1Channel List Selection Based on Quality Prediction in WirelessHART Networks显示文摘WirelessHART is one of the most widely used technologies in industrial wireless networks.However,its performance is highly influenced by the quality of wireless channels.To improve the reliability of wireless communications,WirelessHART employs channel blacklisting and channel hopping mechanisms,which highlights the importance of channel assessment.Traditional methods generally resort to packet reception ratio(PRR)of the previous time slot to assess and allocate channels,but this is not accurate.In this paper,we propose a learning-based framework for predicting the PRR,and on the basis of the predicted PRR,we develop a heuristic channel selection algorithm to confirm the channel list,which takes into account the balance of channel diversity and route diversity.Simulation results demonstrate that our algorithm outperforms existing ones in terms of achieved reliability.Gongpu Chen Rui Ma Mengdan Lei Xianghui Cao 2018Journal of Communications and Information Networks2018,3,3:1
2cFLIPS regulates alternative NLRP3 inflammasome activation in human monocytes显示文摘The innate immune responses,including inflammasome activation,are paramount for host defense against pathogen infection.In contrast to canonical and noncanonical inflammasome activation,in this study,heat-killed gram-negative bacteria(HK bacteria)were identified as single-step stimulators of the NLRP3 inflammasome in human monocytes,and they caused a moderate amount of IL-1βto be released from cells.Time course experiments showed that this alternative inflammasome response was finished within a few hours.Further analysis showed that the intrinsically limited NLRP3 inflammasome activation response was due to the negative regulation of caspase-8 by the short isoform of cFLIP(cFLIPs),which was activated by NF-κB.In contrast,overexpressed cFLIPS,but not overexpressed cFLIPL,inhibited the activation of caspase-8 and the release of IL-1βin response to HK bacteria infection in human monocytes.Furthermore,we demonstrated that TAK1 activity mediated the expression of cFLIPs and was upstream and essential for the caspase-8 cleavage induced by HK bacteria in human monocytes.The functional specificity of cFLIPs and TAK1 revealed unique responses of human monocytes to a noninvasive pathogen,providing novel insights into an alternative regulatory pathway of NLRP3 inflammasome activation.Yuhui Gao Shi Yu Mengdan Chen Xun Wang Lei Pan Bin Wei Guangxun Meng 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,10:0
3Conductive hydrogels incorporating carbon nanoparticles:A review of synthesis,performance and applications显示文摘As one of the most rapidly expanding materials,hydrogels have gained increasing attention in a variety of fields due to their biocompatibility,degradability and hydrophilic properties,as well as their remarkable adhesion and stretchability to adapt to different surfaces.Hydrogels combined with carbon-based materials possess enhanced properties and new functionalities,in particular,conductive hydrogels have become a new area of research in the field of materials science.This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview and up-to-date examination of recent developments in the synthesis,properties and applications of conductive hydrogels incorporating several typical carbon nanoparticles such as carbon nanotubes,graphene,carbon dots and carbon nanofibers.We summarize key techniques and mechanisms for synthesizing various composite hydrogels with exceptional properties,and represented applications such as wearable sensors,temperature sensors,supercapacitors and human-computer interaction reported recently.The mechanical,electrical and sensing properties of carbon nanoparticles conductive hydrogels are thoroughly analyzed to disclose the role of carbon nanoparticles in these hydrogels and key factors in the microstructure.Finally,future development of conductive hydrogels based on carbon nanoparticles is discussed including the challenges and possible solutions in terms of microstructure optimization,mechanical and other properties,and promising applications in wearable electronics and multifunctional materials.Shipeng Zhang Bo Zhao Ding Zhang Mengdan Yang Xinguang Huang Lei Han Kun Chen Xinjian Li Rui Pang Yuanyuan Shang Anyuan Cao 2023Particuology2023,,12:0
