| 1 | 指南2.0:为成功制定指南而系统研发的全面清单显示文摘背景虽然当前已有一些评估卫生保健指南可靠性的工具,但仍缺乏针对制定指南实际步骤的指导。针对指南制定者们所需考虑的相关资源和工具,我们系统研发了一份全面的条目清单,但这并不意味着每篇指南都需遵守该清单的所有条目。方法我们检索了国际指南制定机构的指南制定手册、指南的指南(主要是来自国际和国家机构以及专业学会的方法学报告),以及提供系统指导的最新文章。经过反复评价这些资料,尽可能全面地罗列和提取条目,并制定与指南有关的重要主题。通过反复讨论,我们对条目进行评价以去重和补漏,同时邀请指南制定专家对所增加的条目进行修改并提出建议。结果我们制定了一份包含18个主题、146个条目的清单,并建立了帮助指南制定者应用这些条目的网站。这些主题和条目涵盖了指南从规划、完成、实施和评估的全过程。最终的清单版本也包括了培训所需的资料以及应用这些条目时用到的方法学参考文献的链接。解释本清单将提供给指南制定者用作参考。仔细考虑清单中的条目将有助于指南的制定、实施和评估,我们也将会通过大众反馈来修订并持续更新清单。 | Holger J. | 8 | Explicit bivariate rate functions for large deviations in AR(1)and MA(1)processes with Gaussian innovations显示文摘We investigate the large deviations properties for centered stationary AR(1)and MA(1)processes with independent Gaussian innovations,by giving the explicit bivariate rate functions for the sequence of two-dimensional random vectors.Via the Contraction Principle,we provide the explicit rate functions for the sample mean and the sample second moment.In the AR(1)case,we also give the explicit rate function for the sequence of two-dimensional random vectors(W_(n))n≥2=(n^(-1(∑_(k=1)^(n)X_(k),∑_(k=1)^(n)X_(k)^(2))))_(n∈N)n≥2,but we obtain an analytic rate function that gives different values for the upper and lower bounds,depending on the evaluated set and its intersection with the respective set of exposed points.A careful analysis of the properties of a certain family of Toeplitz matrices is necessary.The large deviations properties of three particular sequences of one-dimensional random variables will follow after we show how to apply a weaker version of the Contraction Principle for our setting,providing new proofs for two already known results on the explicit deviation function for the sample second moment and Yule-Walker estimators.We exhibit the properties of the large deviations of the first-order empirical autocovariance,its explicit deviation function and this is also a new result. | Maicon J.Karling Artur O.Lopes Sílvia R.C.Lopes | 2023 | Probability, Uncertainty and Quantitative Risk2023，8，2： | 0 |
| 9 | Opportunities and Challenges of Plant Bioactive Compounds for Food and Agricultural-Related Areas显示文摘The growing development of biological products highlights the social and environmental responsibility that several industrial companies are facing in recent years.In this context,the advancement of bioprocessing as an alternative for exploring the potential of ecologically based products,especially in biofuels,food,and agro-industrial business,exposes the rational efficiency of the application of renewable sources in different industrial segments.Industries strongly associated with food production concentrate large amounts of wastes rich in bioactive compounds.A range of highly effective technologies has been highly explored to recover large concentrations of prominent compounds present in these materials.The advances in this scenario assurance value addition to these by-products,in addition to highlighting their various technological applications,considering the biorefinery and ecologically based production concepts.Accordingly,this review article described a detailed and systematic approach to the importance of using bioactive compounds and exploring the main sources of these elements.Also,some recent and innovative research that has achieved encouraging results was highlighted.Furthermore,the study included the main extraction technologies that have been investigated as a strategy of prospecting the application of bioactive compounds and optimizing the processes for obtaining natural compounds from plant sources.Finally,future outlooks were presented to contribute to the innovative opportunities and applicability of highly promising technologies and manipulations of bioactive compounds from a range of perspectives. | Maicon S.N.dos Santos João H.C.Wancura Carolina E.D.Oro Rogério M.Dallago Marcus V.Tres | 2022 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022，91，6： | 0 |
