1Trace-element of Tuoyun cli-nopyroxene:Implication for the deep processes of litho-spheric mantle beneath the southwest Tianshan,West China显示文摘Based on the LAM-ICPMS analytic results on the trace elements of clinopyroxenes in peridotitic xenoliths occurring in early-Cretaceous basalts from western Xinjiang, the properties and the deep processes, including partial melting and mantle metasomatism, of the subcontinental lithospheric mantle beneath the Tuoyun Basin are analyzed. In the northern edge of the Tarim Basin (southwest Tian-shan), the Mesozoic subcontinental lithosphere which has experienced the effect of partial melting (<10%) and intricate mantle metasomatism is characterized by Phanerozoic ’ocean-type’ mantle. The superposed influence of SiO2-un-saturated silicate melt and carbonate melt probably results in the metasomatic medium which resembles the hydrous silicated carbonate melt in some aspects. By comparing Tuoyun mantle with Cenozoic main mantle beneath eastern China, the properties are similar, while the former shows finer grain and higher diopside content of the peridotites and more conspicuous modal metasomatism.ZHENG Jianping LU Fengxiang S.Y.O’Reilly LUO Zhaohua 2001Chinese Science Bulletin2001,46,14:13
2Garnet-bearing Granulite Facies Rock Xenoliths from Late Mesozoic Volcaniclastic Breccia, Xinyang, Henan Province显示文摘This paper presents the primary results of petrologic,mineralogical and petrochemical studies of garnet beating granulite facies rock xenoliths from Xinyang, Henan Province. These xenoliths, which are found in a pipe of late Mesozoic volcaniclastic breccia, are of high density (3.13-3.30 g/cm3) and high seismic velocity (Vp = 7.04-7.31 km/s), being products of underplating of basaltic magmas and had experienced granulite facies metamorphism. The underplating and metamorphism took place before the eruption of the host rock. Petrographical studies and equilibrium T-P calculations show that these xenoliths were captured at a 49 km depth and experienced at least a 16 km uplift before they were captured. 3CL and FTIR analysis on the diamonds in Wafangdian, Liaoning Province显示文摘The CL images show that the internal structures of the diamonds in Wafangdian, Liaoning Province is classified as three types: simple growth girdle zone, multi-stage growth complex girdle zone, and rare agate-like structure. These internal features reflect the complexity of growth processes of the diamonds. The FTIR analyses in micro area on diamond plates reveal the heterogeneity of the impurities of nitrogen and hydrogen. The variety of nitrogen contents and nitrogen aggregation states have been revealed not only in different diamonds from one kimberlite pipe but also in different zones of one diamond. The extent of conversion A defects to the aggregated B form is a function of the nitrogen aggregation temperature (TNA), mantle residence time (tMR), and nitrogen concentration of diamond. The interval of 0.6-0.7Ga from core to rim of diamond growth is obtained by using the FTIR curves and some geological data. 4Textural and chemical zoning in garnets related to mantle metasomatism and deformation processes显示文摘A few texturally-zoned garnets were found in a polymict peridotite (JJG1414) from the Cretaceous kimberlite, Kimberley South Africa. The systematic analyses of electron and ion microprobe as well as laser fluorination technique reveal the existencal of marked elemental and oxygen isotopic zonation in these gamed. corresponding to the textural zonation. The rims are normally enriched in Ca, Ti, Cr, LREE. Sr, Nb, and depleted in Mg, Al and 18O. 6Usefulness of myocardial performance index for assessing right ventricular function after percutaneous closure of atrial septal defect显示文摘Objective Assessment of right ventricular function in patients with atrial septal defect (ASD) is difficult. The Doppler myocardial performance index (MPI) may provide a method of assessing function in these patients. The purposes of this study were to evaluate the right ventricular function and its changes in patients with ASD after transcatheter closure of ASD. Methods MPI, defined as the sum of isovolumic relaxation time and isovolumic contraction time derived by ejection time, was measured from tricuspid inflow and right ventricular outflow;Doppler velocity profiles recorded during routine echocardiography.Twenty nine patients (13 men, 16 women;mean age 25.28±12.69, range 6 to 57 years) were diagnosed to secundum ASD [the stretched diameters of ASD were from 9 To 36 (24.91±7.98) mm], and had a successfully placed Amplatzer septal occluder (ASO) (the sizes of ASO were from 11 to 40 mm );there were 81 sex-matched, age-matched healthy people (control group 41men, 40 women;mean age 29.02 ± 14.22, range 4 to 45 years ). MPI was measured again on 3 days and 1 month after closure of ASD. Change in the study group was assessed and compared to the control subjects with structurally normal hearts. A complete 2-dimensional and Doppler echocardiographic examination was performed in all study groups. Results 1) The isovolumic relaxation and isovolumic contraction times [respectively(77.59 ± 14.39)ms vs (60.93 ±12.94)ms, P<0.0001;(28.28 ±10.88)ms vs (23.64 ±9.01)ms, P=0.027] were prolonged, and ejection time [(260.65 ±21.86 )ms vs (271.85 ± 21.92)ms, P=0.033] was shortened in patients with ASD compared with that in control subjects, resulting in a marked increase in the MPI(0.40 ± 0.07 vs 0.31 ± 0.05, P<0.0001) from normal values;2) by Pearson's correlations, the MPI had no correlation with heart rate and blood pressure in control subjects and patients with ASD, but it correlated positively with age in patients with ASD;3) by Pearson's correlations, the MPI correlated positively with the diameter of ASD and pulmonary artery pressure;4) after transcatheter closure of ASD, the MPI decreased markedly. 8Lithospheric composition and structure beneath the northern margin of the Qinling orogenic belt——On deep-seated xenoliths in Minggang region of Henan Province显示文摘Swarms of mafic-intermediate volcaniclastic bodies occur in the Minggang region of Henan Province, a tectonic boundary between the North Qinling and the North China Block, and emplaced at (178.31±3.77) Ma. These volcanic rocks are subalkaline basaltic andesites and contain abundance of lower crust and mantle xenoliths. Thus this area is an ideal place to reveal the lithospheric composition and structure beneath the northern margin of the Qinling orogenic belt. Geochemical data indicate that these mafic granulites, eclogites and metagabbros have trace elemental and Pb isotopic characteristics very similar to those rocks from the South Qinling Block, representing the lower part of lower crust of the South Qinling which subducted beneath the North China Block. Talcic peridotites represent the overlying mantle wedge materials of the North China Block, which underwent the metasomatism of the acidic melt/fluid released from the underlying lower crust of the South Qinling Block. Deep tectonic model proposed in this paper is that after the Late Paleozoic South Qinling lithosphere subducted northward and decoupled, the upper part of the lithosphere emplaced under the North Qinling and the lower part continuously subducted northward under the North China Block. 10Selective adsorption-involved formation of NMC532/PANI microparticles with high ageing resistance and improved electrochemical performance显示文摘Surface modification offers an alternative strategy to improve both ageing resistance and electrochemical performance of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries.From the viewpoint of real application,surface modification of the cathode materials should be designed with scientificity,effectiveness,low cost,less Li+leaching,and remained tap density.In this contribution,a selective adsorption-involved in-situ growth of polyaniline(PANI)nanoparticles on LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(0.3)Co_(0.2)O_(2)(NMC532)has been designed through a room-temperature-and-pressure chemical vapor deposition technique.The selective growth of PANTI on NMC532 is based on theoretical computation results that multivalent Ni,Mn,and Co are capable of specifically conjugating and activating aniline molecules and,hence,initiating in-situ oxidation polymerization.With only trace amount of aniline monomer,the resulting PANI nanoparticles-inlaid NMC532 microparticles can endure four-month ageing in ambient atmosphere and exhibit improved electrochemical performance at both room temperature and 55℃ compared with pristine NMC532.The improved electrochemical performance of NMC532/PANI is attributed to the enhanced structural stability of NMC532 and inhibited side reactions related to Li_(2)CO_(3) formation,PVDF degradation,electrolyte decomposition,and transition-metal dissolution,owing to PANI modification.Mingchuan Shao Changshuo Shang Fengxiang Zhang Zhen Xu Wei Hu Qingqing Lu Ligang Gai 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:1
11Comparison between Paleozoic and CenozoicLithospheric Mantle in Eastern Part of North China Block: With a Discussion of Mantle Evolution显示文摘Paleozoic diamond- and xenolith-bearing kimberlites and Cenozoic xenolith-bearing basalts,erupted in the eastern part of the North China block (NCB), provide excellent mantle probes for the research of intra-plate processes and the Phanerozoic evolution of the subcontinental lithosphere mantle (SCLM ). In this study, the mineral inclusions in diamond and xenoliths from Mengyin (Shandong Province) and Fuxian (Liaoning Province) kimberlites were chosen for constraining the nature of the Paleozoic SCLM. while xenoliths from the Shanwang and Qixia basalt (both in Shandong Province) were chosen for constraining the nature of the Cenozoic SCLM.Shanwang lies astride the Tancheng-Lujiang (Taulu) fault zone, a major lithospheric fault in Eastern China as well as in Eastern Asia, and Qixia lies east of the rault zone. Based on the research of the petrography of mantle xenoliths, petrochemistry, major and the trace element of mantle minerals, lithospheric thermal state, combiued with tbe modern geophysical data, it is concluded that the attenuation and replacement of Paleozoic SCLM by upwelling asthenospheric materials through thermal erosion and possibly delamination resulted in the rormation of irregular-shaPed hot bodies, mainly along weak zones within the mantle- The Tanlu fault zone played an importont role in the Mesozoic-Cenozoic replacemeni or the pre-existing lithospheric mantle.Zheng Jianping Lu Fengxiang(Faculty of Earth Sciences, China University of Geosciences, Wuhan 430074, China)O’Reilly S. 14Early Jurassic Flora and Stratigraphy from Shansonggang of Southern Jilin,China显示文摘More than 35 species belonging to 22 genera of fossil plants are recognized by the authors from the Shan-songgang flora in the Shansonggang Basin of Jilin, China. Among them, the coexistence of Coniopteris and Cycadocarpi-dium demonstrates that the present flora possesses the characters of the early assemblage of Early Jurassic floras in Eura-sia. Therefore, the age of the Shansonggang flora is considered the Early Jurassic.This study would be beneficial for bet-ter understanding the paleoecological and paleoclimatic characteristics of the Shansonggang Basin. 17Negative Haloes and Geochemical Field Systems of Hydrothermal Deposits显示文摘Primary haloes of hydrothermal deposits were previously considered as positive haloes. Although it has been recently suggested that primary haloes incude positive and negative ones, almost all the research work on primary haloes has still focused on positive haloes for various reasons. In order to understand the source of ore substances a number of large hydrothermal deposits related to magmatism including porphyry, skarn and vein type deposits have been studied. It has been found that negative haloes exist on the peripheries of positive haloes of a mineral deposit. 18Zwitterionic Matrix with Highly Delocalized Anionic Structure as an Efficient Lithium Ion Conductor显示文摘The leakage and volatilization of liquid electrolytes raise potential safety risks in the development of electrochemical energy storage devices with high energy density.Herein,novel solid-state zwitterionic materials containing sulfonyl imide as a highly delocalized anionic structure were synthesized for highly targeted lithium ion conducting matrices.The influences of the molecular structure characteristics on thermal behavior and electrochemical property were investigated comprehensively.Due to the weak Coulomb interaction between the sulfonyl imide moiety and cationic species,the rationally designed zwitterionic electrolytes showed a high conductivity of 0.44 mS cm^(-1).And the obtained high lithium ion transference number of 0.43 is four times higher than that of the widely employed sulfonate analogues.Additionally,excellent cycling stability of the lithium plating/stripping process and super resistance to electrochemical oxidation(up to 5.5 V)were observed.This molecular engineering strategy for lithium ion conductor advances new possibilities for developing solvent-free and non-migrating electrolyte matrix materials for lithium metal batteries.Shuaishuai Yan Yang Lu Fengxiang Liu Yingchun Xia Qiao Li Kai Liu 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,7:0
19HSP90AA1 promotes lymphatic metastasis of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma by regulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition显示文摘Lymphatic metastasis(LM)emerges as an independent prognostic marker for hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma(HSPSCC),chiefly contributing to treatment inefficacy.This study aimed to scrutinize the prognostic relevance of HSP90AA1 and its potential regulatory mechanism of concerning LM in HPSCC.Methods:In a preceding investigation,HSP90AA1,a differential gene,was discovered through transcriptome sequencing of HPSCC tissues,considering both the presence and absence of LM.Validation of HSP90AA1 expression was accomplished via qRT-PCR,western-blotting(WB),and immunohistochemistry(IHC),while its prognostic significance was assessed employing Kaplan–Meier survival analysis(KMSA),log-rank test(LR),and Cox’s regression analysis(CRA).Bioinformatics techniques facilitated the prediction and analysis of its plausible mechanisms in LM,further substantiated by in vitro and in vivo experiments utilizing FaDu cell lines.Results:HSP90AA1 is substantially upregulated in HPSCC with LM and is identified as an independent prognostic risk determinant.The down-regulation of HSP90AA1 can achieve inhibition of tumor cell proliferation,migration and invasion.Both in vivo experiments and Bioinformatics exploration hint at promoting LM by Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),regulated by HSP90AA1.Conclusions:HSP90AA1,by controlling EMT,can foster LM in HPSCC.This finding sets the foundation for delving into new therapeutic targets for HPSCC.FENGXIANG TANG YANSHI LI MIN PAN ZHIHAI WANG TAO LU CHUAN LIU XIN ZHOU GUOHUA HU 2023Oncology Research2023,31,5:0
20OPTIMAL SYNTHESIS OF PLANAR 4 LIMBS 3-DOF OVERACTUATED PARALLEL MECHANISMS显示文摘Optimal synthesis of a 3-DOF 4 limbs planar parallel mechanism with actuated redundancy is studied. The kinematics equation of the mechanism is developed and the topology of the mecha-nism is classified. The kinematics and force properties of the mechanisms according to the topologies are compared. Furthermore, a global optimizing formulation is derived from the condition number that is a local index usually used to scaling the manipulability isotropy quantitatively. The optimiza-tion is solved by genetic algorithm.
