| 1 | Reduction Behavior of Sinter Based on Top Gas Recycling-Oxygen Blast Furnace显示文摘In order to explore the behavior laws of sinter reduction in TGR-OBF ( top gas recycling-oxygen blast furnace ), reduction experiments of sinter have been conducted by thermal balance mass loss method with different atmospheres , temperatures and volume flows.The changes of RI ( reduction degree of Fe 2 O 3 ), RI′ ( reduction rate of Fe 2 O 3 ) and r ( reduction degree of FeO ) have been examined.The results show that the reduction of sinter was significantly improved under TGR-OBF atmosphere , and the RIand r were measured up to 98.2%and 97.8%at 900℃ respectively.With increasing of the reduction temperature , the reduction of sinter speeded up greatly , and the reduction time-duration shortened from 117min at 900 ℃ to 63min at 1 100 ℃.Moreover , the reduction of sinter enhanced with increasing of the reductive gas flow.When the flow increased from 10to 15L / min , the initial reduction rate of sinter increased from 2.47% / min to 3.73% / min.While increasing H2and CO contents in the reductive atmosphere , the reduction of sinter was promoted.Besides , H 2 influenced more evidently than CO to the reduction of sinter , especially in the later stage of the reduction process , for instance , the reduction of wustite will be improved enormously when increasing the H2content in the reductive atmosphere. | LAN Rong-zong 1 , 2 , WANG Jing-song 1 , HAN Yi-hua 1 , SHE Xue-feng 1 , WANG Lin-tao 1 , XUE Qing-guo 1 ( 1.State Key Laboratory of Advanced Metallurgy , University of Science and Technology Beijing , Beijing 100083 , China 2.China Railway Materials Xiamen Steel Co Ltd , Xiamen 361008 , Fujian , China ) | 2012 | Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2012,19,9: | 6 |
| 2 | The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. | 3 | Design of robust output-feedback repetitive controller for class of linear systems with uncertainties显示文摘Repetitive control, which adds a human-like learning capability to a control system, is widely used in many fields. This paper deals with the problem of designing a robust repetitive-control system based on output feedback for a class of plants with time-varying structured uncertainties. A continuous-discrete two-dimensional hybrid model is established that accurately describes the features of repetitive control so as to enable independent adjustment of the control and learning actions. A sufficient condition for the robust stability of the repetitivecontrol system is given in terms of a linear matrix inequality. The condition is then used to obtain the parameters of the repetitive controller. | 4 | Small RNA deep sequencing reveals the presence of multiple viral infections in cucurbit crops in Guangdong,China显示文摘Viral diseases are among the most critical damaging factors that impose a global threat to the cucurbit industry.China is the world’s leading country for the production and consumption of cucurbits.Guangdong,a province in southern China dominated by the tropical and subtropical climate,favors the survival of different plant viruses and their vectors.Five main cucurbit crops showing various disease symptoms were surveyed and collected to identify viruses infecting cucurbits in Guangdong during 2018–2020.In the field,the incidence ranged from 5-30%,or even 60-100% in the case of severely infected cucurbits.A total of 357 symptomatic samples were collected and subsequently screened for cucurbit viruses by small RNA deep sequencing and assembly(sRSA).Seventeen virus species belonging to 10 genera were identified in the five main cucurbit crops.The most common viruses were papaya ringspot virus(PRSV;Potyvirus),zucchini tigre mosaic virus(ZTMV;Potyvirus),zucchini yellow mosaic virus(ZYMV;Potyvirus),and watermelon silver mottle virus(WSMoV;Orthotospovirus),with infection rates of 24.4,19.0,17.1,and 14.3%,respectively.Notably,the most prevalent viruses were melon yellow spot orthotospovirus(MYSV)in cucumber,PRSV in squash,cucumber green mottle mosaic virus(CGMMV;Tobamovirus)in bottle gourd,WSMoV in white gourd,and ZYMV in luffa.Mixed infections were prevalent,and the types of mixed infections varied substantially in different cucurbit crops.Moreover,the full-length nucleotide sequences of watermelon green mottle mosaic virus(WGMMV),CGMMV,and watermelon virus A(WVA;Wamavirus)identified in bottle gourd were cloned and analyzed.This study is the first reporting WGMMV infecting bottle gourd in China mainland.In summary,the results demonstrate that in Guangdong,the most prevalent viruses belong to potyviruses,orthotospoviruses,and tobamoviruses groups.The findings will facilitate agricultural researchers and farmers to plan and implement effective disease control strategies aiming at timely detection and management of cucurbit-infecting viral pathogens. | LI Zheng-gang NONG Yuan Tahir FAROOQ TANG Ya-fei SHE Xiao-man YU Lin LAN Guo-bing ZHOU Xue-ping HE Zi-fu | 2022 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2022,21,5: | 2 |

| 11 | Design of a Discrete-time Output-feedback Based Repetitive-control System显示文摘This paper deals with the problem of designing a robust discrete output-feedback based repetitive-control system for a class of linear plants with periodic uncertainties. The periodicity of the repetitive-control system is exploited to establish a two-dimensional (2D) model that converts the design problem into a robust stabilization problem for a discrete 2D system. By employing Lyapunov stability theory and the singular-value decomposition of the output matrix, a linear-matrix-inequality (LMI) based stability condition is derived. The condition can be used directly to design the gains of the repetitive controller. Two tuning parameters in the LMI enable the preferential adjustment of control and learning. [1] revealed that G protein-coupled receptor 146 (GPR146) exerts a detrimental effect on the regulation of systemic cholesterol metabolism. Mechanically, GPR146 induces hepatic sterol regulatory element binding protein 2 (SREBP2) via the activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK1/2) signaling, consequently resulting in hepatic low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) secretion. Notably, GPR146 depletion reduces VLDL secretion and decreases aortic atherosclerotic lesions in low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR)-deficient mice via the suppression of ERK1/2/SREBP2 pathway, suggesting that GPR146 may contribute to the incidence of atherosclerosis (AS) and familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH).
