1Enhanced Discharged Efficiency and High Energy Density at Elevated Temperature in Polymer Dielectric via Manipulating Relaxation Behavior显示文摘Polymer dielectrics with excellent dielectric properties and energy storage performance under elevated temperature are urgently needed in electrical power systems.Polyetherimide(PEI),which is supposed to be the most promising candidate among polymer dielectric materials,has a limitation for high-temperature dielectric applications especially at high electric field owing to secondary relaxation.Herein,a series of self-cross-linkable oligomers are prepared by combining the advantages of PEI and phenylethynyl groups.Cross-linked polymer dielectric films with enhanced voltage resistance and low leakage current density are obtained by cross-linking under oxygen.The occurrence ofβ-relaxation is diminished by cross-linking,which makes polymer dielectrics exhibit desirable dielectric stability over a broad temperature and frequency range.Particularly,the dielectric loss of c-10%PEPA-PEI at 1000 Hz is 0.0037 and 0.0043 at room temperature and 150℃,respectively.Simultaneously,the polymer dielectric maintains a still low dielectric loss(<0.010)between 10^(2)and 10^(6)Hz.Furthermore,c-10%PEPA-PEI possesses excellent hightemperature energy storage performance owing to much interchain reaction originating from proper chain length,and exhibits ultrahigh charge–discharge efficiency(>95.0%)and improved energy density(3.6 J/cm^(3))at 150℃.The authors believe that these cross-linked films showing excellent dielectric performance have a promising future in high-temperature applications.Yu Zhang Zheng Liu Lixue Zhu Jie Liu Yunhe Zhang Zhenhua Jiang 2020CCS Chemistry2020,2,5:3
2Research on CMOS Mm-Wave Circuits and Systems for Wireless Communications显示文摘This paper discusses some challenges in the design of millimeter-wave(nunwave) circuits and systems for 5th generation(5G) wireless systems in CMOS process.The properties of some passive and active devices such as inductors,capacitors,transmission lines,transformers and transistors in mm-wave frequency band are discussed.Self-healing technique dealing with PVT variation,resonant mode switching technique to enhance frequency tuning range of voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) and dual mode technique for power amplifier(PA) efficiency enhancement are introduced.At last,A fully-integrated60 GHz 5 Gb/s QPSK transceiver with the transmit/receive(T/R) switch in 65 nm CMOS process is introduced.The measured error vector magnitude(EVM) of the TX is-21.9dB while the bit error rate(BER) of the RX with a-52 dBm sine-wave input is below 8e-7when transmitting/receiving 5 Gb/s data.The transceiver is powered by 1.0 V and 1.2 V supply(except the phase-frequency detector and charge-pump in the frequency synthesizer which are powered by 2.5 V supply) and consumes 135 mW in TX mode and 176 mW in RX mode.JIA Haikun CHI Baoyong KUANG Lixue YU Xiaobao CHEN Lei ZHU Wei WEI Meng SONG Zheng WANG Zhihua 2015China Communications2015,12,5:2
3Combination therapy of thiamine,vitamin C and hydrocortisone in treating patients with sepsis and septic shock:a meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis显示文摘Background:The objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of thiamine and vitamin C with or without hydrocortisone coadministration on the treatment of sepsis and septic shock.Methods:MEDLINE,EMBASE and CENTRAL databases were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that made a comparative study between the combination therapy of vitamin C and thiamine with or without hydrocortisone and the administration of placebo in patients with sepsis or septic shock.Two reviewers independently performed study selection,data extraction and quality assessment.Both short-term mortality and change in the sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA)score from baseline(delta SOFA)were set as the primary outcomes.Secondary endpoints included intensive care unit(ICU)mortality,new onset of acute kidney injury,total adverse events,ICU and hospital length of stay,duration of vasopressor usage and ventilator-free days.Meanwhile,trial sequential analysis was conducted for primary outcomes.Results:Eight RCTs with 1428 patients were included in the current study.The results showed no significant reduction of short-term mortality in sepsis and septic shock patients who received combination therapy of vitamin C and thiamine with or without hydrocortisone compared to those with placebo{risk ratio(RR),1.02[95%confidence interval(CI),0.87 to 1.20],p=0.81,I2=0%;risk difference(RD),0[95%CI,−0.04 to 0.05]}.Nevertheless,the combination therapy was associated with significant reduction in SOFA score[mean difference(MD),−0.63,(95%CI,−0.96 to−0.29,p<0.001,I^(2)=0%]and vasopressors duration(MD,−22.11[95%CI,−30.46 to−13.77],p<0.001,I2=6%).Additionally,there were no statistical differences in the pooled estimate for other outcomes.Conclusions:In the current meta-analysis,the combination therapy of vitamin C and thiamine,with or without hydrocortisone had no impact on short-term mortality when compared with placebo,but was associated with significant reduction in SOFA score among patients with sepsis and septic shock.Renqi Yao Yibing Zhu Yue Yu Zhixuan Li Lixue Wang Liyu Zheng Jingyan Li Huibin Huang Guosheng Wu Feng Zhu Zhaofan Xia Chao Ren Yongming Yao 2021Burns & Trauma2021,9,1:2
4Cobalt-doped Mn3O4 nanocrystals embedded in graphene nanosheets as a high-performance bifunctional oxygen electrocatalyst for rechargeable Zn–Air batteries显示文摘A non-noble-metal bifunctional catalyst with efficient and durable activity towards both the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is crucial to the development of rechargeable Zn-air batteries.Herein,a facile one-step hydrothermal method is reported for the synthesis of a high-performance bifunctional oxygen electrocatalyst,cobalt-doped Mn_(3)O_(4) nanocrystals supported on graphene nanosheets(Co–Mn_(3)O_(4)/G).Compare to pristine Mn_(3)O_(4),this Co–Mn_(3)O_(4)/G exhibits greatly enhanced electrocatalytic activity,delivering a halfwave potential of 0.866 V for the ORR and a low overpotential of 275 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) for the OER.The zinc-air battery built with Co–Mn_(3)O_(4)/G shows a reduced charge–discharge voltage of 0.91 V at 10 mA cm^(-2),an power density of 115.24 mW cm^(-2) and excellent stability without any degradation after 945 cycles(315 h),outperforming the state-of-the-art Pt/C–Ir/C catalyst-based device.Mengyang Dong Xu Liu Lixue Jiang Zhengju Zhu Yajie Shu Shan Chen Yuhai Dou Porun Liu Huajie Yin Huijun Zhao 2020Green Energy & Environment2020,5,4:2
5Analysis on Dynamic Characteristics in Time Domain of Slider with Ultra Thin Spacing显示文摘With increasing recording density in computer hard disks,the flying height of the magnetic head becomes 10 nm or less.The numerical method of the control equations needs to be optimized consistently with the decrease of the flying height.The iterative process is usually divergent with traditional methods which cannot ensure the accuracy of the analysis results and the stability of numerical calculations.Firstly,a new scheme is presented to solve the ultra-thin lubricating control equations in this paper.The equilibrium equation is obtained by taking the Couette flow terms and time term as dominating terms in iterative process.Moreover,the weighting flow factor is introduced for the abrupt change of film thickness in order to reduce calculated deviation.Secondly,the rules for variation of flying pose of the magnetic head with time are obtained by the time domain analysis.The results show that the magnetic head can recover to the equilibrium position after being slightly influenced by outside disturbance.And the dynamic lubrication properties of the head suffer heavily from the vibrations in the height direction and fluctuation in the pitch direction.Finally,the analysis of the sine roughness-passing capacity of the head indicates that the head can surpass small sine waves and the equilibrium position can be retrieved after a period of decaying oscillation.The proposed research ensures the accuracy and stability of the numerical calculation of the control equations,and the dynamic characteristics and flying stability of a magnetic head is studied systematically.It can also be the theoretical basis for the analysis of the flight characteristics of the slider.YAO Huaping HUANG Ping CHEN Yangzhi ZHU Lixue 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,3:2
6Engineered extracellular vesicles for concurrent Anti-PDL1 immunotherapy and chemotherapy显示文摘Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICI)targeting PD-1/PD-L1 have been approved for the treatment of a variety of cancers.However,the efficacy of antibody-based ICIs could be further improved by mitigating anti-drug antibodies,proteolytic cleavage,and on-target off-tumor toxicity.One strategy for accomplishing this is through the use of extracellular vesicles(EVs),cell derived submicron vesicles with many unique properties.We constructed an engineered MDA-MB-231 cell line for harvesting EVs.This was accomplished by overexpressing a high-affinity variant human PD-1 protein(havPD-1),while simultaneously knocking out intrinsic PD-L1 and beta-2 microglobulin.The engineered havPD-1 EVs reduced PD-L1 overexpressing cancer cell proliferation and induced cellular apoptosis.Moreover,the EVs were shown to efficiently block PD-L1 mediated T cell suppression.Meanwhile antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and complement-dependent cytotoxicity were not observed.The havPD-1 EVs treatment resulted in robust anti-tumor activity in both preventative co-implantation and therapeutic xenograft tumor models reconstituted with human T cells.The efficacy of the havPD-1 EVs was shown to be comparable to clinical anti-PD1 monoclonal antibodies.Additionally,loading the havPD-1 EVs with a potent PARP inhibitor was shown to further augment treatment efficacy.In brief,the engineered universal EVs harboring havPD-1 proteins can be used for cancer concurrent immunotherapy and chemotherapy.Yundi Chen Lixue Wang Mingfeng Zheng Chuandong Zhu Guosheng Wang Yiqiu Xia Ethan J.Blumenthal Wenjun Mao Yuan Wan 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,3:1

8Dietary host-associated Bacillus subtilis supplementation improves intestinal microbiota,health and disease resistance in Chinese perch(Siniperca chuatsi)显示文摘The purpose of this study was to evaluate the potential of a host-associated Bacillus subtilis 1-C-7 as a probiotic for Chinese perch(Siniperca chuatsi).Four test diets were formulated to contain graded levels of B.subtilis 1-C-7 at 0(CY),0.85×10^(8)(Y1),0.95×10^(9)(Y2)and 0.91×10^(10)(Y3)CFU/kg diet.The test fish with initial weight 30.0±1.2 g were fed the 4 test diets with 3 replicates in an indoor water-flow aquaculture system with 12 net cages(40 fish/cage)for 10 wk.At the conclusion of the feeding trial,the probiotic effects of B.subtilis on Chinese perch were analyzed based on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,histologic morphology of liver and gut,gut microbiota and the resistance to Aero-monas hydrophila.The results showed that the percentage of weight gain had no significant change in the Y1 and Y2 groups(P>0.05)but decreased in the Y3 group compared to that in the CY group(P<0.05).The fish in the Y3 group displayed the highest activity of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)among these 4 groups(P<0.05).The fish in the CY group had the highest value of malondialdehyde in the liver(P<0.05)and showed severe nuclear migration and vacuolization of hepatocytes.The morphology indicated that all test fish had poor intestinal health.However,the fish in the Y1 group had a relatively normal intestinal histologic structure.The mid gut microbial diversity analysis showed that dietary B.subtilis supplementation increased the abundance of probiotics such as Tenericutes and Bacteroides,whereas it reduced the abundance of pernicious bacteria such as Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Thermophilia and Spirochaetes.The challenge test showed that dietary B.subtilis supplementation increased the resistance to A.hydrophila in Chinese perch.In conclusion,dietary supplementation of 0.85×10^(8)CFU/kg B.subtilis 1-C-7 could improve the intestinal microbiota,intestinal health and disease resistance in Chinese perch,but more or excessive supple-mentation could reduce growth performance and have negative effects on health.Zhehui Ji Chuanzhong Zhu Xinyang Zhu Sainan Ban Lijuan Yu Juan Tian Lixue Dong Hua Wen Xing Lu Ming Jiang 2023Animal Nutrition2023,,2:0
9Obstacle Avoidance Method for a Redundant Manipulator Based on a Configuration Plane显示文摘This paper presents a novel approach of obstacle avoidance for redundant manipulators, which is challenging with the considerations of the building of universal kinematics, the formation of dynamics, and the generation of trajectories. A universal approach to deal with obstacle avoidance for the redundant manipulator, that is based on the configuration plane, is presented. The paper also examines common serial robot configurations and introduces a method for classification, partitioning, simplification, and forms of expression used in the workspace to define the configuration plane. This relatively new method is combined with a weighted space vector method to match the configuration plane and solve the inverse kinematics problem. 10Activating Inert Sites in Cobalt Silicate Hydroxides for Oxygen Evolution through Atomically Doping显示文摘Metal silicate hydroxides have been recognized as efficient oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts,yet tailoring of their intrinsic activity remains confused.Herein,Fe had been incorporated into cobalt silicate hydroxide nanosheets and the resulted material achieves a competitive OER catalytic activity.It is found that the doping state obviously affects the electrical transport property.Specifically,highly dispersed Fe atoms(low-concentration Fe doping)trigger slight electron transfer to Co atoms while serried Fe(highconcentration Fe doping)attract vast electrons.By introducing 6 at.%Fe doping,partial relatively inert Co sites are activated by atomically dispersed Fe,bearing an optimal metal 3d electronic occupation and adsorption capacity to oxygen intermediate.The introduced Co-O-Fe unit trigger the p-donation effect and decrease the number of electrons in p*-antibonding orbitals,which enhance the Fe-O covalency and the structural stability.As a result,the sample delivers a low overpotential of 293 mV to achieve a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2).This work clarifies the superiority of atomically dispersed doping state,which is of fundamental interest to the design of doped catalyst.Jiexin Zhu Lixue Xia Wenxuan Yang Ruohan Yu Wei Zhang Wen Luo Yuhang Dai Wei Wei Liang Zhou Yan Zhao Liqiang Mai 2022Energy & Environmental Materials2022,5,2:0
11Replacing dietary sodium selenite with biogenic selenium nanoparticles improves the growth performance and gut health of early-weaned piglets显示文摘Selenium nanoparticles(SeNPs)are proposed as a safer and more effective selenium delivery system than sodium selenite(Na_(2)SeO_(3)).Here,we investigated the effects of replacing dietary Na_(2)SeO_(3)with SeNPs synthesized by Lactobacillus casei ATCC 393 on the growth performance and gut health of earlyweaned piglets.Seventy-two piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large Yorkshire)weaned at 21 d of age were divided into the control group(basal diet containing 0.3 mg Se/kg from Na_(2)SeO_(3))and SeNPs group(basal diet containing 0.3 mg Se/kg from SeNPs)during a 14-d feeding period.The results revealed that SeNPs supplementation increased the average daily gain(P=0.022)and average daily feed intake(P=0.033),reduced(P=0.056)the diarrhea incidence,and improved(P=0.013)the feed conversion ratio compared with Na_(2)SeO_(3).Additionally,SeNPs increased jejunal microvilli height(P=0.006)and alleviated the intestinal barrier dysfunction by upregulating(P<0.05)the expression levels of mucin 2 and tight junction proteins,increasing(P<0.05)Se availability,and maintaining mitochondrial structure and function,thereby improving antioxidant capacity and immunity.Furthermore,metabolomics showed that SeNPs can regulate lipid metabolism and participate in the synthesis,secretion and action of parathyroid hormone,proximal tubule bicarbonate reclamation and tricarboxylic acid cycle.Moreover,SeNPs increased(P<0.05)the abundance of Holdemanella and the levels of acetate and propionate.Correlation analysis suggested that Holdemanella was closely associated with the regulatory effects of SeNPs on early-weaned piglets through participating in lipid metabolism.Overall,replacing dietary Na_(2)SeO_(3)with biogenic SeNPs could be a potential nutritional intervention strategy to prevent earlyweaning syndrome in piglets.Lei Qiao Xina Dou Xiaofan Song Jiajing Chang Xiaonan Zeng Lixu Zhu Hongbo Yi Chunlan Xu 2023Animal Nutrition2023,,4:0
12The probiotic effects of host-associated Bacillus velezensis in diets for hybrid yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco♀×Pelteobagrus vachelli♂)显示文摘This study was to evaluate the potential of a host-associated Bacillus velezensis as a probiotic for hybrid yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco♀×Pelteobagrus vachelli♂).Diets(B0 to B5)containing 0,0.90×10^(8),0.80×109,0.85×10^(10),0.90×10^(11),0.83×10^(12)CFU/kg B.velezensis YFI-E109 were fed to the fish with initial weight(3.07±0.08 g)in a recirculating aquaculture system for six weeks with three replicates,respectively.Probiotic effects were analyzed based on growth,body composition,liver and gut morphology,gut microbiome,and liver metabolome.Analysis of the bacterial genome has shown that the most abundant genes in B.velezensis YFI-E109 were distributed in carbohydrate and amino acid metabolism.Fish in groups B3 and B4 had better growth performance,and higher intestinal amylase(AMS)and lipase(LPS)activities compared with other groups(P<0.05).Fish in groups B0 and B5 showed significant liver damage,while this status improved in group B3.The liver malondialdehyde(MDA)content in group B3 was lower than that in other groups(P<0.05).The abundance of Mycoplasma,Ralstonia and Acinetobacter was significantly reduced in B3 and B5 compared to B0.The amino acid and carbohydrate metabolism pathways were enriched in group B3 compared with group B0.In conclusion,dietary B.velezensis YFI-E109 supplementation has the potential to improve growth,liver metabolism,and liver and gut health,and reshape the gut microbiome of hybrid yellow catfish.Excessive B.velezensis YFI-E109 reduced the prebiotic effects.The recommended dietary supplementation of B.velezensis YFI-E109 is 0.31×10^(10) to 0.77×10^(11)CFU/kg for hybrid yellow catfish according to the quadratic regression method by plotting specific growth rate(SGR),feed conversion ratio(FCR),MDA and activities of AMS against dietary B.velezensis YFI-E109 levels.Zhehui Ji Xing Lu Mingyang Xue Yuding Fan Juan Tian Lixue Dong Chuanzhong Zhu Hua Wen Ming Jiang 2023Animal Nutrition2023,,4:0
