶基芳樟醇。此外,用“Y”型嗅觉仪测定玉米螟赤眼蜂对不同浓度香叶基芳樟醇的行为反应,发现香叶基芳樟醇能够吸引赤眼蜂。综上所述,本研究对结球甘蓝中的BoGES基因功能进行了系统研究,为进一步研究十字花科植物中萜类合酶及萜类化合物的生物学和生态学功能提供了科学依据。汪一萍 葛洋 张译心 Asim MUNAWAR 张亚东 毛黎娟 祝增荣 周文武 2022浙江大学学报(农业与生命科学版)2022,48,5:3
6Effect of gravistimulation on amino acid profile of pea,rice,corn,wheat during early growth stages显示文摘The amino acids are one of the major cellular components of plants,which are involved in different metabolic pathways.In present study,effect of artificial gravistimulation on amino acid profiles of pea,rice,corn,wheat during early growth stages was investigated.One-axis clinostat was used for gravistimulation application,which was applied at embryonic stage.Amino acid profile was measured in 10-days old seedlings of pea,rice,corn and wheat cultivars.The effect of clinostat rotation was also evaluated under salt stress and MS medium supplement.Germinated pea,rice,corn and wheat seedlings were grown under the gravity condition for specific time interval.Corn and wheat seeds showed slowgermination as compared to pea and rice cultivars.The rate of amino acid formation under gravity condition was significantly higher than control(un-treated seedling).The variation in amino acid profile of pea,rice,corn and wheat cultivars vary deferentially.Results revealed that gravistimulation applied through clinostat has positive effect on amino acid profile in plant tissue and future studies should be focused on growth,biochemical,physiological at lateral stages of growth.Raghad S.Mouhamad Munawar Iqbal MAfzal Qamar Lamiaa A.Mutlag Ibrahim B.Razaq Mazhar Abbas Fida Hussain 2016Information Processing in Agriculture2016,3,4:2
7Total phenolic,chromium contents and antioxidant activity of raw and processed sugars显示文摘Processing improves the visual quality of food;however,the ingredient and nutritional values may alter.In present study,the sugar samples(refined,raw,gur(Jaggery/jaggeree)and molasses)were collected from 20 different agro-climatic regions of Pakistan and analyzed for the chromium concentration,total phenolic and antioxidant activity,in order to evaluate the processing effect.The concentration of Cr was determined by digestion method using atomic absorption spectrophotometer,while antioxidant activity was determined by DPPH(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl)and reducing power.It was observed that chromium content in Jaggery was 74%higher than raw sugar,while molasses showed 21.27%higher concentration versus jaggery.The total phenolic contents were found considerably higher in molasses(3751 lg GAE/g)followed by Jaggery(3285 lg GAE/g),raw sugar(27.75 lg GAE/g)and refined sugar(23.81 lg GAE/g).The DPPH scavenging activity and reducing power was also found dependent to sugar type.Form results,it can be concluded that processing significantly affected the chromium contents,total phenolics and antioxidant activity.Munawar Iqbal MAfzal Qamar Tanveer H.Bokhari Mazhar Abbas Fida Hussain Nasir Masood Ali Keshavarzi Naseem Qureshih Arif Nazir 2017Information Processing in Agriculture2017,4,1:2
8巴基斯坦科技教育政策的历史和现状显示文摘系统梳理巴基斯坦1947—2017年的全国性教育政策文本,发现巴基斯坦政府颁布的9份教育政策文件均涉及科技教育内容。结合政局和一般社会发展状况的分析发现,巴基斯坦科技教育政策及其实施经历了 4个阶段的变化。1947-1971年,受国家整体知识发展水平限制,新生国家面临各种国内外政治经济等迫切问题,科技教育政策无法得到完全实施。1972-1998年,巴基斯坦国内外政治局势变换,教育政策未得到持续、稳定的有效实施,科技教育发展缓慢。1998年以来,政治环境得到改善,科技教育真正开始得到重视并快速发展。目前巴基斯坦科技教育尚处于精英教育和实用教育阶段,投入短缺和无专门管理机构,是掣肘其科技教育规划落实的两大因素。Amna Munawar 任定成 曹志红 2019科技导报2019,37,9:2

10Analysis of Turbulence and Surface Growth Models on the Estimation of Soot Level in Ethylene Non-Premixed Flames显示文摘Soot prediction in a combustion system has become a subject of attention, as many factors influence its accuracy. An accurate temperature prediction will likely yield better soot predictions, since the inception, growth and destruction of the soot are affected by the temperature. This paper reported the study on the influences of turbulence closure and surface growth models on the prediction of soot levels in turbulent flames. The results demonstrated that a substantial distinction was observed in terms of temperature predictions derived using the k-ε and the Reynolds stress models, for the two ethylene flames studied here amongst the four types of surface growth rate model investigated, the assumption of the soot surface growth rate proportional to the particle number density, but independent on the surface area of soot particles, f(A_s) = ρN_s, yields in closest agreement with the radial data. Without any adjustment to the constants in the surface growth term, other approaches where the surface growth directly proportional to the surface area and square root of surface area, f(A_s) = A_s and f(A_s) = √A_s, result in an under-prediction of soot volume fraction.
