| 2 | 冠心病患者白细胞介素-37水平的变化显示文摘目的:通过检测冠心病(CHD)患者血浆白细胞介素(IL)-37水平变化,探讨IL-37与CHD发生的可能关系。方法:经冠状动脉(冠脉)造影证实的CHD患者90例,其中急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组60例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组30例;另选取35例造影正常者作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血浆IL-37水平,流式细胞术检测外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Tregs)比例。结果:①与对照组比较,ACS组及SAP组血浆IL-37水平均显著下降(均P<0.05),ACS组血浆IL-37水平低于SAP组(P<0.05);②与对照组比较,ACS组及SAP组外周血Tregs比例均显著降低(均P<0.01),ACS组外周血Tregs比例与SAP组差异无统计学意义;③血浆IL-37水平与Tregs比例呈正相关性(r=0.564,P<0.01),与C反应蛋白、TC及LDL-C水平呈负相关性(r分别为-0.431、-0.327与-0.653,均P<0.05),与TG、HDL-C及空腹血糖无明显相关性。结论:CHD患者血脂异常可能与IL-37水平下降有关,IL-37在动脉粥样硬化炎症反应中的作用和机制可能与Tregs有关。 | 董江川 Kishan kumar Kushwaha 李大主 | 2013 | 临床心血管病杂志2013,29,1: | 5 |

RP1A-12 mediated control of peanut stem rot caused by Sclerotium rolfsii显示文摘Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. is a destructive soilborne fungal pathogen with a wide host range that includes peanuts. Biological control offers an interesting alternative to fungicides for sustainable management of soilborne diseases. The current investigation is aimed at evaluating one potential biocontrol agent Streptomyces sp. RP1 A-12 for growth promotion and the management of peanut stem rot disease caused by S. rolfsii under field conditions. Preliminary studies conducted under in vitro and the greenhouse conditions showed promising results against the stem rot pathogen. Further in vitro and pot experiments conducted to assess Streptomyces sp. RP1 A-12 for its growth promoting abilities using whole organisms have shown an increase in seed germination, root and shoot length. Other parameters like nodule number and plant biomass were also significantly increased over control treatments indicating that the test bioagent possesses growth promoting abilities along with disease suppression capabilities. Subsequently field studies were carried out for two consecutive rainy seasons. The bioagent was applied as whole organism and partially purified crude metabolites. Results indicate the bioagent reduced stem rot disease incidence by 64–67% and 22–49% respectively in two field trials conducted with notable increase in yield. Partially purified Streptomyces sp. | 4 | Tween 80 containing lipid nanoemulsions for delivery of indinavir to brain显示文摘Indinavir is a protease inhibitor used in the treatment of HIV infection.However,it has limited efficacy in eradicating the virus in the brain due to efflux by P-glycoprotein(P-gp)expressed at the blood–brain barrier(BBB).The objective of this work was to develop an o/w lipid nanoemulsion(LNE)of indinavir using Tween 80 as co-emulsifier to improve its brain specific delivery.LNEs were prepared with different compositions and were characterized for globule size,polydispersity index,zeta potential and in vitro drug release.Five formulations were then evaluated for drug content,entrapment efficiency and stability after which brain uptake studies were carried out using fluorescent labeled LNEs and pharmacokinetic(PK)and tissue distribution studies were conducted after intravenous administration in mice.Brain uptake of indinavir was shown to be improved for a 1%Tween 80 containing formulation(F5)compared to a formulation containing 0.3%cholesterol(F2).In PK studies,the brain level of indinavir subsequent to administration of F5 was significantly(Po0.05)higher than produced by administration of a drug solution(2.44-fold)or a control nanoemulsion(F1)(1.48-fold)or formulation F2(1.6-fold).The increased brain specific accumulation of indinavir from F5 is probably due to enhanced low density lipoprotein-mediated endocytosis and P-gp inhibition by Tween 80 at the BBB.These results suggest Tween 80 containing LNEs could provide a simple but effective means of delivering indinavir to brain. | Kandadi Prabhakar Syed Muzammil Afzal Goparaboina Surender Veerabrahma Kishan | 2013 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2013,3,5: | 2 |
