1不同光照周期和饲养密度对肉鸡肥育能力、屠宰性状和部分应激指标的影响显示文摘本研究旨在调查不同的光照周期(或光照方案)和饲养密度对肉用仔鸡生理指标(如:体重、饲料消耗、饲料转化率、屠宰性状和部分应激参数)的影响。试验选用480羽1日龄人工孵化的雄性肉鸡,将其置于采用不同光照方案的3个鸡舍中(持续光照组:24 h光照;常规光照组:16 h光照-8 h黑暗;间歇光照组:4 h光照-2 h黑暗,并轮换进行)。每个光照组设置5个重复,每个重复有2个不同的饲养密度(正常饲养密度:12羽/m2,高饲养密度:20羽/m2),试验为期42 d。试验结束时,光照周期和饲养密度对肉鸡增重的影响差异显著(P<0.05),但仅光照周期会显著影响肉鸡的饲料消耗(P<0.05)。这两个因素对饲料转化率的影响差异均不显著(P>0.05)。光照方案会显著影响肌胃、血液、羽毛的相对重(P<0.05),极显著影响胸肌的相对重(P<0.01)。饲养密度会显著影响心脏的相对重量(P<0.05),极显著影响全大腿重(P<0.01)。试验结束时,可以确定光照周期和饲养密度对肉鸡的强直静止和胫骨软骨发育不良无显著影响(P<0.05)。然而,饲养密度对肉鸡步态评分值的影响极显著(P<0.01),且对肉鸡体内嗜异性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比率值有极显著的影响(P<0.01)。贾良梁 何闪 Das H.
