20营养感知与生物时钟显示文摘地球自转产生了昼夜明暗交替循环,为了适应这一环境,生物体进化出时钟系统,控制着行为和生理进程同步化于光线的周期变化,以使能量利用达到最优状态.时钟的分子结构分级组建,其中中枢时钟掌管着进食/禁食之间的日际转换,而外周时钟导致能量储存/利用的24 h周期振荡.最近的研究表明,生物时钟响应于营养信号,而且高脂饮食影响了动物自发运动的周期(时钟的核心特质之一).生物时钟研究的一个主要目标是阐明代谢和时钟通路的交互对话.在本综述中,我们将讨论激素和作为营养信号的大分子如何整合时钟和代谢系统.刘畅 Peek C B Ramsey K M Marcheva B 2014南京师大学报(自然科学版)2014,37,3:0
