3A New Peer-to-Peer Topology for Video Streaming Based on Complex Network Theory显示文摘A new wave of networks labeled Peer-to-Peer(P2P) networks attracts more researchers and rapidly becomes one of the most popular applications.In order to matching P2 P logical overlay network with physical topology,the position-based topology has been proposed.The proposed topology not only focuses on non-functional characteristics such as scalability,reliability,fault-tolerance,selforganization,decentralization and fairness,but also functional characteristics are addressed as well.The experimental results show that the hybrid complex topology achieves better characteristics than other complex networks' models like small-world and scale-free models;since most of the real-life networks are both scale-free and small-world networks,it may perform well in mimicking the reality.Meanwhile,it reveals that the authors improve average distance,diameter and clustering coefficient versus Chord and CAN topologies.Finally,the authors show that the proposed topology is the most robust model,against failures and attacks for nodes and edges,versus small-world and scale-free networks.MARZA Venus DEHGHAN Mehdi AKBARI Behzad 2015Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2015,28,1:1

14ABSs系统模糊控制器优化设计显示文摘已经开发了的ABSs系统改善了突然制动和特别是滑动路面状况时车辆控制。这样的控制目标是在保持车辆合适稳定性及可操纵性和缩短车辆刹车距离情况下在要求的方向增大车轮的牵引力。本文提出了ABSs系统优化的模糊控制器。从保持其车轮滑动值为目标函数获得车轮最大的牵引力和车轮最大的减速度。采用遗传算法优化模糊系统的全部组件。采用误差数整体优化方法收敛接近最优点。仿真结果表明快速收敛和对不同路况的控制器的最好性能。Ahmad Mirzaei Mehdi Moallem Behzad Mirzaeian Dehkordi B. 15Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is not independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease event:A cohort study显示文摘BACKGROUND There are no consistent results between previous studies for an independent association between non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and cardiovascular disease(CVD)events.AIM To determine if there is an independent association between NAFLD and CVD events.METHODS In the present study,valid outcome data of 4808 subjects were available for phase 2 of our cohort study.These subjects had been followed up for seven years from phase 1,beginning in 2009-2010 to phase 2 during 2016-2017.Simple and multiple Cox proportional models were used to determine the association between NAFLD in the primary phase of the cohort and subsequent fatal and non-fatal CVD events during follow-up.RESULTS The incidence of non-fatal CVD events in males with NAFLD was significantly higher(P=0.004)than in males without NAFLD.A positive association was demonstrated between NAFLD and non-fatal CVD events in males(Hazard ratio=1.606;95%CI:1.166-2.212;P=0.004)by the simple Cox proportional hazard model,but no independent association was detected between these in the multiple Cox models.CONCLUSION No independent association was detected between NAFLD and CVD.It is likely that diabetes mellitus and age may be the principle mediators in this regard.Nima Motamed Hossein Ajdarkosh Maral Ahmadi Dhayaneethie Perumal G Hossein Ashrafi Mehdi Nikkhah Amir Hossein Faraji Mansooreh Maadi Mahmoodreza Khoonsari Nader Rezaie Behzad Farahani Fahimeh Safarnezhad Tameshkel Mitra Ameli Mahshid Panahi Mohammad Hadi Karbalaie Niya Farhad Zamani 2020World Journal of Hepatology2020,12,6:0
16Enhanced oxidation and overheating resistance of the extruded Mg–Zn–Al–Mn magnesium alloy by Calcium addition显示文摘The effects of Ca addition on the microstructure and oxidation properties of a new Mg alloy were studied.The oxidation behavior of the alloys was analyzed by thermal analysis and material characterization of the alloys exposed in flame environment;and both electrical and induction furnaces.Moreover,the surface layers were characterized using field emission scanning electron microscopy,and X-ray diffraction technique.It was found that increasing the Ca addition reduces the grain size and increases the fraction of the secondary phases,and enhances the mechanical properties.Moreover,increasing the Ca contents resulted in the formation of a dense CaO/MgO layer on the surface prohibited the oxygen diffusion and assisted in protection of the substrate against further oxidation.Therefore,ignition temperature was increased from 680℃ to 890℃ after addition of the Ca element.The mechanical properties and ignition behavior of the current materials was compared with the literature which it showed an excellent combination of the properties in the developed alloys.Hanieh Yeganeh Ahmad Bahmani Mehrab Lotfpour Mehdi Malekan Masoud Emamy Behzad Nayebi Kwang Seon Shin 2023Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2023,11,4:0
17Montanide ISA-720 and Naloxone in HBsAg Vaccine Formulation:Cytokine Profiling and Monitoring of Long-Lasting Humoral Immune Responses显示文摘Objective This study aimed to investigate the effects of Montanide ISA-720 and Naloxone(NLX)in Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)vaccine formulation on cytokine and long-lasting antibody responses.Methods First,the HBsAg was formulated in Montanide ISA-720 adjuvant and Naloxone at 5 and 10mg/kg.The experimental mice were immunized three times at a 2-week interval,and then IL-4,IL-2,TNF-α,and IFN-γcytokines;long-lasting IgG antibody responses 220 days after the last shot;and IgG1/IgG2a isotypes were assessed by ELISA.Results The HBsAg-Alum group exhibited the highest IL-4 cytokine response among the experimental groups,whereas NLX in HBsAg-MON720 vaccine formulation did not affect cytokine responses.In addition,NLX in Alum-based vaccine suppressed IL-4 cytokine response and increased the IL-2/IL-4 cytokine ratio.Moreover,HBsAg-MON720 was more potent than HBsAg-Alum in the induction of antibody responses,and NLX in Alum-and MON720-based vaccines induced long-lasting antibody responses.Conclusion NLX in Alum-based vaccine decreased IL-4 cytokine response,increased IL-2/IL-4 cytokine ratio,and improved long-lasting humoral immune responses in both vaccine formulations.Therefore,the adjuvant activity of NLX in the vaccine formulation depends on the type of adjuvant and the nature of the antigen in the vaccine formulation.Mina Mirzaee Setareh Haghighat Bahareh Golkaran Fatemeh Asgarhalvaei Rayhaneh Mirzaee Morteza Taghizadeh Mohammad Ali Savoji Behzad Esfandiari Mehdi Mahdavi 2022Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2022,35,9:0
18Analysis of human B cell response to recombinant Leishmania LPG3显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the capability of recombinant Leishmania LPG3 and its fragments in the activation of B cells. Methods: In the present study, human B cells were purified from peripheral blood of 10 adult healthy subjects using magnetic-activated cell sorting technique. Subsequently, purified B cells were treated with recombinant LPG3, and its N-terminal and C-terminal fragments at different concentrations(2, 10 and 20 μg/m L). B cell activation was assessed through expression of CD69 molecule by flowcytometry and secretion of IL-6, TNF-α and IL-10 cytokines via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay following treatment with recombinant antigens. Results: Our results showed that while the recombinant LPG-3 could significantly increase the production of IL-6 and TNF-α(P<0.05) in B cells, it had no effect on the secretion of IL-10 by B cells. Conclusions: Our study indicated that recombinant LPG-3 and especially its N-terminal fragment could stimulate B cell response as an important immune response component against leishmaniasis.
