1改进的石墨烯基材料用作菜籽油转酯化反应制生物柴油的有效催化剂(英文)显示文摘本文研究了不同石墨烯基材料用作转酯化反应制备生物柴油催化剂的性能.将磺酸基或磷酸盐基嫁接到热还原的氧化石墨烯表面,制备了固体酸石墨烯基样品.并采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、热重分析、X射线光电子能谱、N2吸附-脱附法、电位滴定法、元素分析以及红外光谱法对所制样品进行了全面表征.将所制样品用于130 oC带压力的条件下菜籽油与甲醇转酯化反应中,并将其催化活性与商用的多相酸催化剂Amberlyst-15的进行了比较.结果表明,所有改进的样品在转酯化反应中均表现出催化活性,但各样品上生物柴油产率差别较大.其中以苯二氮磺酸基功能化的热还原氧化石墨烯样品上脂肪酸甲酯产率最高,反应6 h后达70%,也明显高于商用催化剂Amberlyst-15.该样品也表现出良好的重复使用性能.Justina Gaidukevic Jurgis Barkauskas Anna Malaika Paulina Rechnia-Goracy Aleksandra Mozdzynska Vitalija Jasulaitiene Mieczyslaw Kozlowski 2018Chinese Journal of Catalysis2018,39,10:6
2Sodium modification of zirconia catalysts for ethanol coupling to 1-butanol显示文摘The influences of adding sodium to zirconia on the acid-base properties of the surface and on the catalytic conversion of ethanol and acetone were investigated. The rates of ethanol dehydration, dehydrogenation and coupling were evaluated in a fixed-bed flow reactor operating at temperatures from 613 to 673 K. The rate of acetone condensation was evaluated in the same reactor operating at 473 573 K. Addition of 1.0 wt% Na to ZrO2 decreased the rate of ethanol dehydration by more than an order of magnitude, which was consistent with a neutralization of acid sites evaluated by ammonia adsorption microcalorimetry. Addition of 1.0 wt% Na to ZrO2 also increased the base site density quantified by carbon dioxide adsorption microcalorimetry and the rate of acetone condensation. Although the rate of ethanol coupling was not increased by the addition of Na, the overall selectivity of ethanol to butanol was improved over the 1.0 wt% Na/ZrO2 sample because of the significant inhibition of ethanol dehydration.Joseph T.
