1自然杀伤T细胞对小鼠肝癌移植瘤的抑制作用(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the inhibition effect of natural killer T(NKT) cells on transplantation hepatocellular carcinoma in mice.Methods:α-galactosylceramide(α-GalCer)-pulsed DC and Hep S were prepared as stimulus.Hepatoma xenograft model was established and mice were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=13 each group):(1) control group,intravenous injection of the same volume of saline.(2) mature DC group,intravenous injection of mature DC cells(4×106 cells).(3) α-GalCer-pulsed HepS group,intravenous injection of α-GalCer-pulsed HepS(4×106 cells).(4) α-GalCer-pulsed mature DC group,intravenous injection of α-GalCer-pulsed DC(4×106 cells).The changes of tumor volume in mice and survival period were measured every 2 days.Percentage of NKT cells in spleens and cytotoxicity of spleen cells were detected by flow cytometry.Tumor tissues were analyzed by histopathological examination.Results:In α-GalCer-pulsed Heps and DC groups,the average survival period was prolonged and tumor volume was markedly decreased,spleen cells and NKT cells were significantly increased,and tumor necrosis was evident,compared to the control group.Conclusion:α-GalCer-pulsed DC and HepS could activate NKT cells in vivo,also increase NKT cells cytotoxicity,inhibit the growth of hepatomas and prolong survival period.Fuxing Chen Hongdan Zhao Nanzheng Zhang Junquan Liu Zhonghai Zhou Leiqing Sun Yu Zhou 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,5:3
2Enhanced treatment for cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury of puerarin loading liposomes through neutrophils-mediated targeted delivery显示文摘The recovery of blood circulation following cerebral infarction-associated thrombolysis brings new damage to the brain,which is cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI).Inflammation is the main pathological mechanism of CIRI.The inflammatory response triggered by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion provides neutrophils with a special opportunity to facilitate drug delivery to the site of ischemic penumbra through the chemotaxis of inflammatory factors by neutrophils.Puerarin is an isoflavone derivative with a significant neuroprotective effect in vitro.But the blood-brain barrier(BBB)impedes its therapeutic efficacy on CIRI within the brain.Inspired by the pathological process,we have used neutrophils as carriers to enhance the BBB penetration of liposomes loaded with puerarin and improve the concentration of puerarin in the brain parenchyma in this study.These results showed that puerarin-containing liposomes were released in response to inflammatory conditions associated with brain injury to enhance the neuroprotection effect at the ischemic penumbra.Wei Liu Haowei Lu Xiaoyong Rao Xiang Li Hongdan Lu Feifei Li Yan He Riyue Yu Rongsheng Zhong Yao Zhang Xiaojian Luo Hongliang Xin 2021Nano Research2021,14,12:2

4Real-Time Instability Detection of Centrifugal Compressors Based on Motor Speed Measurements显示文摘Flow instability in the centrifugal compressor should be detected and avoided for stable and safe operation.Due to the popularity of electric centrifugal compressors,instability detection could be achieved by measuring motor signals instead of traditional aerodynamic signals.In this paper,the feasibility of instability detection by motor signals(i.e.rotating speed and phase current)was studied experimentally.The physical structure and control method of the electric centrifugal compressor were discussed to reveal the potential of instability detection by motor signals.Dynamic pressure signals and motor signals measured during unsteady experiments were analyzed in the time domain and frequency domain.Characteristics of these signals were then compared under different operating conditions to indicate the feasibility of instability detection by motor signals.Finally,the ability of Short-Time Fourier Transform(STFT)of rotating speed signals in real-time instability detection was discussed.Results showed that the rotating speed signal is a good alternate for instability detection in spite of signal distortion,while the phase current signal can only detect surge due to the low resolution of the controller.Based on the variations of the amplitude and frequency of rotating speed signals,the real-time instability can be captured accurately by STFT with a window size of 0.5 s.Besides,the interference caused by the controller can be removed by STFT.CHEN Haoxiang ZHUGE Weilin QIAN Yuping ZHANG Yangjun LIU Hongdan 2023Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,1:0
5Iron-Catalyzed Cross-Electrophile Coupling of Inert C-O Bonds with Alkyl Bromides显示文摘An example of iron-catalyzed cross-electrophile couplingof inert C-O bonds with alkyl bromides via aniron/B_(2)pin_(2) catalytic system has been developed.Aryl and heteroaryl carbamates can smoothly undergothis transformation under mild conditions, deliveringthe alkylated products with good efficiency.This protocol exhibits good functional group compatibilityand enables the late-stage functionalizationof biorelevant compounds, thus providingexcellent opportunities for applications in medicinalchemistry. 6Exploring catalytic behaviors of CoS_(2)-ReS_(2) heterojunction by interfacial engineering显示文摘Herein, a stable and efficient CoS_(2)-ReS_(2) electrocatalyst is successfully constructed by using the different molar ratios of CoS_(2) on ReS_(2). The size and morphology of the catalysts are significantly changed after the CoS_(2) is grown on ReS_(2), providing regulation of the catalytic activity of ReS_(2). Particularly, the optimized CoS_(2)-ReS_(2) shows superior electrocatalytic properties with a low voltage of 1.48 V at 20 mA cm^(-2) for overall water splitting in 1.0 M KOH, which is smaller than the noble metal-based catalysts(1.77 V at 20 mA cm^(-2)). The XPS, XAS, and theoretical data confirm that the interfacial regulation of ReS_(2) by CoS_(2) can provide rich edge catalytic sites, which greatly optimizes the catalytic kinetics and drop the energy barrier for oxygen/hydrogen evolution reactions. 8Research on Transmission Line Tower Tilting and Foundation State Monitoring Technology Based onMulti-Sensor Cooperative Detection and Correction显示文摘The transmission line tower will be affected by bad weather and artificial subsidence caused by the foundation and other factors in the power transmission.The tower’s tilt and severe deformation will cause the building to collapse.Many small changes caused the tower’s collapse,but the early staff often could not intuitively notice the changes in the tower’s state.In the current tower online monitoring system,terminal equipment often needs to replace batteries frequently due to premature exhaustion of power.According to the need for real-time measurement of power line tower,this research designed a real-time monitoring device monitoring the transmission tower attitude tilting and foundation state based on the inertial sensor,the acceleration of 3 axis inertial sensor and angular velocity raw data to pole average filtering pre-processing,and then through the complementary filtering algorithm for comprehensive calculation of tilt angle,the system meets the demand for inclined online monitoring of power line poles and towers regarding measurement accuracy,with low cost and power consumption.The optimization multi-sensor cooperative detection and correction measured tilt angle result relative accuracy can reach 1.03%,which has specific promotion and application value since the system has the advantages of unattended and efficient calculation.Guangxin Zhang Minghui Liu Shichao Cheng Minzhen Wang Changshun Zhao Hongdan Zhao Gaiming Zhong 2024Energy Engineering2024,121,1:0
9Identification and attribute analysis of key stakeholders who influence multidrug-resistant tuberculosis prevention and control in China显示文摘Background There could be various stakeholders who influencing multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB)policy development and implementation,yet their attributes and roles remain unclear in practice.This study aimed to identify key stakeholders in the process of policy-making for MDR-TB control and prevention and to analyse the attributes and relationships of the stakeholders,providing evidence for further policy research on MDR-TB control.Methods This study was conducted from October 2018 to March 2019 and applied the stakeholder analysis guidelines and domestic stakeholder analysis.An initial candidate stakeholder list was developed by policy scanning.Ten experts were invited to identify these candidate stakeholders.The major attribute of these stakeholders were analysed using the Michell scoring method.Based on these results,the intertwined relationships among groups of stakeholders were analysed and mapped through a systematic scan of the policy and literature on MDR-TB control,as well as information obtained from the interviews.Results A list of 21 types of candidate stakeholders was developed after a literature review and policy scanning,of which 11 received 100%approval.After expert evaluation and identification(the total expert authority was 0.80),19 categories of stakeholders were approved and included in the stakeholder analysis.We categorized all of the stakeholders into three groups:(i)definitive stakeholders who are mainly involved in administrative departments and the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC);(ii)expectant stakeholders who are mainly involved with MDR-TB patients,clinical departments of TB hospitals at different levels,community health care facilities,prefectural CDC and charity organizations;and(iii)latent stakeholders who mainly involved family members and neighbours of MDR-TB patients and TB related products manufacturers.Government departments and higher-level CDCs have strong decision-making power in developing MDR-TB control policies whereas the recommendations from service providers and the concerns of patients should be considered.Conclusions The MDR-TB prevention system was a multistakeholder cooperation system that was mainly led by government stakeholders.Enhancing communications with front-line service providers and patients on their unmet needs and evidence-based suggestions would highly benefit policy-making of MDR-TB prevention and control.Bin Chen Hongdan Bao Xinyi Chen Kui Liu Ying Peng Wei Wang Fei Wang Jianmin Jiang Biao Xu 2021Infectious Diseases of Poverty2021,10,4:0
