| 1 | 口腔护理对危重症患者口腔健康状况和呼吸机相关性肺炎预防的影响显示文摘目的:本研究的目的是明确口腔护理措施对重症监护室患者口腔健康状况和呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率的影响。方法:本临床实验纳入2015-2016年间的100名患者,随机分为对照组(接受护士的口腔护理)和干预组(接受研究人员的系统口腔护理)。根据干预组患者的口腔健康状况,按照Beck口腔护理频次评价表(BOAS)确定需要接受口腔护理的频次。每次护理均包括调整气管内套管压力、用牙膏刷牙、使用抗菌药和嘴唇保湿。口腔检查采用BOAS和口腔黏膜菌斑量表评分,肺炎监测采用临床肺部感染评分。结果:第1~5天,两组患者的BOAS评分有统计学差异(P<0.001);第3~5天,两组患者的口腔黏膜菌斑评分有统计学差异(P<0.001);第3天和第5天,对照组肺炎发生率分别为10%(5例)和14%(7例),干预组肺炎发生率分别为4%(2例)和10%(5例),Fisher检验无统计学差异(P=0.538),但与对照组相比,干预组肺炎的发生率降低。结论:与传统的口腔护理措施比较,系统口腔护理虽然没有显著降低危重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,但显著改善了其口腔健康状况和口腔黏膜菌斑评分。 | Abdullah Haghighi Vida Shafipour Masoumeh Bagheri-Nesami Afshin Gholipour Baradari Jamshid Yazdani Charati | 2017 | 中国护理管理2017,17,3: | 14 |
| 2 | Investigation of factors affecting on viscosity reduction of sludge from Iranian crude oil storage tanks显示文摘Crude oil is a kind of water/oil emulsion, which the oil phase consists of organic molecules with different molecular weights such as alkanes, paraffin, asphaltene, and resins. Due to the change in physicochemical conditions during the production, transportation, storage, and refining, heavier molecules can precipitate from crude oil. Thus, viscous sludge formed at the bottom of storage tanks can cause many problems including reduction of storage capacity of tank, oil contamination, corrosion, repair costs, environmental pollution, etc. The reduction of sludge viscosity can be achieved by reduction of its interfacial tension. In this study, different chemical and physical factors, influencing prepared emulsions(made of sludge, water and surfactant), such as surfactants, solvents, temperature, pressure, and mixing conditions were investigated. Results showed that non-ionic surfactants(like bitumen emulsifier), and solvents(such as mixed xylene, AW-400, and AW-402), injection of additives, applying pressure, and mixing operations had a positive effect on reduction of emulsion viscosity. | 4 | Antioxidant activity and total phenolic and flavonoid content of the extract and chemical composition of the essential oil of Eremostachys laciniata collected from Zagros显示文摘Objective: To examine the chemical component of the essential oil of Eremostachys laciniata and evaluate antioxidant activity of the extract.Methods: The hydrodistillated essential oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Also, antioxidant activity, total phenolic and flavonoid content were determined by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, Folin-Ciocalteu and colorimetric method, respectively.Results: The major components of the essential oil were p-cymene(21.64%), linalool(17.93%), and a-pinene(11.42%). Also, the extract obtained by methanol showed a good antioxidant activity. | 5 | Multi-objective planning model for simultaneous reconfiguration of power distribution network and allocation of renewable energy resources and capacitors with considering uncertainties显示文摘This research develops a comprehensive method to solve a combinatorial problem consisting of distribution system reconfiguration, capacitor allocation, and renewable energy resources sizing and siting simultaneously and to improve power system's accountability and system performance parameters. Due to finding solution which is closer to realistic characteristics, load forecasting, market price errors and the uncertainties related to the variable output power of wind based DG units are put in consideration. This work employs NSGA-II accompanied by the fuzzy set theory to solve the aforementioned multi-objective problem. The proposed scheme finally leads to a solution with a minimum voltage deviation, a maximum voltage stability, lower amount of pollutant and lower cost. The cost includes the installation costs of new equipment, reconfiguration costs, power loss cost, reliability cost, cost of energy purchased from power market, upgrade costs of lines and operation and maintenance costs of DGs. Therefore, the proposed methodology improves power quality, reliability and security in lower costs besides its preserve, with the operational indices of power distribution networks in acceptable level. | 7 | Serum γ-glutamyltransferase,alanine aminotransferase,and aspartate aminotransferase activity in Iranian healthy blood donor men显示文摘AIM: To determine serum γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity, and to assess their correlation with demographic and clinical findings in healthy blood donors. METHODS: This cross-sectional study was performed in 934 male blood donors, aged 18 to 68 years, who consecutively attended Tehran blood transfusion service in 2006. All participants were seronegative for HBV or HCV infections, non alcohol users, and all underwent a standard interview and anthropometric tests. Clinical and biochemical parameters including AST, ALT, and GGT activities were determined. Patients taking drugs known to cause hepatic fat deposition were excluded. For AST, ALT, and GGT variables, we used 33.33 and 66.66 percentiles, so that each of them was divided into three tertiles. RESULTS: Mean AST, ALT, and GGT activities were 25.26 ± 12.58 U/L (normal range 5-35 U/L), 33.13 ± 22.98 (normal range 5-35 U/L), and 25.11 ± 18.32 (normal range 6-37 U/L), respectively. By univariate analyses, there were significant associations between increasing AST, ALT, or GGT tertiles and age, body weight, body mass index, and waist and hip circumferences (P < 0.05). By multiple linear regression analyses, ALT was found to be positively correlated with dyslipidemia (B = 6.988, P = 0.038), whereas ALT and AST were negatively correlated with age. | 9 | Effects of aromatherapy with Rosa damascena on nulliparous women's pain and anxiety of labor during first stage of labor显示文摘Background: Reducing labor pain and anxiety is one of the most important goals of maternity care.Objective: This study aimed to assess the effects of aromatherapy with Rosa damascena on pain and anxiety in the first stage of labor among nulliparous women.Design, setting, participants and interventions: This was a randomized clinical trial of 110 nulliparous women. The eligible participants were randomly assigned to two groups of aromatherapy and control in an Iranian maternity hospital. The participants received 0.08 m L of Rosa damascena essence in the aromatherapy group and 0.08 m L of normal saline in the control group, every 30 min. Pain was measured 3 times, once each at three stages of cervical dilation(4–5, 6–7, and 8–10 cm). Anxiety was measured twice,once each at two stages of cervical dilation(4–7 and 8–10 cm). The tools for data collection were the Spielberger anxiety questionnaire, numerical pain rating scale, demographic and obstetric questionnaire,and an observational checklist. Data analyses included the t-test, Mann–Whitney U test and Chi-square test.Main outcome measures: Severity of labor pain and severity of anxiety were used as primary outcome measures. Labor and delivery characteristics(including number of contractions, duration of contractions in second stage, Bishop score, augmentation by oxytocin, Apgar score, and mode of delivery), demographic characteristics, and fertility information were used as secondary outcome measures.Results: Pain severity in the group receiving aromatherapy with R. damascena was significantly lower than in the control group after treatment at each pain assessment(cervical dilation of 4–5, 6–7, and8–10 cm; P < 0.05). Anxiety levels were also significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment at each time of measurement(cervical dilation of 4–7 and 8–10 cm; P < 0.05).Conclusion: Aromatherapy with R. damascena reduced the severity of pain and anxiety in the first stage of labor. | 16 | Exopolysaccharide produced by Vibrio neocaledonicus sp. as a green corrosion inhibitor:Production and structural characterization显示文摘An exopolysaccharide substances produced by Vibrio neocaledonicus sp. was introduced as a novel green inhibitor against the corrosion of carbon steel in artificial seawater and acidic media. The produced extracellular polymeric substance(EPS) is heterogeneous with composition of polysaccharides, nucleic acids and protein and average molecular weight of 29,572 Da. Adsorption of EPS on the metal surfaces and formation of Fe-EPS complexes acted as a barrier to prevent the oxygen penetration and hindered anodic and cathodic reactions. The inhibitory effect increases with increasing EPS concentration and exposure time. The highest corrosion inhibitory effect(95.1%) was observed for 10 g/L of EPS after 5 days of exposure in seawater. This is the highest inhibitory effect ever been reported by EPSs. While, the optimum concentration of EPS with the highest inhibition efficiency in 1 N H_2SO_4 was 1000 ppm. The influence of different parameters, such as initial pH, growth phase, various nitrogen and carbon sources on the production of EPS and its corrosion inhibitory effect were also investigated. According to results,the optimum culture medium for EPS production is contained artificial seawater including 5% mannitol as carbon source and 0.1%(NH_4)_2SO_4 as nitrogen source at pH = 8. This medium could produce 22.24 g/L EPS during 3 days' incubation at 30 ℃.
