| 6 | The chemical stability of heavy metals in a natural water system显示文摘A comprehensive investigation of heavy metal pollutants in Xiangjiang river was accomplished to evaluate their chemical stability through three different ways: (1) Chemical speciation by direct measurements; (2) Chemical equilibrium model simulation; (3) Sediment extraction experiments. All the results demonstrated that the directly bioavailable fraction was in a very limited amount. The metal bound to organic ligands, adsorbed particles and precipitated species presented a buffer for solution species. The majority of metals occured in the residues as solid particulates. It was inferred that the heavy metal pollutants in this aquatic system exhibited a high chemical stability. | 10 | Design and experiment analysis of the small maize harvester with attitude adjustment in the hilly and mountainous areas of China显示文摘To solve the problem of small planting plots and large sloping land for mechanized maize harvesting in China hilly and mountainous areas,a small maize harvester with attitude adjustment was designed to realize maize snapping,peeling,straw crushing and attitude adjusting at on time in this study.The basic structure and working principle of the small maize harvester were described,and the key components were designed as follows.The maize snapping device adopted the combination form of maize snapping plates and straw pulling rollers,and the gap of the straw pulling rollers can be adjusted to adapt to different maize varieties.Two pairs of peeling rollers formed a groove arrangement to improve peeling rate and reduced ear grain loss.The pressure feeding device mainly comprised drive chain and three grade pressure feeding rollers to increase the friction between ears and the peeling rollers,and help ears slide.The attitude adjustment advice was designed according to the high point stationary pursuit leveling method.When the attitude angle of the rack approached 0,the small maize harvester reached the level state.The actual range of attitude adjustment was obtained and the accuracy of static attitude adjustment was verified through attitude adjustment test.The influencing factors of ear loss rate and bract peeling rate were determined by orthogonal test,including the rotational speed of straw pulling rollers,peeling rollers and pressure feeding rollers.The mathematical regression model between the experimental factors and indicators was established by using Design Expert,and through the analysis variance to verify the significance of the evaluation indicators,the best combination of operation parameters was determined that the rotational speed of straw pulling rollers,peeling rollers and pressure feeding rollers were 1440 r/min,1535 r/min and 406 r/min.Under the optimal combination of the operation parameters,the ear loss rate and bract peeling rate were 1.33%and 93.98%.The design indicators of the small maize harvester can meet the relevant national standards,and can satisfy the need of maize mechanized harvesting in China hilly and mountainous areas. | Meizhou Chen Guangfei Xu Yuanzhen Wei Yinping Zhang Peisong Diao Huanxiao Pang | 2024 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2024,17,1: | 0 |

| 14 | Reduction-responsive nucleic acid nanocarrier-mediated miR-22 inhibition of PI3K/AKT pathway for the treatment of patient-derived tumor xenograft osteosarcoma显示文摘miRNAs are important regulators of gene expression and play key roles in the development of cancer, including osteosarcoma. During the development of osteosarcoma, the expression of miR-22 is significantly downregulated, making miR-22 as a promising therapeutic target against osteosarcoma. To design and fabricate efficient delivery carriers of miR-22 into osteosarcoma cells, a hydroxyl-rich reduction-responsive cationic polymeric nanoparticle, TGIC-CA (TC), was developed in this work, which also enhanced the therapeutic effects of Volasertib on osteosarcoma. TC was prepared by the ring-opening reaction between amino and epoxy groups by one-pot method, which had the good complexing ability with nucleic acids, reduction-responsive degradability and gene transfection performance. TC/miR-22 combined with volasertib could inhibit proliferation, migration and promote apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells in vitro. The anti-tumor mechanisms were revealed as TC/ miR-22 and volasertib could inhibit the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway synergistically. Furthermore, this strategy showed outstanding tumor suppression performance in animal models of orthotopic osteosarcoma, especially in patient-derived chemo-resistant and chemo-intolerant patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models, which reduced the risk of tumor lung metastasis and overcame drug resistance. | 16 | Optimization design and experiment on feeding and chopping device of silage maize harvester显示文摘Horizontal feeding devices and plate hob chopping devices are the key component of silage maize harvester.To solve the problem of feeding blockage,reduce energy consumption,and improve the chopping quality of the chopping device a horizontal different diameter five-rollers device(HDDFD)was designed and the plate hob chopping device was simultaneously optimized and analyzed.Through the dynamic analysis,the feeding conveying speed was determined to be 2.0-4.5 m/s.The distance equation of the actual and theoretical cutting-edge curve and the position of the fixed blade were finally obtained.Single factor and response surface orthogonal tests in the bench site were carried out with feeding speed,rotating speed of chopping cylinder,feeding amount,and feeding direction as influencing factors,standard grass length rate(SGLR),and energy consumption per unit mass(ECPUM)as evaluation indexes.The optimal working parameters for chopping performance could be concluded as a feeding speed of 3.39 m/s,rotating speed of the chopping cylinder of 1016.17 r/min,feeding amount of 8.04 kg/s,and feeding direction of 52.2°.In addition,the SGLR and ECPUM were obtained as 95.35%and 37.63 kJ/kg,respectively.The relative error between the experimental results with round parameter combination and the predicted value was verified to be less than 5%.Field tests verified the reliability of the optimized feeding and chopping device.It can be seen that the HDDFD and optimized plate hob chopping device can meet the requirements of mechanized silage harvesting which obviously improves the working quality and reduce the energy consumption of chopping. | Meizhou Chen Guangfei Xu Maojian Wei Xiaowei Li Yuanzhen Wei Peisong Diao Peide Cui Shaomin Teng | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,3: | 0 |
| 17 | Shale Lithofacies and Sedimentary Environment of the Third Member,Shahejie Formation,Zhanhua Sag,Eastern China显示文摘Researches into shale lithofacies,their sedimentary environments and relationship benefit understanding both of sedimentary cycle division and unconventional hydrocarbon exploration in lacustrine basins.Based on a 100~300-m-thick dark shale,mudstone and limestone encountered in the lower third member of the Eocene Shahejie Formation(Es3l member)in Zhanhua Sag,Bohai Bay Basin,eastern China,routine core analysis,thin sectioning,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),mineralogical and geochemical measurements were used to understand detailed facies characterization and paleoclimate in the member.This Es3l shale sediment includes three sedimentary cycles(C3,C2 and C1),from bottom to top,with complex sedimentary characters and spatial distribution.In terms of the composition,texture,bedding and thickness,six lithofacies are recognized in this succession.Some geochemical parameters,such as trace elements(Sr/Ba,Na/Al,V/Ni,V/(V+Ni),U/Th),carbon and oxygen isotopes(δ^(18)O,δ^(13)C),and total organic carbon content(TOC)indicate that the shales were deposited in a deep to semi-deep lake,with the water column being salty,stratified,enclosed and reductive.During cycles C3 and C2 of the middle-lower sections,the climate was arid,and the water was salty and stratified.Laminated and laminar mudstone-limestone was deposited with moderate organic matter(average TOC 1.8%)and good reservoir quality(average porosity 6.5%),which can be regarded as favorable reservoir.During the C1 cycle,a large amount of organic matter was input from outside the basin and this led to high productivity with a more humid climate.Massive calcareous mudstone was deposited,and this is characterized by high TOC(average 3.6%)and moderate porosity(average 4%),and provides favorable source rocks. | ZHU Xiaomin ZHANG Meizhou ZHU Shifa DONG Yanlei LI Chao BI Yuequan MA Lichi | 2022 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,3: | 0 |
