A proposal for the theoretical analysis of the interactive coupled effects between urbanization and the eco-environment in mega-urban agglomerations显示文摘Mega-urban agglomerations are strategic core areas for national economic development and the main regions of new urbanization. They also have important roles in shifting the global economic center of gravity to China. However, the development of mega-urban agglomerations has triggered the interactive coercion between resources and the eco-environment. The interactive coupled effects between urbanization and the eco-environment in mega-urban agglomerations represent frontier and high-priority research topics in the field of Earth system science over the next decade. In this paper, we carried out systematic theoretical analysis of the interactive coupling mechanisms and coercing effects between urbanization and the eco-environment in mega-urban agglomerations. In detail, we analyzed the nonlinear-coupled relationships and the coupling characteristics between natural and human elements in mega-urban agglomerations. We also investigated the interactive coercion intensities between internal and external elements, and the mechanisms and patterns of local couplings and telecouplings in mega-urban agglomeration systems, which are affected by key internal and external control elements. In addition, we proposed the interactive coupling theory on urbanization and the eco-environment in mega-urban agglomerations. Furthermore, we established a spatiotemporal dynamic coupling model with multi-element, multi-scale, multi-scenario, multi-module and multi-agent integrations, which can be used to develop an intelligent decision support system for sustainable development of mega-urban agglomerations. In general, our research may provide theoretical guidance and method support to solve problems related to mega-urban agglomerations and maintain their sustainable development.FANG Chuanglin ZHOU Chenghu GU Chaolin CHEN Liding LI Shuangcheng 2017Journal of Geographical Sciences2017,27,12:36
Ecosystem vulnerability of China under B2 climate scenario in the 21st century显示文摘This paper applies climate change scenarios in China based on the SRES assumptions with the help of RCMs projections by PRECIS (providing regional climates for impacts studies) system introduced to China from the Hadley Centre for Climate Prediction and Research at a high-resolution (50 km×50 km) over China. This research focuses on B2 scenario of SRES. A biogeochemical model 'Atmosphere Vegetation Integrated Model (AVIM2)' was applied to simulating ecosystem status in the 21st century. Then vulnerability of ecosystems was assessed based on a set of index of mainly net primary production (NPP) of vegetation. Results show that climate change would affect ecosystem of China severely and there would be a worse trend with the lapse of time. The regions where having vulnerable ecological background would have heavier impacts while some regions with better ecological background would also receive serious impacts. Extreme climate even would bring about worse impact on the ecosystems. Open shrub and desert steppe would be the two most affected types. When the extreme events happen, vulnerable ecosystem would extend to part of defoliate broad-leaved forest, woody grassland and evergreen conifer forest. Climate change would not always be negative. It could be of some benefit to cold region during the near-term. However, in view of mid-term to long-term negative impact on ecosystem vulnerability would be enormously.WU ShaoHong DAI ErFu HUANG Mei SHAO XueMei LI ShuangCheng TAO Bo 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,10:18
Wavelet analysis of rainfall variation in the Hebei Plain显示文摘Based on the monthly and annual rainfall data of 1955―2000, the multi-time scales characteristics of seasonal and annual rainfall in the past 45 years in the Hebei Plain have been analyzed using Mexican Hat wavelet analysis in this article. The periodic oscillation of rainfall variation and the points of abrupt change at different time scales along the time series are dis-covered. According to the main periods, the trend of rainfall variation in the future has also been estimated. The results indicate that there are obvious periodic oscillations of 8―12 years and 4―6 years for the seasonal and annual rainfalls variation. The variation trend of the summer rainfall is in agreement with that of the annual rainfall and both of them have the main periods of 1 year and 12 years. It is estimated, based on the main period of 1 year, that the amount of rainfall will be relatively small around 2003 and abundant around 2004―2007 in the Hebei Plain.XU Yueqing LI Shuangcheng CAI Yunlong 2005Science China Earth Sciences2005,48,12:12
The wheat MYB-related transcription factor TaMYB72 promotes flowering in rice显示文摘Through large-scale transformation analyses, Ta MYB72 was identified as a flowering time regulator in wheat. Ta MYB72 is a MYB family transcription factor localized to the nucleus. Three Ta MYB72 homologs,Ta MYB72-A, Ta MYB72-B and Ta MYB72-D, cloned from hexaploid wheat were mapped to the short arm of the group 6 chromosomes. Under the long-day conditions,over-expression of the Ta MYB72 in rice shortened the flowering time by approximately 12 d. Expression analyses suggest that Ta MYB72 may function through upregulation of florigen genes Hd3 a and RFT1.Lichao Zhang Guoxiang Liu Jizeng Jia Guangyao Zhao Chuan Xia Lina Zhang Fu Li Qiang Zhang Chunhao Dong Shuangcheng Gao Longzhi Han Xiuping Guo Xin Zhang Jinxia Wu Xu Liu Xiuying Kong 2016Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2016,58,8:8
GRAIN LENGTH AND AWN 1 negatively regulates grain size in rice显示文摘Grain size is an important factor determining yield in rice. Here, we identified a recessive mutant gene, grain length and awn 1 (gla1), which caused a significant increase in grain length and weight, and was associated with long awns. The gla1 mutation was mapped to a single-nucleotide polymorphism in a gene encoding a cytoplasmically-localized mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) phosphatase. Overexpression of GLA1 caused a decrease in grain length, and the GLA1 protein interacted with OsMAPK6. These results suggest that GLA1 may serve as a negative regulator of the OsMAPKK4-OsMAPK6 cascade, controlling grain size via the dephosphorylation of OsMAPK6.Tao Wang Ting Zou Zhiyuan He Guoqiang Yuan Tao Luo Jun Zhu Yueyang Liang Qiming Deng Shiquan Wang Aiping Zheng Huainian Liu Lingxia Wang Ping Li Shuangcheng Li 2019Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2019,61,10:7
Asymptotic solution of thermocapillary convection in two immiscible liquid layers in a shallow annular cavity显示文摘The steady laminar two-dimensional thermocapillary convection of two superposed horizontal liquid layers in a shallow annular cavity was investigated using asymptotical analysis. The liquids were supposed to be immiscible with a nondeformable interface. The cavity was heated from the outer cylindrical wall and cooled at the inner wall.Bottom and top surfaces were rigid and adiabatic.Asymptotic solutions were obtained in the core region in the limit as the aspect ratio, which was defined as the ratio of the lower layer thickness to the gap width, and trended to zero. The numerical experiments were also carried out to compare with the asymptotic solution of the steady two-dimensional thermocapillary convection. It is found that the expressions of velocity and temperature fields in the core region are valid in the limit of the small aspect ratio.LI YouRong,WANG ShuangCheng,WU ShuangYing & SHI WanYuan College of Power Engineering,Chongqing University,Chongqing 400044,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,6:6
Spatial Process of Green Infrastructure Changes Associated with Rapid Urbanization in Shenzhen,China显示文摘Through a case study of Shenzhen City,China, this study focused on a quantitative method for analyzing the spatial processes involved in green infrastructure changes associated with rapid urbanization.Based on RS,GIS and SPSS statistics software, the approach includes selection of the square analysis units and representative landscape metrics, quantification of the change types of landscape metrics in all analysis units through two indices and hierarchical cluster analysis of the above analysis units with different landscape metric change types(i.e.spatial attributes). The analyses verify that there is a significant sequence of continuous changes in green infrastructure in Shenzhen. They are the perforation, the segmentation, the fragmentation, the evanescence and the filling-in processes, which have a good spatio-temporal correspondence with urbanization and reflect the synthetic influence of urban planning, government policies and landforms.Compared with other studies on quantifying the spatial pattern, this study provides an alternative probe into linking the spatial pattern to spatial processes and the corresponding ecological processes in the future. These spatio-temporal processes offer many opportunities for identifying, protecting and restoring key elements in an urban green infrastructure network for areas in the early stages of urbanization or for non-urbanized areas.CHANG Qing LI Shuangcheng WANG Yanglin WU Jiansheng XIE Miaomiao 2013Chinese Geographical Science2013,23,1:6
Less and shrunken pollen 1(LSP1) encodes a member of the ABC transporter family required for pollen wall development in rice(Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘Pollen fertility is an agronomic trait that strongly influences rice yield. Recent studies have revealed that the development of the pollen wall is required for pollen fertility and is regulated by several genes. However, the mechanisms underlying pollen and pollen wall development in rice remain largely unknown. In the present study, a point mutation in a gene on chromosome 1 was identified that resulted in the production of less and shrunken pollen(LSP) and led to defects in pollen wall formation. This gene was named LSP1 and was found to encode a member of the adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette(ABC)transporter G subfamily, OsABCG3. Two other loss-of-function mutants of LSP1/OsABCG3,generated using CRISPR/Cas9 technology, showed the same male sterile phenotype. The LSP1/OsABCG3 gene showed a spatio-temporal expression pattern in the developing anthers, and is an ortholog of the Arabidopsis genes At ABCG1 and At ABCG16, which play an important role in pollen wall development. Mutation of LSP1/OsABCG3 affected the expression of several genes involved in pollen and pollen wall formation. These results suggest that LSP1/OsABCG3 is critical for normal pollen fertility and shed light on the molecular mechanisms underlying rice pollen wall development.Tao Luo Ting Zou Guoqiang Yuan Zhiyuan He Wenjie Li Yang Tao Miaomiao Liu Dan Zhou Hongfeng Zhao Jun Zhu Yueyang Liang Qiming Deng Shiquan Wang Aiping Zheng Huainian Liu Lingxia Wang Ping Li Shuangcheng Li 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,3:4

DEAP1 encodes a fasciclin-like arabinogalactan protein required for male fertility in rice显示文摘Arabinogalactan proteins(AGPs)are widely distributed in plant cells.Fasciclin-like AGPs(FLAs)belong to a subclass of AGPs that play important roles in plant growth and development. However, little is known about the biological functions of rice FLA.Herein,we report the identification of a male-sterile mutant of DEFECTIVE EXINE AND APERTURE PATTERNING1(DEAP1)in rice. The deap1 mutant anthers produced aberrant pollen grains with defective exine formation and a flattened aperture annulus and exhibited slightly delayed tapetum degradation.DEAP1 encodes a plasma membrane-associated member of groupⅢplant FLAs and is specifically and temporally expressed in reproductive cells and the tapetum layer during male development.Gene expression studies revealed reduced transcript accumulation of genes related to exine formation, aperture patterning, and tapetum development in deap1 mutants.Moreover,DEAP1 may interact with two rice D6 PROTEIN KINASE-LIKE3 s(OsD6PKL3s),homologs of a known Arabidopsis aperture protein,to affect rice pollen aperture development. Our findings suggested that DEAP1 is involved in male reproductive development and may affect exine formation and aperture patterning, thereby providing new insights into the molecular functions of plant FLAs in male fertility.Dan Zhou Ting Zou Kaixuan Zhang Pingping Xiong Fuxing Zhou Hao Chen Gongwen Li Kaiyou Zheng Yuhao Han Kun Peng Xu Zhang Shangyu Yang Qiming Deng Shiquan Wang Jun Zhu Yueyang Liang Changhui Sun Xiumei Yu Huainian Liu Lingxia Wang Ping Li Shuangcheng Li 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,7:2

Surface pollen in the east of Qaidam Basin显示文摘Pollen analysis of 23 surface samples in the east of Qaidam Basin reveals the characteristics of pollen assemblages and their relationships with vegetation and climate. In pollen assemblages, Chenopodiaceae and Artemisia are preponderant types in all the samples, and Ephedra, Gramineae and Compositae are common types. The results of DCA (Detrended Correspondance Analysis) and Correlation Analysis show different pollen assemblages indicate different vegetations, coincided with respective vegetation types. A/C (Artemisia/Chenopodiaceae) in the desert can indicate the aridity. Depending on the aridity, the vegetation communities are divided into four groups: severe drought group, moderate drought group, slight drought group and tropophilous group. A/C value is less 0.2 in the severe drought group, 0.2–0.5 in the moderate drought group, 1.63 in the slight drought group and 5.72 slight-wetness group.CHEN Hui ZHAO Dongsheng LU Xinmiao LI Yuecong XU Qinghai LI Shuangcheng OUYANG Hua 2006Journal of Geographical Sciences2006,16,4:2

Evaluation of the chemical profile from four germplasms sources of Pruni Semen using UHPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap-MS and multivariate analyses显示文摘Pruni Semen, the seed of several unique Prunus plants,is a traditional purgative herbal material. To determine the authentic sources of Pruni Semen,46 samples from four species were collected and analyzed.Ten compounds including multiflorin A(Mul A),a notable purative compound, were isolated and identified by chemical separation and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Seventy-six communal components were identified by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with linear ion trap-quadrupole Orbitrap mass spectrometry, and acetyl flavonoid glycosides were recognized as characteristic constituents. The flavonoids were distributed in the seed coat and cyanogenic glycosides in the kernel.Based on this, methods for identifying Pruni Semen from different sources were established using chemical fingerprinting, quantitative analysis of the eight principal compounds, hierarchical cluster analysis, principal component analysis, and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis. The results showed that the samples were divided into two categories:one is the small seeds from Prunus humilis(Ph)and Prunus japonica(Pj),and the other is the big seeds from Prunus pedunculata(Pp)and Prunus triloba(Pt).The average content of Mul A was 3.02,6.93,0.40,and 0.29 mg/g,while the average content of amygdalin was 18.5,17.7,31.5,and 30.9 mg/g in Ph,Pj,Pp,and Pt,respectively. All the above information suggests that small seeds might be superior sources of Pruni Semen. This is the first comprehensive report on the identification of chemical components in Pruni Semen from different species.Zihan Zhao Yue Liu Yushi Zhang Zeyu Geng Rina Su Lipeng Zhou Chao Han Zhanjun Wang Shuangcheng Ma Weidong Li 2022Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,5:1

Determination of the Seismogenic Structure of the 1861 East of Pulandian M6.0 earthquake显示文摘The 1861 M6.0 earthquake occurring in the east of Pulandian is another strong earthquake with M≥6.0 besides the 1975 Haicheng M7.3 earthquake in the Liaodong peninsula. Through repeated investigations, the epicenter of the 1861 earthquake was located at Gupao, a village east of Pulandian. Based on the analyses of damage survey and precise location of modern instrumental earthquake data, the activity and seismic risk of the Jinzhou fault, Pulandian bay fault and the NW-trending Pulandian fault were analyzed. And by comparing the deep seismogenic environment between Pulandian and Haicheng, it is found that, as a neogenic active fault, the NW-trending fault, conjugated with the Jinzhou fault, has a higher seismic risk. The NW-trending fault is the seismogenic structure of the 1861 M6.0 earthquake. And the Jinzhou fault, as a major fault in the Liaodong Peninsula, has controlled the seismicity of the region. The Pulandian bay fault is relatively inactive, with weak seismicity, and unrelated to the earthquake.Wan Bo Li Yutong Zhang Shuangcheng 2011Earthquake Research in China2011,25,4:0
A Prospecting Mineralogy Study: Arsenopyrite In Endogenetic Gold Deposits显示文摘Arsenopyrite is one of very important and common auriferous minerals in endogenetic gold deposits. In seven gold deposits, the prospecting typomorphic characteristics of arsenopyrite, such as morphological typomorphism, composition typomorphism, pyroelectricity typomorphism and so on, were established. The crystal form of arsenopyrite is simple, and the form symbols mainly are {101}, {120}, {210}, {140}, {230}, {012}, etc. The smaller grain and poor crystal form arsenopyrite indicates the better auriferous characteristics. The major elements (Fe, As and S) of gold-bearing arsenopyrite usually show Fe/As+S>0.5,As/S<1 which deviates from its theoretical value. The most important trace element is Au and next is Ag in arsenopyrite, and they often show the positive correlation. The pyroelectricity of arsenopyrite can reflect the mineralization epoch, and it also is related to the crystal form and granudarity.LI Xiaomin (Collegg of Earth Science, Jilin University, Changchun, 130061, P.R.China) ZHANG Hongzhi (904 Hydrogelogy and Engineering Geology Team of Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, Shuangcheng, 150100, P.R.China) 2001Global Geology2001,6,2:0
