| 1 | Consequences of bullying victimization in childhood and adolescence:A systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘AIM To identify health and psychosocial problems associated with bullying victimization and conduct a meta-analysis summarizing the causal evidence.METHODS A systematic review was conducted using Pub Med, EMBASE, ERIC and Psyc INFO electronic databases up to 28 February 2015. The study included published longitudinal and cross-sectional articles that examined health and psychosocial consequences of bullying victimization. All meta-analyses were based on qualityeffects models. Evidence for causality was assessed using Bradford Hill criteria and the grading system developed by the World Cancer Research Fund.RESULTS Out of 317 articles assessed for eligibility, 165 satisfied the predetermined inclusion criteria for meta-analysis.Statistically significant associations were observed between bullying victimization and a wide range of adverse health and psychosocial problems. The evidence was strongest for causal associations between bullying victimization and mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, poor general health and suicidal ideation and behaviours. Probable causal associations existed between bullying victimization and tobacco and illicit drug use. CONCLUSION Strong evidence exists for a causal relationship between bullying victimization, mental health problems and substance use. Evidence also exists for associations between bullying victimization and other adverse health and psychosocial problems, however, there is insufficient evidence to conclude causality. | 2 | 临床致病性不动杆菌的分子生物学鉴定显示文摘目的对临床致病性不动杆菌进行种属鉴定,并比较3种方法(44℃生长试验、特异性引物PCR扩增和16SrRNA测序)对鲍曼不动杆菌鉴定的特异性、准确性及应用价值。方法收集临床致病不动杆菌56株,首先接种在胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤中44℃进行培养,观察是否可以生长;其次,提取56株不动杆菌基因组DNA,用两组不同的特异性引物进行PCR扩增鉴定;最后,用通用引物对56株不动杆菌的16SrRNA进行测序鉴定。结果 56株不动杆菌中有17株可在44℃生长。经特异性引物PCR扩增鉴定,发现8株鲍曼不动杆菌和3株13TU型不动杆菌均可在44℃中较早较快生长。金标准16SrRNA测序确定56株不动杆菌中含有9个种,其中鲍曼不动杆菌和13TU型不动杆菌的鉴定结果与特异性引物PCR扩增法相同。结论应用分子生物学方法鉴定鲍曼不动杆菌具有准确、高效且可重复性高的优点,尤其是特异性PCR扩增法,可作为较难诊断的鲍曼不动杆菌的首选鉴定方法。 | 韩蕾 张旭燕 韩少山 MCCARRON Andrew MOORE John E MILLAR Cherie B 徐纪茹 | 2012 | 西安交通大学学报(医学版)2012，33，5： | 4 |

| 4 | Neuromuscular electrical stimulation and testosterone did not influence heterotopic ossification size after spinal cor injury: A case series显示文摘Neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES) and testosterone replacement therapy(TRT) are effective rehabilitation strategies to attenuate muscle atrophy and evoke hypertrophy in persons with spinal cord injury(SCI). However both interventions might increase heterotopic ossification(HO) size in SCI patients. We present the results of two men with chronic traumatic motor complete SCI who also had pre-existing HO and participated in a study investigating the effects of TRT or TRT plus NMES resistance training(RT) on body composition. The 49-year-old male, Subject A, has unilateral HO in his right thigh. The 31-year-old male, Subject B, has bilateral HO in both thighs. Both participants wore transdermal testosterone patches(4-6 mg/d) daily for 16 wk. Subject A also underwent progressive NMES-RT twice weekly for 16 wk. Magnetic resonance imaging scans were acquired prior to and post intervention. Cross-sectional areas(CSA) of thewhole thigh and knee extensor skeletal muscles, femoral bone, and HO were measured. In Subject A(NMES-RT + TRT), the whole thigh skeletal muscle CSA increased by 10%, the knee extensor CSA increased by 17%, and the HO + femoral bone CSA did not change. In Subject B(TRT), the whole thigh skeletal muscle CSA increased by 13% in the right thigh and 6% in the left thigh. The knee extensor CSA increased by 7% in the right thigh and did not change in the left thigh. The femoral bone and HO CSAs in both thighs did not change. | 5 | Amount of polyhydramnios attributable to diabetes may be less than previously reported显示文摘AIM To evaluate the frequency and the quantity of polyhydramnios attributable to diabetes in pregnancy.METHODS The charts of patients with a four-quadrant amniotic fluid index(AFI) ≥ 20 cm and either a diagnosis of diabetes or a diabetes screening test during the index pregnancy were retrospectively reviewed. AFI was stratified into 5 categories and the frequency of diabetes was evaluated for each group. The frequency of polyhydramnios attributable to diabetes was compared to the frequency of polyhydramnios in the setting of fetal anomalies or no known cause. RESULTS One thousand five hundred and forty-five patients were included in the study. Eight point five percent(n = 131) had diabetes and no other cause for polyhydramnios. Eleven point two percent(173) had antenatally diagnosed anomalies. For all categories of AFI except the largest(> 40.9 cm) the most common cause of polyhydramnios was idiopathic. In patients with diabetes the AFI was most likely to be between 26 cm and 35.9 cm.CONCLUSION The rate of polyhydramnios in this study is 8.5%.
