1Space Flight Validation of Design and Engineering of the ZDPS-1A Pico-satellite显示文摘The ZDPS-1A pico-satellites are the first satellites in China within the 1-10 kg mass range that are successfully operated on orbit. Unlike common pico-satellites, they are designed to be 'larger but stronger' with more powerful platforms and unique payloads so as to bear a better promise for real applications. Through their space flight mission, the functionality and performance of the two flight models are tested on orbit and validated to be mostly normal and in consistency with design and ground tests with only several inconforming occasions. Moreover, they have worked properly on orbit for one year so far, well exceeding their life expectancy of three months. Therefore, the space flight mission has reached all its goals, and verified that the design concept and the engineering process of the picosatellites are sufficient in allowing them the desired functionality and performance in, and the adaption to the launch procedure and the low-Earth orbit space environment. 2Effect of driving cycles on energy efficiency of electric vehicles显示文摘Based on several typical domestic and foreign driving cycles, the energy usage efficiency of the EVs-XL 2000 type electric vehicle (EV) is analyzed. The energy usage efficiency of EVs and the evaluation index of electromotor efficiency are studied. The concepts of 'interval usage percentage of energy efficiency' and 'exertion degree of energy efficiency' of electromotor are presented. The effects of driving cycles on the distribution of the running status of electromotor and the efficiency are investi-gated. The efficiency of electromotor and the trend of average driving force at different driving cycles are discussed. The exertion degree of energy efficiency and the total power train efficiency of the EVs-XL 2000 type electric vehicle at typical driving cycles are analyzed and calculated. The result indicates that the driving cycle engenders a big influence on the exertion degree of electromotor energy efficiency at different driving cycles. 8Effects of Agricultural Brand Crisis on Consumers' Brand Attitude显示文摘In this paper,the concept of perceived trust was adopted to investigate the relationship between brand crisis type and brand attitude; what's more,the paper considered the moderating effect of consistency of negative word of mouth on the relationship between the aforementioned two. Empirical study results showed that compared with values-related brand crisis,performance-related brand crisis had a more significant effect on consumers' perceived competence-based trust and there were no significant differences in the negative effects of two types of brand crisises on consumers' perceived benevolence-based trust. 10Stacked spectral feature space patch: An advanced spectral representation for precise crop classification based on convolutional neural network显示文摘Spectral and spatial features in remotely sensed data play an irreplaceable role in classifying crop types for precision agriculture. Despite the thriving establishment of the handcrafted features, designing or selecting such features valid for specific crop types requires prior knowledge and thus remains an open challenge. Convolutional neural networks(CNNs) can effectively overcome this issue with their advanced ability to generate high-level features automatically but are still inadequate in mining spectral features compared to mining spatial features. This study proposed an enhanced spectral feature called Stacked Spectral Feature Space Patch(SSFSP) for CNN-based crop classification. SSFSP is a stack of twodimensional(2 D) gridded spectral feature images that record various crop types’ spatial and intensity distribution characteristics in a 2 D feature space consisting of two spectral bands. SSFSP can be input into2 D-CNNs to support the simultaneous mining of spectral and spatial features, as the spectral features are successfully converted to 2 D images that can be processed by CNN. We tested the performance of SSFSP by using it as the input to seven CNN models and one multilayer perceptron model for crop type classification compared to using conventional spectral features as input. Using high spatial resolution hyperspectral datasets at three sites, the comparative study demonstrated that SSFSP outperforms conventional spectral features regarding classification accuracy, robustness, and training efficiency. The theoretical analysis summarizes three reasons for its excellent performance. First, SSFSP mines the spectral interrelationship with feature generality, which reduces the required number of training samples.Second, the intra-class variance can be largely reduced by grid partitioning. Third, SSFSP is a highly sparse feature, which reduces the dependence on the CNN model structure and enables early and fast convergence in model training. 11Ultrastable MOF-based foams for versatile applications显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are attractive for promising applications but plagued by difficult recovery and deployment due to their intrinsic nano/micro powder nature.Although significant efforts have been made to develop separable solid matrixes for MOF supporting,the poor loading stability and durability of MOFs still challenge their engineering applications.Here,we present a facile and effective approach to fabricate MOF-based melamine foams(MFs)(denoted as MOFiths)with ultrahigh loading stability and operation stability,easy separation,and high-efficient performance for versatile robust applications.By adopting our approach,numbers of typical fragile MOFs characterized with wide ranges of particle size(from~nm to~μm)can be precisely incorporated into MFs with controllable loading ratios(up to~1,600%).Particularly,the produced MOFiths show excellent capacities for the highly effective and durable water purifications and acetalization reactions.100%of organic pollutants can be rapidly destructed within 10 min by MOFiths initiated Fenton or catalytic ozonation processes under five successive cycles while the maximum adsorption capacity of MOFiths toward Pb(II),Cd(II),and Cu(II)reaches to 422,222,and 105 mg·g^(-1),respectively.This study provides a critical solution to substantially facilitate the engineering applications of MOFs for long-term use in practice.Qian Hu Licong Xu Kaixing Fu Feichao Zhu Taoyu Yang Tao Yang Jinming Luo Minghua Wu Deyou Yu 2022Nano Research2022,15,4:1

13Electrochemical synthesis,structure characterization and magnetic properties of Tb_(x)Fe_(7)Co_(3)(x=0,0.6,0.8) nanowires显示文摘Highly ordered Tb_(x)Fe_(7)Co_(3)(x=0,0.6,0.8)nanowires were synthesized in alumina templates by electrochemical deposition method.Here,the effects of Tb content and annealing treatment on the phase composition,morphology,crystalline structure and magnetic properties were investigated.The asdeposited Tb_0 Fe_(7)Co_(3)nanowires comprise Fe_(7)Co_(3)phase.While after adding Tb,the diffraction peaks slightly shift left,indicating the infiltration of Tb atoms into Fe_(7)Co_(3)phase.After annealing,Tb_0 Fe_(7)Co_(3)nanowires still consist of Fe_(7)Co_(3)phase with a slight enhancement on coercivity.While the annealed nanowires with Tb doped present a complex phase composition containing Fe3 Tb,Fe_(2)Tb,Co_(3)Tb,Co_(17)Tb_(2),TbFeO_(3)and Fe_(2)O_(3)phases distribute in the central portion,and Co_(0.72)Fe_(0.28)at the nanowire outer walls.The annealed Tb_(x)Fe_(7)Co_(3)(x=0.6,0.8)nanowires show higher magnetic performance owing to the formation of hard magnetic phases,the interfacial elastic coupling between hard and soft phases and the coherent Fe3 Tb/Co_(3)Tb interface which restrain the domain wall motion.To be specific,the coercivity and remanence ratio of TbxFe_(7)Co_(3)(x=0.6,0.8)nanowires significantly enhance with increasing Tb content.Licong Kang Chunxiang Cui Yuanyuan Zhang Wei Yang Qiong Li Sen Cui 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,5:0
14Design methodology of a mini-missile considering flight performance and guidance precision显示文摘The design of mini-missiles(MMs)presents several novel challenges.The stringent mission requirement to reach a target with a certain precision imposes a high guidance precision.The miniaturization of the size of MMs makes the design of the guidance,navigation,and control(GNC)have a larger-thanbefore impact on the main-body design(shape,motor,and layout design)and its design objective,i.e.,flight performance.Pursuing a trade-off between flight performance and guidance precision,all the relevant interactions have to be accounted for in the design of the main body and the GNC system.Herein,a multi-objective and multidisciplinary design optimization(MDO)is proposed.Disciplines pertinent to motor,aerodynamics,layout,trajectory,flight dynamics,control,and guidance are included in the proposed MDO framework.The optimization problem seeks to maximize the range and minimize the guidance error.The problem is solved by using the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II.An optimum design that balances a longer range with a smaller guidance error is obtained.Finally,lessons learned about the design of the MM and insights into the trade-off between flight performance and guidance precision are given by comparing the optimum design to a design provided by the traditional approach.ZHANG Licong GONG Chunlin SU Hua ANDREA Da Ronch 2024Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2024,35,1:0

17Nanoparticles targeting at methylases with high correlation to N^(6)-methyladenosine-related lncRNA signatures as potential therapy of kidney clear cell carcinoma显示文摘Clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)is a heterogeneous malignancy with poor prognosis.Methylation of the N^(6) position of adenosine(m^(6)A),the most common epigenetic modification in both messenger RNAs and noncoding RNAs,has been reported to regulate the initiation and progression of ccRCC.However,whether and how m^(6)A-related long noncoding RNAs(m^(6)ArlncRNAs)signify the progression of ccRCC remain unclear.We found m^(6)ArlncRNAs are effective signatures illustrating immune landscape and risk stratification in ccRCC.We identified two differently expressed m^(6)ArlncRNAs(DEm^(6)ArlncRNAs),AC008870.2 and EMX2OS,as independent risk factors for overall survival of ccRCC patients,by applying stringent variable selection procedure to data from the Cancer Genome Atlas Kidney Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma project.The risk score generated from the DEm^(6)ArlncRNA expression categorizes patients into either high or low-risk groups,between which,enrichment analysis indicated an enrichment in immune-related pathways.Under different DEm^(6)ArlncRNA transcription pattern,the two risk groups differ in immune cell population composition and expression levels of therapy targeting genes.Nanoparticle is satisfactory strategy to delivering therapeutic drugs.For further clinical translation,we designed a novel nanoparticle delivery system packaged STM2457(STM@8P4 NPs),which selectively inhibits AC008870.2-correlated m^(6)A writer.STM@8P4 NPs loaded drug successfully with uniform particle size,long-term stability and high release efficiency.STM@8P4 NPs can easily enter ccRCC cells and showed a highly efficient ccRCC killing activity in vitro.Our results therefore indicate that m^(6)ArlncRNAs expression can depict tumor microenvironment,predict prognosis for ccRCC patient and give hint to therapeutic strategies in ccRCC.Ruixuan Chen Ping Ouyang Licong Su Xi Xu Penghu Lian Yanqin Li Qi Gao Yifan Zhang Sheng Nie Fan Luo Ruqi Xu Xiaodong Zhang Xiaoxi Li Yue Cao Peiyan Gao Juanjuan Kang Jun Wu Lu Li 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,10:0
18Transarterial chemoembolization combined with sorafenib and iodine-125 seed brachytherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus:a retrospective controlled study显示文摘To the Editor:Portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT)is present in 10%to 40%of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)at diagnosis and has a profound adverse effect on progno-sis.[1]Sorafenib is recommended as the first-line treatment for patients with advanced HCC,including those who have PVTT.However,its efficacy is modest.[1,2]A combination of transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)and sorafenib(TACE-S)has been reported to be associated with improved outcomes.[1,3]But unfortunately,its efficacy in controlling PVTT remained limited,with an objective response rate(ORR)of only 9.7%.[3]Previous studies have demonstrated that iodine-125(125I)seed brachytherapy targeting PVTT can lead to a significant reduction in tumor thrombus with few complications.[4,5]We hypothesized that TACE-S combined with 125I seed brachytherapy(TACE-S-I)could improve the control of PVTT and confer a greater survival benefit.Therefore,we conducted this study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TACE-S-I compared with TACE-S in HCC patients with PVTT.This study was approved by our institutional review board(No.2020-hg-ks-03).Jingjun Huang Mingyue Cai Wensou Huang Yongjian Guo Jingwen Zhou Licong Liang Liteng Lin Zhimei Zhou Hui Lian Mingji He Kangshun Zhu 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,1:0
