1Regional disparity in the changes of agricultural land use intensity in China during 1980-2002显示文摘Based on the cost-benefit data (1980–2002) of farm products and China Agriculture Yearbooks, this paper studies the regional disparity in the changes of the agricultural land use in China during the period 1980–2002 from three aspects such as the degree of intensity, the sown area and the abandoned farmland. The results show that: (1) The degree of intensity of land use in the western region during 1980–2000 has a strong uptrend, but in the eastern and central regions the degree of intensity descends obviously and has shown a continuous downtrend since 1997. (2) The total sown area shrinks notably in the eastern region, while it enlarges constantly in the western region. (3) The sown area in the eastern, central and western regions has gone through a similar cyclic process: down (1980–1985)–up (1985–1991)–down (1991–1994)–up (1994–1999)–down (1999–2002). However, there are obvious differences in amplitude variation and tendency among them. The sown area has shrunk in the eastern region and expanded in the central and western regions especially before 1999. (4) The most cases of abandoned farmland are reported in the central region, the second in the eastern region and the least in the western region. 3ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS TO STRESS CONCENTRATION PROBLEM IN PLATES CONTAINING RECTANGULAR HOLE UNDER BIAXIAL TENSIONS显示文摘The stress concentration problem in structures with a circular or elliptic hole can be investigated by analytical methods. For the problem with a rectangular hole, only approximate results are derived. This paper deduces the analytical solutions to the stress concentration problem in plates with a rectangular hole under biaxial tensions. By using the U-transformation technique and the finite element method, the analytical displacement solutions of the finite element equations are derived in the series form. Therefore, the stress concentration can then be discussed easily and conveniently. For plate problem the bilinear rectangular element with four nodes is taken as an example to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method. 4Effects of Temperature, Salinity, Light Intensity, and pH on the Eicosapentaenoic Acid Production of Pinguiococcus pyrenoidosus显示文摘The effects of temperature, light intensity, salinity, and initial pH on the growth and fatty acid composition of Pinguiococcus pyrenoidosus 2078 were studied for eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) production potential. The fatty acid composition was assayed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, which indicated that the main fatty acids were C14:0, C16:0 and EPA. The highest EPA percentage 20.83% of total fatty acids was obtained at 20℃ with the temperature being set at 20, 24, and 28℃. Under different salinities and light intensities, the highest percentages of total polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and EPA were 17.82% and 31.37% of total fatty acids, respectively, which were achieved at salinity 30 and 100μmol photon m-2s-1 illumination. 5Spectral characteristics of micro-seismic signals obtained during the rupture of coal显示文摘This study was performed to investigate the spectral characteristics of micro-seismic signals observed during the rupture of coal. Coal rupture micro-seismic observations were obtained on a test system that included an electro-hydraulic servo pressure tester controlled by a YAW microcomputer, a micro-seismic sensor, a loading system, and a signal collection system. The results show that the micro-seismic signal increases with increasing compressive stress at the beginning of coal rupture. The signal remains stable for a period at this stage. A large number of micro-seismic signals appear immediately before the main rupture event. The frequency of micro-seismic events reaches a maximum immediately after the coal ruptures. Micro-seismic signals were decomposed into several Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMF's) by the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method using a Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT). The main fre- quency band of the micro-seismic signals was found to range from 10 to 100 Hz in the Hilbert energy spectrum and from marginal spectrum calculations. The advantage of applying an HHT is that this can extract the main features of the signal. 7Ultra-Fine Heterogeneous Microstructure Enables High Strength-Ductility in a Cold-Rolled Medium Mn Steel显示文摘The objective of the present study is to develop heterogeneous microstructure in cold-rolled medium Mn steels(MMSs)annealing strategy.The cold-rolled Fe-4.7Mn-0.15C(wt%)steel is annealed twice at different temperatures to produce an ultra-fine heterogeneous microstructure with lath-shaped and granular-shaped retained austenite.Excellent mechanical behavior of significant strength enhancement with negligible ductility loss can be achieved.The high strength-ductility properties are attributed to the active transformation induced plasticity effect over a broad strain range owing to dispersive mechanical stabilities of the heterogeneous austenite.Furthermore,the typical yield point elongation phenomenon which is commonly observed in cold-rolled MMSs can be effectively reduced by this microstructural strategy.Baojia Hu Chengwu Zheng Qinyuan Zheng Peng Liu Chunni Jia Dianzhong Li 2022Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,10:2
8Viscous Heating for Laminar Liquid Flow in Microtubes显示文摘Using de-ionized ultra-filtered water (DIUFW) as the working fluid, the effects of viscous dissipation in micro-tubes with inner diameters of 19.9μm and 44.2μm, respectively, have been studied by experiments, the theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation at laminar state. Based on thermal imaging technology of micro-area, the temperature rise resulted from the viscous dissipation in microtube is measured by employing IR camera with a specially magnifying lens at different Reynolds numbers. A 2-D model adapted to microtube is presented to simulate the viscous dissipation characteristic considering electric double layer effect (EDL). The investigation shows the calculating results are in rough agreement with the experimental data if removing the experimental uncertainties. 14Evaluation on Resource Utilization Potential of Typical Agricultural Waste in Southwest China显示文摘To impel resource utilization of agricultural waste,four provinces and cities of southwest China were taken as research objects,to analyze yield change of typical agricultural waste in southwest China during 2010-2016,and resource amounts of typical agricultural crops straw and livestock and poultry waste and their nutrient contents in four provinces and cities of southwest China in 2016 were calculated. The results showed that resource amount of typical agricultural waste in southwest China overall showed a continuously increasing trend with the improvement of agricultural comprehensive productivity. Straw resource amount of agricultural crops was dominant by rice and corn,and they accounted for 61. 61% of total amount in southwest China. Livestock and poultry manure was dominant by cattle and pig excrement,and they accounted for 89. 59% of total in southwest China. Seen from distribution region,the resource amount sequence of typical agricultural waste in southwest China was Sichuan > Yunnan > Guizhou > Chongqing. N,P_2 O_5 and K_2 O in straw resource of typical agricultural crops in southwest China of 2016 were respectively 76. 11 ×10~4,23.36 ×10~4 and 125. 78 × 10~4 t,and total nutrient amount was 22. 53 × 10~5 t. N,P_2 O_5 and K_2 O of livestock and poultry manure resource were respectively 27. 28 × 10~4,12. 87 ×10~4 and 62. 45 × 10~4 t,and total nutrient amount was 10. 26 × 10~5 t. Therefore,resource amount of agricultural waste in southwest China is rich in a long term,and nutrient storage is huge. 20Permanent Magnet Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor with Asymmetric Rotor for High Torque Performance显示文摘Permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor(PMA-SynRM)is a kind of high torque density energy conversion device widely used in modern industry.In this paper,based on the basic topology of PMA-SynRM,a novel PMA-SynRM of asymmetric rotor with position-biased magnet is proposed.The asymmetric rotor design with position-biased magnet realizes the concentration of magnetic field lines in the motor air gap to obtain higher electromagnetic torque,and makes both of magnetic and reluctance torque obtain the peak value at the same current phase angle.The asymmetric rotor configuration is theoretically illustrated by space vector diagram,and the feasibility of high torque performance of the motor is verified.Through the finite element simulation,the effect of the side barrier on output torque and the Mises stress under the rotor asymmetrical design are analyzed.Then the motor characteristics including airgap flux density,back EMF,magnetic torque,reluctance torque,torque ripple,losses,and efficiency are calculated for both the basic and proposed PMA-SynRMs.The results show that the proposed PMA-SynRM has higher torque and efficiency than the basic topology.Moreover,the torque ripple of the proposed PMA-SynRM is reduced by the method with harmonic current injection,and the torque characteristics in the whole current cycle are analyzed.Finally,the endurance to avoid PM demagnetization is confirmed based on the PM remanence calculation.Chengwu Diao Wenliang Zhao Yan Liu Xiuhe Wang 2023CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2023,7,2:0
