1Remineralization of enamel caries by an amelogenin-derived peptide and fluoride in vitro显示文摘Dental caries is one of the most common oral diseases in the world.This study was tantamount to investigate the combinatory effects of an amelogenin-derived peptide(called QP5)and fluoride on the remineralization of artificial enamel caries.The peptide QP5 was synthesized and characterized,and the binding capability of the peptide on hydroxyapatite(HA)and demineralized tooth enamel surface was analysed.Then,the mineralization function of the peptide and fluoride was studied through the spontaneous mineralization testing and remineralization on enamel caries in vitro.First,the novel peptide QP5 could bind on the hydroxyapatite and demineralized tooth enamel surfaces.Second,QP5 can transitorily stabilize the formation of amorphous calcium phosphate and direct the transformation into hydroxyapatite crystals alone and in combination with fluoride.In addition,compared to blocks treated by peptide QP5 alone or fluoride,the sample blocks showed significantly higher surface microhardness,lower mineral loss and shallower lesion depth after treatment with a combination of QP5 and fluoride at high or low concentrations.The peptide QP5 could control the crystallization of hydroxyapatite,and combinatory application of peptide QP5 and fluoride had a potential synergistic effect on the remineralization of enamel caries.Longjiang Ding Sili Han Kun Wang Sainan Zheng Wenyue Zheng Xiu Peng Yumei Niu Wei Li Linglin Zhang 2020Regenerative Biomaterials2020,7,3:6
2Paleoproterozoic granitic gneisses of the Dinggye and LhagoiKangri areas from the higher and northern Himalaya,Tibet:Geochronology and implications显示文摘Granitic gneisses have been widely found in crystalline rocks in the Dinggye area of the Higher Himalaya (HHM) and the LhagoiKangri area of the North Himalaya (NHM), Tibet. In the HHM, the gneisses intruded in the granulite-amphibolite facies metamorphosed sedimentary rocks, known as Nyalam group. In the NHM, the gneisses intruded in the amphibolite facies metamorphosed ones, known as LhagoiKangri group. These granitic gneisses are peraluminous monzonitic granites in terms of their mineral assemblage, and are considered as being derived from metamorphosed sedimentary rocks by anatexis based on the transitional relationship of the gneisses with their migmatitized wall rocks. Zircons are similar in crystal shape and interior structure from both gneisses. Most of them are euhedral or subhedral elongated prism-shaped transparent crystals, with fine oscillatory zoning, showing the magmatic genesis. Some of them are short prism-shaped and with relict core inherited from magma source and oscillatory zoning mantle crystallized from magma. SHRIMP U-Pb dating of zicons shows that both the granitic gneisses in the HHM and NHM are Paleoproterozoic (1811.6±2.9 Ma and 1811.7±7.2 Ma, respectively). These ages are similar to those (1815 to 2120 Ma) from granitic gneiss which is widely distributed in the Lesser Himalaya (LHM). The ages of inherited zircons (>2493.9±7.0 Ma, 2095.8± 8.8 Ma, 1874±29 Ma) exhibit the possible presence of several thermal events in Paleoproterozoic. All of the ages suggest the same India basement beneath the different units in Himalaya area, and do not support the idea that the HHM and NHM are accretionary terranes in Pan-Africa orogenic event. 3Anti-biofilm and remineralization effects of chitosan hydrogel containing amelogeninderived peptide on initial caries lesions显示文摘In this study,we have designed a more clinically powerful anti-caries treatment by applying the amelogenin-derived peptide QP5 to the antibacterial carrier material chitosan in a hydrogel(CS-QP5 hydrogel),and characterized its effects on the inhibition of a cariogenic biofilm and the promotion of the remineralization of the initial caries lesions.The results indicated that the CS-QP5 hydrogel sustainably inhibited the growth of the Streptococcus mutans biofilm,lactic acid production and the metabolic activity over a prolonged period of time.Moreover,the CS-QP5 hydrogel promoted the remineralization of early enamel lesions,which were indicated by surface microhardness(,polarized light microscopy and transverse microradiography.In conclusion,the CS-QP5 hydrogel shows good potential for caries control in the clinic because of its antibacterial effects as well as the remineralization of initial enamel carious lesions even in a biofilm model over a prolonged period of time.Qian Ren Zhongcheng Li Longjiang Ding Xiuqing Wang Yumei Niu Xi Qin Xuedong Zhou Linglin Zhang 2018Regenerative Biomaterials2018,5,2:5

6A framework design for the Chinese National Disaster Reduction System of Systems(CNDRSS)显示文摘China is one of the most disaster-prone countries in the world.Currently,the disaster prevention and relief mechanism in China is mainly based on single disaster types and is implemented by different ministries and divisions in single administrative regions.Subsequently,the available resources,including data,services,materials,and human resources,cannot be shared and used effectively.Based on the idea of an observation system of systems and a business system of systems,this paper presents an integrated framework for a Chinese National Disaster Reduction System of Systems(CNDRSS)to address this issue.The CNDRSS framework aims to achieve data sharing and collaboration among different disaster-related ministries/institutions by providing one-stop services for all phases of disaster management and linking together existing and planned disaster-related business systems and observation systems.The key technologies use federated databases and a web service to integrate multiple disaster management systems among different ministries/institutions and a sensor web to integrate airborne,space-borne,and in-situ observations through the web service.These event-driven focused-services connecting the various observations,processing,and mapping processes can meet the requirements for complex disasterchain systems.Deren Li Linglin Zeng Nengcheng Chen Jie Shan Liangming Liu Yida Fan Wei Li 2014International Journal of Digital Earth2014,7,1:3

11Effects of Rhynchophylline on Learning and Memory of Alzheimer's Disease Zebrafish显示文摘[Objectives]To investigate the effect of rhynchophylline on the behavior of Alzheimer's disease zebrafish induced by aluminum trichloride(AlCl3),to provide theoretical basis for the development and application of rhynchophylline in the field of Alzheimer's disease.[Methods]The video recording was made on zebrafish before training,so as to judge whether zebrafish training was successful or not.After training zebrafish for 7 d,60 zebrafish were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank group,model group,positive group,low-dose rhynchophylline group,medium-dose rhynchophylline group and high-dose rhynchophylline group.The blank group was video-recorded,while the model group,positive group,low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group were exposed to AlCl3 for modelling.After the end,the model group was video-recorded,and the other groups were given drug intervention.Both the positive group and the rhynchophylline group were given drug for 6 d,and finally all the groups were video-recorded.After all the videos were finished,the behavioral analysis was carried out by using the behavioral record analysis software smart3.0,and the conclusion was drawn by analyzing the data.[Results]The data of length of stay of zebrafish in red short arm area of 6 groups were compared and analyzed:there was a significant difference between blank group and model group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between model group and positive group,medium-dose group or high-dose group(P<0.05).The percentage of time spent in the red short arm area of 6 groups of zebrafish was compared and analyzed:there was a significant difference between blank group and model group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between model group and positive group,medium-dose group or high-dose group(P<0.05).The data of swimming distance of 6 groups of zebrafish in red short arm area were compared and analyzed:there was no significant difference between the blank group and the model group(P>0.05),but there was only significant difference between the model group and the high-dose group(P<0.05).The percentage of swimming distance of zebrafish in the red short arm area of the six groups was compared and analyzed:there was a significant difference between the blank group and the model group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between model group and positive group,medium-dose group or high-dose group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Rhynchophylline can improve the behavior of Alzheimer's disease zebrafish.Kaifei LIU Yao HUANG Guokai GUAN Shimin WU Xunyi LI Linglin CHEN Yifei CHEN 2021Medicinal Plant2021,12,4:1

15Promoting effect of a calcium-responsive self-assemblyβ-sheet peptide on collagen intrafibrillar mineralization显示文摘Recently,a de novo synthetic calcium-responsive self-assemblyβ-sheet peptide ID8(Ile-Asp-Ile-Asp-Ile-Asp-Ile-Asp)has been developed to serve as the template inducing hydroxyapatite nucleation.The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of ID8 on intrafibrillar mineralization of collagen making full use of its self-assembly ability.The mineralization experiments were carried out in vitro on both bare TypeⅠcollagen and fully demineralized dentin samples.The calcium-responsive self-assembly of ID8 was revealed by circular dichroism spectrum,8-anilino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid ammonium salt hydrate assay,attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectrum(ATR-FTIR)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Polyacrylic acid(450 kDa)with a concentration of 100μg ml^(-1)was selected as the nucleation inhibitor based on the determination of turbidimetry and TEM with selected area electron diffraction(TEM-SAED).The results showed that collagen intrafibrillar mineralization was significantly promoted with the pretreatment of self-assembly ID8 detected by TEM-SAED,SEM,X-ray diffraction and ATRFTIR.The pretreatment of collagen utilizing self-assembly ID8 not only enhanced intermolecular hydrogen bonding but also contributed to calcium retention inside collagen and significantly increased the hydrophilicity of collagen.These results indicated that peptides with self-assembly properties like ID8 are expected to be potential tools for biomimetic mineralization of collagen.Zhongcheng Li Qian Ren Sili Han Longjiang Ding Xi Qin Die Hu Ting He Tian Tian Ziqian Lu Linglin Zhang 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:0
16Effects of China-Germany Follow Up Systems on Ventilator Therapy in Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of different follow-up systems in China and Germany on ventilator therapy in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Method:From March 2013 to October 2015,three hundred patients with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and those who are suitable for ventilator treatment were followed up according to the follow-up system of both China and Germany.The follow-up was carried out for one year to compare the rate of loss to follow-up,ventilator therapy compliance,treatment effect,ventilator side effects and others in the two groups of patients.Statistical analysis was performed using x2 test,P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:The rate of loss to follow-up in the German group was lower than that in the Chinese group.The compliance of the German group with respiratory therapy was lower than that of the Chinese group.The side effects of ventilator treatment were lower than those in the Chinese group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The German follow-up system is more effective than the Chinese follow-up system in improving the compliance and effectiveness of ventilator therapy in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Yujie Chen Linglin Yang Yong Li Qinze He Yi Wang 2020Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,1:0

18The Comparison of Clinical analysis of Chinese and German Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome显示文摘Objective:To compare the sex ratio,age distribution,severity of the illness,comorbidities,and the treatment of the patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in China and Germany.Methods:A retrospective study of the data was conducted,and a total of 200 patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in Germany and China from March 2013 to October 2015 were analyzed.The sex ratio,age distribution,severity of the illness,comorbidities and treatment methods were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the severity of disease,sex ratio,and age distribution between the patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in China and Germany(P>0.05).In terms of comorbidities,the combination of moderate and severe patients in the German group,compared with the moderate and severe patients in the Chinese group,except for cerebrovascular disease,the comorbidities were less than those in the Chinese group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.In terms of treatment,the patients in the German group were compared with the patients in the Chinese group with light,moderate,and severe patients.Except for the German patients who received oral appliances and surgical treatment,more patients were treated than Chinese patients(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:The two country(Germany and China)are basically the same in the diagnosis and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,but Germany pays more attention to details and individualization in treatment.Yujie Chen Linglin Yang Siyun Fu Yong Li Qinze He Yao Li 2019Proceedings of Anticancer Research2019,3,6:0
19A novel AgNPs/MOF substrate-based SERS sensor for high-sensitive on-site detection of wheat gluten显示文摘Gluten,known as the major allergen in wheat,has gained increasing concerns in industrialized countries,resulting in an urgent need for accurate,high-sensitive,and on-site detection of wheat gluten in complex food systems.Herein,we proposed a silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)/metal-organic framework(MOF)substrate-based surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)sensor for the high-sensitive on-site detection of wheat gluten.The detection occurred on the newly in-situ synthesized AgNPs/MOF-modified SERS substrate,providing an enhancement factor(EF)of 1.89×10^(5).Benefitting from the signal amplification function of AgNPs/MOF and the superiority of SERS,this sensor represented high sensitivity performance and a wide detection range from 1×10^(-15)mol/L to 2×10^(-6)mol/L with a detection limit of 1.16×10^(-16)mol/L,which allowed monitoring the trace of wheat gluten in complex food system without matrix interference.This reliable sandwich SERS sensor may provide a promising platform for high-sensitive,accurate,and on-site detection of allergens in the field of food safety.Linglin Fu Yanzhuo Du Jinru Zhou Huan Li Minzi Wang Yanbo Wang 2024Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,2:0
20Colorimetric indicator based on zwitterionic anti-freezing hydrogel and alizarin for visual monitoring of salmon fillets freshness显示文摘Indicating hydrogels have shown the advantages of being fast, sensitive, and real-time in demonstrating the freshness of aquatic products due to their noticeable color change. In this work, an anti-freezing hydrogel embedded with pH-sensitive alizarin was developed as an original colorimetric indicator for monitoring the corruption of aquatic products at low temperatures. The anti-freezing hydrogel was prepared from 2-carboxyethyl acrylate, [2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]-trimethylammonium chloride, and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate monomers with triethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linking agent. The hydrogel showed excellent anti-freezing capability, which was further incorporated with the pH-sensitive dye alizarin to gain the indicating capability. When applied in the indication of the freshness of salmon under low-temperature storage, it was found that the color changes of the indicator corresponded with the total volatile basic nitrogen contents of salmon, the correlation coefficient of which was 0.959 6.
