2High-Performance and Hysteresis-Free Perovskite Solar Cells Based on Rare-Earth-Doped SnO_(2) Mesoporous Scaffold显示文摘Tin oxide(SnO_(2)),as electron transport material to substitute titanium oxide(TiO_(2))in perovskite solar cells(PSCs),has aroused wide interests.However,the performance of the PSCs based on SnO_(2) is still hard to compete with the TiO_(2)-based devices.Herein,a novel strategy is designed to enhance the photovoltaic performance and long-term stability of PSCs by integrating rare-earth ions Ln^(3+)(Sc^(3+),Y^(3+),La^(3+))with SnO_(2) nanospheres as mesoporous scaffold.The doping of Ln promotes the formation of dense and large-sized perovskite crystals,which facilitate interfacial contact of electron transport layer/perovskite layer and improve charge transport dynamics.Ln dopant optimizes the energy level of perovskite layer,reduces the charge transport resistance,and mitigates the trap state density.As a result,the optimized mesoporous PSC achieves a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 20.63%without hysteresis,while the undoped PSC obtains an efficiency of 19.01%.The investigation demonstrates that the rare-earth doping is low-cost and effective method to improve the photovoltaic performance of SnO_(2)-based PSCs.Qiyao Guo Jihuai Wu Yuqian Yang Xuping Liu Zhang Lan Jianming Lin Miaoliang Huang Yuelin Wei Jia Dong Jinbiao Jia Yunfang Huang 2019Research2019,,1:3
3Preparation and evaluation of sustained-release diltiazem hydrochloride pellets显示文摘In this study,diltiazem hydrochloride(DTZ)pellets were prepared successfully by extrusionespheronization method.Then methacrylic acid and ethylcellulose coating formulations were employed to make the DTZ pellets sustained release.The pellets with different coatings were investigated by in vitro dissolution tests.At last,the pellets with the best coating copolymer were subjected to pharmacokinetic studies in beagle dogs.The dissolution profiles of pellets coated with EudragitNE30D were similar to Herbesser,one of the marketed sustained release capsules.In the bioavailability study,the principal pharmacokinetic parameters of self-made pellets and the marketed ones were comparable;the relative bioavailability of DTZ sustained release capsules compared with Herbesserwas 98.536.4%.All the data indicated self-made sustained pellets could prolong the release of DTZ,decrease the fluctuation of drug level in vivo,and increase the compliance of patients.Xiaopeng Han Linan Wang Yinghua Sun Xiaohong Liu Wanjun Liu Yuqian Du Lin Li Jin Sun 2013Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2013,8,4:3

5A Simulation Research Towards Better Leverage of Sales Ranking显示文摘As a kind of the most significantly popular information in markets,the sales ranking has great impacts on consumer choice.However,there are few discussions on how sales ranking should be provided to consumers in the literature.This paper aims to answer the following two questions:1)To what extent does the sales ranking influence consumer choices;2)When the sales ranking should be provided to consumers.To do so,this paper first constructs a sales ranking model and then provides detailed simulation experiments to demonstrate the model.The experimental results show that for markets where consumer preferences are dramatically different,such as music and movie markets,sales rankings do not have significant influences on consumer choices and should not be provided to consumers until a large number of early independent consumer choices have been accumulated.But for markets in which consumer preferences are similar,such as markets for official supplies,sales rankings have more influences on consumer choices and should be provided to consumers earlier.Furthermore,an evolution strategy is proposed to ascertain the most suitable sales rankings(characterised by suitable influence strength and suitable release time)for some specified online markets.The comparison results show that the optimized sales rankings not only can help consumers discover higher-quality products but also can improve overall sales.Lin Tang Leilei Sun Chonghui Guo Yuqian Zuo Zhen Zhang 2021Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2021,30,1:1

7Detection and classification of breast lesions using multiple information on contrast-enhanced mammography by a multiprocess deep-learning system: A multicenter study显示文摘Objective: Accurate detection and classification of breast lesions in early stage is crucial to timely formulate effective treatments for patients. We aim to develop a fully automatic system to detect and classify breast lesions using multiple contrast-enhanced mammography(CEM) images.Methods: In this study, a total of 1,903 females who underwent CEM examination from three hospitals were enrolled as the training set, internal testing set, pooled external testing set and prospective testing set. Here we developed a CEM-based multiprocess detection and classification system(MDCS) to perform the task of detection and classification of breast lesions. In this system, we introduced an innovative auxiliary feature fusion(AFF)algorithm that could intelligently incorporates multiple types of information from CEM images. The average freeresponse receiver operating characteristic score(AFROC-Score) was presented to validate system’s detection performance, and the performance of classification was evaluated by area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC). Furthermore, we assessed the diagnostic value of MDCS through visual analysis of disputed cases,comparing its performance and efficiency with that of radiologists and exploring whether it could augment radiologists’ performance.Results: On the pooled external and prospective testing sets, MDCS always maintained a high standalone performance, with AFROC-Scores of 0.953 and 0.963 for detection task, and AUCs for classification were 0.909[95% confidence interval(95% CI): 0.822-0.996] and 0.912(95% CI: 0.840-0.985), respectively. It also achieved higher sensitivity than all senior radiologists and higher specificity than all junior radiologists on pooled external and prospective testing sets. Moreover, MDCS performed superior diagnostic efficiency with an average reading time of 5 seconds, compared to the radiologists’ average reading time of 3.2 min. 9Vibration characteristics and flutter analysis of a composite laminated plate with a store显示文摘The effects of an external store on the flutter characteristics of a composite laminated plate in a supersonic flow are investigated. The Dirac function is used to formulate the interaction between the plate and the store. The first-order piston theory is used to describe the aerodynamic load. The governing equation of the composite laminated plate with an external store is established based on the Hamilton principle. The mode shapes are constructed by the admissible functions which are a set of characteristic orthogonal polynomials generated directly by the Gram-Schmidt process, and the boundary constraint is modeled as the artificial springs. The frequency and mode shapes of the plate under different boundaries are determined by the Rayleigh-Ritz method. The validity of the proposed approach is confirmed by comparing the results with those obtained from the finite element method(FEM).
