| 1 | 急性脊髓损伤患者治疗的临床操作指南:关于MRI基线在临床治疗决策与结果预测中作用的几点建议(英文)显示文摘The objective of this guideline is to outline the role of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in clinical decision making and outcome prediction in patients with traumatic spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods A systematic review of the literature was conducted to address key questions related to the use of MRI in patients with traumatic SCI.This review focused on longitudinal studies that controlled for baseline neurologic status.A multidisciplinary Guideline Development Group(GDG) used this information,their clinical expertise,and patient input to develop recommendations on the use of MRI for SCI patients.Based on GRADE(Grading of Recommendation,Assessment,Development and Evaluation),a strong recommendation is worded as ' we recommend,' whereas a weaker recommendation is indicated by 'we suggest.' | 2 | Therapeutic options for HER-2 positive breast cancer: Perspectives and future directions显示文摘During the last 15 years we have witnessed an unprecedented expansion in the drugs developed to target human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2) positive breast cancer. Trastuzumab, pertuzumab, adotrastuzumab emtansine and lapatinib are currently food and drug administration(FDA)-approved for the treatment of breast cancer patients with HER-2 overexpressed. However, given the amount of information gathered from years of uninterrupted clinical research, it is essential to have periodic updates that succinctly recapitulate what we have learnt over these last years and help us to apply that information in our daily practice. This review will pursue that objective. We will summarize the most relevant and updated informationrelated to the state of the art management of HER-2 positive breast cancer in all the clinical scenarios including the adjuvant, neoadjuvant and metastatic settings. But we will also critically appraise that literature in order to highlight some key clinical concepts that should not be overlooked. | 6 | Successful endoscopic treatment of colonic gallstone ileus using electrohydraulic lithotripsy显示文摘The surgical management of gallstone ileus is complex and potentially highly morbid.Initial management requires enterolithotomy and is generally followed by fistula resection at a later date.There have been reports of gallstone extraction using various endoscopic modalities to relieve the obstruction,however,to date,there has never been a published case of endoscopic stone extraction from the colon using electrohydraulic lithotripsy.In this report,we present the technique employed to successfully perform an electrohydraulic lithotripsy for removal of a large gallstone impacted in the sigmoid colon.A cavity was excavated in an obstructing 4.1 cm lamellated stone in the sigmoid colon using electrohydraulic lithotripsy.A screw stent retractor and stent extractor bored a larger lumen which allowed for guidewire advancement and stone fracture via serial pneumatic balloon dilatation.The stone fragments were removed.Electrohydraulic lithotripsy is a safe and effective method to treat colonic obstruction in the setting of gallstone ileus. | Martin D Zielinski Lincoln E Ferreira Todd H Baron | 2010 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2010，16，12： | 2 |
| 7 | Laboratory evaluation of the GreenSeeker^(TM) handheld optical sensor to variations in orientation and height above canopy显示文摘Handheld optical sensors recently have been introduced to the agricultural market.These handheld sensors are able to provide operators with Normalized Difference Vegetative Index(NDVI)data when cloud cover prevents acquisition of satellite or aerial images.This research addressed the sensitivity of the GreenSeeker handheld optical sensor to changes in orientation and height above a ryegrass canopy.Planter boxes were oriented both parallel and perpendicular to the light beam from the sensor head and heights of 30.5 cm(12”),61.0 cm(24”),91.5 cm(36”),122 cm(48”)and 152 cm(60”)were tested.Results indicated that the sensor was highly sensitive(P<0.0001)to both height above canopy and orientation of the sensor relative to the target.Operators should follow manufacturer’s recommendations on operating height range of 81-122 cm and orient the sensor head in-line with the target to obtain maximum signal response. | Daniel E Martin Juan D Lopez Jr Yubin Lan | 2012 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2012，5，1： | 2 |
