| 1 | 纳米流体在各种热管中的应用综述(英文)显示文摘纳米技术被广泛应用于传热装置中,以提高热性能。纳米流体应用于热管中,可降低热管的热阻,提高热管的传热能力。文中,对纳米在流体热管中的应用进行了全面的综述。阐述了纳米流体对传统热管、脉动热管、热虹膜等各种类型热管的热性能的影响。此外,发现了纳米颗粒的高效利用必须有一定的浓度;因动力黏度的增加导致颗粒团聚的可能性越高,高浓度的纳米颗粒会产生较高的热阻。热传递性能的增强是晶核位置的增多和纳米流体本身具有的更大热导率的结果。 | Mohammad Alhuyi NAZARI Mohammad H. | 2 | Dietary branched-chain amino acids modulate the dynamics of calcium absorption and reabsorption in proteinrestricted pigs显示文摘Background:Very low-protein(VLP)diets negatively impact calcium(Ca)metabolism and absorption.The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of supplemental branched-chain amino acids(BCAA)and limiting amino acids(LAA)on Ca digestibility,absorption and reabsorption in pigs fed with VLP diets.Forty-eight piglets were assigned to six treatments:positive control(PC),negative control(NC),and NC containing LAA 25%,LAA 50%,LAA+BCAA 25%(LB25)and LAA+BCAA 50%(LB50)more than recommendations.Results:Relative to PC or NC,LB25 and LB50 had higher digestibility of Ca and plasma Ca and phosphorus(P),but lower plasma vitamin D3.LB50 tended to increase vitamin D receptor transcript and protein in the gut,but decreased mRNA or protein abundance of parathyroid hormone 1 receptor(PTH1R),calbindin 1(CALB1),cytochrome P450 family 27 subfamily B member 1 and occludin in small intestine.LB50 increased the transcript of cytochrome P450 family 24 subfamily A member 1 and PTH1R but decreased the transcript of transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 5,CALB1 and solute carrier family 17 member 4 in kidney.Conclusion:Overall,BCAA increased Ca digestibility through regulating the transcellular and paracellular Ca absorption in the gut and reabsorption in kidney during protein restriction. | Mohammad Habibi Cedrick NShili Julia Sutton Parniyan Goodarzi Adel Pezeshki | 2022 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,4: | 1 |

| 6 | Application of a new SPA-SVM coupling method for QSPR study of electrophoretic mobilities of some organic and inorganic compounds显示文摘In this work, two chemometrics methods are applied for the modeling and prediction of electrophoretic mobilities of some organic and inorganic compounds. The successive projection algorithm, feature selection(SPA) strategy, is used as the descriptor selection and model development method. Then, the support vector machine(SVM) and multiple linear regression(MLR) model are utilized to construct the non-linear and linear quantitative structure–property relationship models. The results obtained using the SVM model are compared with those obtained using MLR reveal that the SVM model is of much better predictive value than the MLR one. The root-mean-square errors for the training set and the test set for the SVM model were 0.1911 and 0.2569, respectively, while by the MLR model, they were 0.4908and 0.6494, respectively. | 8 | Dill tablet: a potential antioxidant and anti-diabetic medicine显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the antiglycation and antioxidant properties of the dill tablet, an herbal product used in Iran as a hypolipidemic medicine. Methods: In this descriptive study, the antioxidant and antiradical properties of dill tablet at dif erent concentration(0.032, 0.065, 0.125, 0.25, 0.5 and 1 mg/m L) were measured. The total phenolic, l avonols and l avonoid, alkaloids, anthocyanin, tannin and saponin contents in dill tablet were determined. Furthermore, antiglycation properties of dill tablet were assayed. In the in vivo experiments, male rats were randomly divided into three groups(n = 6): Group 1: normal rats; Group 2: diabetic rats; Group 3: diabetic rats + 300 mg/kg dill tablet, and Group 4: diabetic rats + 100 mg/kg dill tablet. After 2 months, the blood glucose was measured enzymatically and advanced glycation end-products(AGEs) formation was determined using a l uorometric method.Results: Our results illustrated that different concentrations of dill tablet had significant antioxidant activity. Dill tablet markedly declined AGEs formation and fructosamine levels(P < 0.001) compared with glycated sample. Oxidation of protein carbonyl and thiol group was signii cantly reduced by dill tablet in a dose dependent manner(P < 0.001). Formation of amyloid cross-β and fragmentation were markedly inhibited by dill tablet(P < 0.001) compared with glycated sample. After 2 months, fasting blood glucose levels(P < 0.001) and AGEs formation(P < 0.05) were signii cantly reduced by dill tablet in diabetic animals. Conclusions: Dill tablet exhibited significant antiglycation and antioxidant activities. | 9 | Astrodaucus persicus as a new source of bioinsectisides against malaria vector, Anopheles stephensi显示文摘Objective: To determine the larvicidal activities of petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol fractions of roots and fruits extracts of Astrodaucus persicus from Apiaceae family against malaria vector, Anopheles stephensi(An. stephensi).Methods: Twenty five third instar larvae of An. stephensi were exposed to various concentrations(10–160 g/L) of fractions and were assayed according to World Health Organization protocol. The larval mortality was calculated after 24 h treatment.Results: Among tested fractions, the highest larvicidal efficacy was observed from ethyl acetate fraction of fruits extract with 50% and 90% mortality values(LC_(50) and LC_(90)) of34.49 g/L and 108.61 g/L, respectively. Chloroform fraction of fruits extract was the second larvicidal sample with LC_(50) of 45.11 g/L and LC_(90) of 139.36 g/L.
