| 1 | Study on lithogeochemistry of Middle Jurassic basalts from southern China represented by the Fankeng basalts from Yongding of Fujian Province显示文摘There exists an E-W trending Middle Jurassic volcanic zone in southern China. The Fankeng basalts in the Yongding basin of Fujian Province are considered to be a typical example. The Fankeng basalts have TiO2 contents in the range of 1.92%-3.21%. They are classified as high-Ti basalts. They also have higher total Fe (averaging FeO* = 11.09%). The Middle Jurassic Fankeng basalts from southwestern Fujian have obvious distinctive lithogeochemical features from early Cre- taceous basalts from southeastern coast of China. They have higher HFSE, such as Th, Nb, Ta, Zr and Ti. Their element ratios related with HFSE, such as Zr/Ba, La/Nb, La/Ta ,Zr/Y, Ti/Y, Ba/Nb, K/Ti and Rb/Zr are similar to those of OIB. The most samples have ε Nd(T) of-0.70-0.24, which are near chondrite. Some samples have higher ε Nd(T) of 1.87-3.55.Therefore, these basaltic magmas might be derived from depleted asthenospheric mantle. The lithogeochemical characteristics of the Fankeng basalts may be caused by interaction between asthenosphere and lithosphere at the time. The (Early-) Middle Jurassic basalts and gabbros from southeastern Hunan, southern Jiangxi and northern Guangdong provinces show similar geochemical features to those of the Fankeng basalts from the Yongding of Fujian. Occurrence of these OIB-type basalts in the area may be regarded as the petrological mark of upwelling of asthenosphere at the time. | 2 | Integrating ecosystem services evaluation and landscape pattern analysis into urban planning based on scenario prediction and regression model显示文摘Urban planning has become a widely concern for minimizing the negative effects of urban expansion on terrestrial ecosystems. We developed an interdisciplinary modeling framework to evaluate the effectiveness and shortcomings of urban expansion management strategies. A three-step method was applied to Yinchuan Plain in the northwestern of China, including(1)analyzing the relationship between landscape pattern and ecosystem service values through mathematical statistics;(2) predicting landscape pattern and ecosystem services change under different scenarios based on cellular automaton model(SLEUTH-3r model); and(3) designing and validating optimized scenario through integrating historical analysis experiments and future multi-comparison suggestions. Results have suggested that landscape composition and configuration can significantly affect regional ecosystem service values, especially the connectivity and shape of landscape. Compact urban growth policy and medium environment protection policy are the appropriate setting for urban expansion plan. Optimization validation of the combined designed scenario implied the reliability of this method. | 3 | Changes in the phytoplankton community structure of the Backshore Wetland of Expo Garden, Shanghai from 2009 to 2010显示文摘Phytoplankton community structure,abundance,and species'spatial and temporal distributions were examined for the Backshore Wetland of Expo Garden in Shanghai from September 2009 to August 2010.A total of 371 phytoplankton species were identified from 109 genera 8 phyla.There were 18 dominant species in total,and Phormidium tenue was dominant during four seasons.The mean annual abundance and biomass were 711.11×10^(4) cells/L and 5.70 mg/L,respectively.The seasonal changing trend of existing stocks was bimodal,with main peaks of density and biomass occurring in the winter and a secondary peaks occurring in the summer.The Shannon–Wiener diversity index(H′),the Margalef species richness index(D),and Pielou's species evenness index(J)showed a clear seasonal trend.All of the indices showed a changing pattern,with the highest recorded values from the summer to autumn and the lowest recorded values from the winter to spring.The canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)showed that environmental factors,including water temperature,nitrate nitrogen,and pH were the main influencing factors to the change of phytoplankton community structure in the Backshore Wetland of Expo Garden in Shanghai. | Xuemei Miao Shaokun Wang Mengqun Liu Jie Ma Jian Hu Tianli Li Lijing Chen | 2019 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2019,4,5: | 1 |
| 4 | Genome-wide identification and characterization of the IPT family members in nine Rosaceae species and a functional analysis of MdIPT5b in cold resistance显示文摘Cytokinins are members of a group of phytohormones involved in various growth and developmental processes in plants.Isopentenyl transferase(IPT)is the rate-limiting enzyme in catalyzing the biosynthesis of cytokinins.In this study,to understand the role of IPT family in cold resistance,78 IPT candidates were identified and characterized in nine Rosaceae genomes.The expansion of IPT families in the Rosaceae primarily occurred through segmental duplication rather than tandem duplication.In general,purifying selection controlled the evolution of IPT families in the Rosaceae,with IPT3 and IPT5 homologs as the primary drivers of evolution.Cis-elements,which are involved in the responses to many environmental stresses or phytohormone signals,were identified in the promoters of MdIPT members.This was consistent with the trends of expression of the MdIPT genes in apple(Malus domestica)calli.MdIPT5b was also found to exhibit multiple responses to phytohormones and stress signals.The ectopic expression of MdIPT5b resulted in an increase in cold resistance in transformed apple calli and tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)plantlets.The redox balance was partially stabilized through the accumulation of proline under cold stress.However,the ascorbate–glutathione cycle cannot be stabilized in the cold.All physiological and biochemical assays are preformed in spectrophotometer.These results showed that regulating the expression of IPT genes for moderate cytokinin improvement could enhance the accumulation of proline to stabilize the osmotic and redox balances to improve resistance to cold stress. | Yi Feng Jiahong Lv Mengqun Peng Jie Li Yue Wu Min Gao Xinyi Wu Yi Wang Ting Wu Xinzhong Zhang Xuefeng Xu Zhenhai Han | 2023 | Horticultural Plant Journal2023,9,4: | 0 |
| 5 | Experimental study of thermally-driven micro-pump using stepped laser显示文摘The stepped pulse-laser is used to heat the fluid in a micro-tube with the diameter less than 1 mm, and a phase change and a directional flow of the fluid are induced. Based on many experimental observations, the mechanism of thermally-driven MEMS is studied and the technical approaches of the efficient and steady thermally-driven flow is given.
