| 1 | Removal of sulfamethazine antibiotics by aerobic sludge and an isolated Achromobacter sp.S-3显示文摘Removal characteristics of sulfamethazine(SMZ) by sludge and a bacterial strain using an aerobic sequence batch reactor(ASBR) were studied.Operating conditions were optimized by varying the reaction time and sludge retention time(SRT).An Achromobacter sp.(S-3) with the ability to remove SMZ was isolated from the ASBR.The effects of different operating parameters(pH and temperature) on the biodegradation of SMZ by S-3 were determined.The results indicate that,between 0.5 and 4 hr,reaction time of the ASBR had a significant effect on the SMZ removal efficiency in the system.The SMZ removal efficiency also increased from 45% to 80% when SRT was prolonged from 5 to 25 days,although longer SRT had no impact on SMZ removal.The SMZ adsorption rate decreased with increasing temperature,which fitted Freundlich isotherm well.The removal of SMZ in the ASBR was due to the combined effects of adsorption and degradation,and degradation played a leading role. | Manhong Huang Shixuan Tian Donghui Chen Wei Zhang Jun Wu Liang Chen | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,9: | 12 |

| 4 | Effect of high temperature annealing on the performance of MANOS charge trapping memory显示文摘We have investigated the effect of post deposition annealing (PDA) temperature of Al2O3 blocking layer on the performance of charge trapping memory capacitors. Two splits of PDA were performed in N2 ambient at 850°C/60 s and 1050°C/60 s, respectively. The 1050°C annealed capacitor could be programmed and erased normally by using Fowler-Nordheim (FN) injection. In contrast, the 850°C annealed device could not be erased, even though it could be programmed properly. By measuring the gate leakage current and the flatband voltage shift, we found the erase failure in the 850°C annealed device was due to a larger gate back-injection leakage current at Vg<0. The trend of gate leakage current was further verified in two Al/Al2O3/SiO2/p-Si control capacitors with the same PDA splits. In addition, constant voltage stress measurements on control capacitors in the FN regime showed that the change of gate leakage current followed an empirical Curie-von Schweidler law at Vg<0. | 6 | Experimental Research on Effects of Process Parameters on Servo Scanning 3D Micro Electrical Discharge Machining显示文摘Servo scanning 3D micro electrical discharge machining (3D SSMEDM) is a novel and effective method in fabricating complex 3D micro structures with high aspect ratio on conducting materials.In 3D SSMEDM process,the axial wear of tool electrode can be compensated automatically by servo-keeping discharge gap,instead of the traditional methods that depend on experiential models or intermittent compensation.However,the effects of process parameters on 3D SSMEDM have not been reported up until now.In this study,the emphasis is laid on the effects of pulse duration,peak current,machining polarity,track style,track overlap,and scanning velocity on the 3D SSMEDM performances of machining efficiency,processing status,and surface accuracy.A series of experiments were carried out by machining a micro-rectangle cavity (900 μm×600 μm) on doped silicon.The experimental results were obtained as follows.Peak current plays a main role in machining efficiency and surface accuracy.Pulse duration affects obviously the stability of discharge state.The material removal rate of cathode processing is about 3/5 of that of anode processing.Compared with direction-parallel path,contour-parallel path is better in counteracting the lateral wear of tool electrode end.Scanning velocity should be selected moderately to avoid electric arc and short.Track overlap should be slightly less than the radius of tool electrode.In addition,a typical 3D micro structure of eye shape was machined based on the optimized process parameters.These results are beneficial to improve machining stability,accuracy,and efficiency in 3D SSMEDM. | TONG Hao LI Yong HU Manhong | 2012 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,1: | 3 |

Such methods as analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to make the quantitative analysis on the risk factors and establish the risk judgment model. According to the actual engineering of Taizhou Bridge, the paper evaluates the risk of the foundation during the operating period at the condition of deep overlying stratum. | 8 | Boron doped graphdiyne:A metal-free peroxidase mimetic nanozyme for antibacterial application显示文摘The abuse of conventional antibiotics leads to increasing bacterial resistance.Nanozyme is a new kind of ultra-efficient and safe nanomaterial with intrinsic enzyme-like activities,showing remarkable potential as a next generation nanobactericide.Graphdiyne(GDY)is a burgeoning two-dimensional(2D)carbon allotrope with intriguing physicochemical properties,holding a great promise as a metal-free nanozyme.In this study,a boron doped GDY nanosheet(B-GDY)was constructed to simulate the performance of peroxidase(POD).By promoting the decomposition of H_(2)O_(2) to produce reactive oxygen species(ROS),the bactericidal efficacies against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria were substantially enhanced attributed to the extremely high catalytic activity of B-GDY.In-depth density functional theory(DFT)calculations illuminate that doping of boron can introduce more active B-defect sites as well as lower Gibbs free energy during the H_(2)O_(2) decomposition reaction.Notably,B-GDY contributes to significant wound healing and excellent biocompatibility,reducing the biological burden.The design of this nanozyme opens a new avenue for the development of alternative antibiotics. | Xuelong Bi Qiang Bai Lina Wang Fanglin Du Manhong Liu William W.Yu Siheng Li Jiaqiang Li Zhiling Zhu Ning Sui Jin Zhang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,2: | 2 |
