| 1 | Selection of logistics distribution center location for SDN enterprises显示文摘The location selection of the logistics distribution center for a supply and demand network(SDN)enterprises directly affected the efficiency of the logistics system operation and the customer service level.In this paper,we present a location selection model of the logistics distribution center for SDN enterprises.In order to improve the optimization effectiveness of the traditional methods in solving the location selection problem,an improved firefly algorithm was presented.By introducing a coordination factor,the search step can be automatically adjusted,and the accuracy of the algorithm can be improved.By introducing a chaotic search strategy,the diversity of firefly populations and the global optimization ability of the algorithm can be improved.The simulation experiments showed that the improved firefly algorithm achieved a more favorable effectiveness than three other algorithms we tested. | Wei Hu Ye Hou Longwei Tian Yuan Li | 2015 | Journal of Management Analytics2015,2,3: | 4 |

| 3 | Strontium-incorporated bioceramic scaffolds for enhanced osteoporosis bone regeneration显示文摘The restoration of bone defects caused by osteoporosis remains a challenge for surgeons.Strontium ranelate has been applied in preventative treatment approaches due to the biological functions of the trace element strontium(Sr).In this study,we aimed to fabricate bioactive scaffolds through Sr incorporation based on our previously developed modified amino-functional mesoporous bioactive glass(MBG)and to systematically investigate the bioactivity of the resulting scaffold in vitro and in vivo in an osteoporotic rat model.The results suggested that Sr-incorporated amino-functional MBG scaffolds possessed favorable biocompatibility.Moreover,with the incorporation of Sr,osteogenic and angiogenic capacities were upregulated in vitro.The in vivo results showed that the Sr-incorporated amino-functional MBG scaffolds achieved better bone regeneration and vessel formation.Furthermore,bioinformatics analysis indicated that the Sr-incorporated amino-functional MBG scaffolds could reduce reactive oxygen species levels in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in the osteoporotic model by activating the cAMP/PKA signaling pathway,thus playing an anti-osteoporosis role while promoting osteogenesis.This study demonstrated the feasibility of incorporating trace elements into scaffolds and provided new insights into biomaterial design for facilitating bone regeneration in the treatment of osteoporosis. | Qianju Wu Longwei Hu Ran Yan Junfeng Shi Hao Gu Yuwei Deng Ruixue Jiang Jin Wen Xinquan Jiang | 2022 | Bone Research2022,10,4: | 1 |
| 4 | Establishment and assessment of rodent models of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw(MRONJ)显示文摘Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw(MRONJ)is primarily associated with administering antiresorptive or antiangiogenic drugs.Despite significant research on MRONJ,its pathogenesis and effective treatments are still not fully understood.Animal models can be used to simulate the pathophysiological features of MRONJ,serving as standardized in vivo experimental platforms to explore the pathogenesis and therapies of MRONJ.Rodent models exhibit excellent effectiveness and high reproducibility in mimicking human MRONJ,but classical methods cannot achieve a complete replica of the pathogenesis of MRONJ.Modified rodent models have been reported with improvements for better mimicking of MRONJ onset in clinic.This review summarizes representative classical and modified rodent models of MRONJ created through various combinations of systemic drug induction and local stimulation and discusses their effectiveness and efficiency.Currently,there is a lack of a unified assessment system for MRONJ models,which hinders a standard definition of MRONJ-like lesions in rodents.Therefore,this review comprehensively summarizes assessment systems based on published peer-review articles,including new approaches in gross observation,histological assessments,radiographic assessments,and serological assessments.This review can serve as a reference for model establishment and evaluation in future preclinical studies on MRONJ. | Ran Yan Ruixue Jiang Longwei Hu Yuwei Deng Jin Wen Xinquan Jiang | 2022 | International Journal of Oral Science2022,14,3: | 1 |

| 6 | Integrated Rabies Surveillance-Hunan Province,China,2020显示文摘Introduction:The objective of this paper was to assess the epidemiology of rabies in Hunan Province,analyze the associated factors,understand the status of prevention and treatment after rabies exposure,evaluate the effectiveness of prevention and treatment,and provide a scientific basis for formulating effective prevention and control measures.Methods:The surveillance data of rabies in Hunan Province in 2020 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results:In 2020,a total of 59 cases of rabies were reported in Hunan Province,with an incidence rate of 0.09/100,000.Overall,42 cases(71.19%)were due to animal bites and 43 cases(72.88%)were of grade III.The proportion of hand and combined injury of hand was the highest(40.68%).A total of 603,261 cases of rabies exposure were reported from the rabies post-exposure prophylaxis(PEP)clinic in Hunan Province.Dogs were the main animal causing injuries,accounting for 74.21%.Only 83,418(13.84%)of the animals had a clear immune history,and a total of 11 dog attacks were reported in Hunan Province.The average immunity rate of dogs in the whole province was 30.98%.In 2020,554 dogs were sampled in the whole province;20 of them were positive for a positivity rate of 3.61%.Conclusions:Rabies in Hunan Province in 2020 had a relatively low prevalence.Failure to treat wounds,immunoglobulin injections,and vaccination after exposure were the main causes of rabies.Therefore,post-exposure management of rabies should be further strengthened to reduce the risk of rabies for high-risk populations. | Hao Yang Shengbao Chen Zhihui Dai Longwei Luo Qianlai Sun Shanlu Zhao Ge Zeng Ziyan Liu Shixiong Hu | 2022 | China CDC weekly2022,4,44: | 0 |
| 7 | Effects of biotic and abiotic factors on forest biomass fractions显示文摘The extent to which key factors at the global scale influence plant biomass allocation patterns remains unclear.Here,we provide a theory about how biotic and abiotic factors influence plant biomass allocation and evaluate its predictions using a large global database for forested communities.Our analyses confirm theoretical predictions that temperature,precipitation,and plant height and density jointly regulate the quotient of leaf biomass and total biomass,and that they have a much weaker effect on shoot(leaf plus stem)biomass fractions at a global scale.Moreover,biotic factors have larger effects than abiotic factors.Climatic variables act equally on shoot and root growth,and differences in plant body size and age,as well as community species composition,which vary with climate in ways that drown out the variations in biomass fractions.The theory and data presented here provide mechanistic explanations of why climate has little effect on biomass fractions. | Renfei Chen Jinzhi Ran Weigang Hu Longwei Dong Mingfei Ji Xin Jia Jingli Lu Haiyang Gong Muhammad Aqeel Shuran Yao Lizhe An Jin-Sheng He Karl J.Niklas Jianming Deng | 2021 | National Science Review2021,8,10: | 0 |
