1Tunable Schottky barrier width and enormously enhanced photoresponsivity in Sb doped SnS2 monolayer显示文摘Doping, which is the intentional introducti on of impurities into a material, can improve the metal-semiconductor interface by reducing Schottky barrier width. Here, we prese nt high-quality two-dime nsional SnS2 nano sheets with well-controlled Sb dopi ng concen tration via direct vapor growth approach and following micromechanical cleavage process. X-ray photoelectro n spectroscopy (XPS) measureme nt dem on strates that Sb contents of the doped samples are approximately 0.22%, 0.34% and 1.21%, respectively, and doping in duces the upward shift of the Fermi level with respect to the pristi ne SnS2. Tran smissio n electro n microscopy (TEM) characterizatio n exhibits that Sb-doped SnS2 nano sheets have a high-quality hexagonal symmetry structure and Sb element is uniformly distributed in the nano sheets. The phototra nsistors based on the Sb-doped SnS2 mono layers show n-type behavior with high mobility which is one order of magn itude higher than that of pristi ne SnS2 phototra nsistors. The photorespo nsivity and exter nal quantum efficiency (EQE) of Sb-S nS2 mono layers phototra nsistors are approximately three orders of magnitude higher than that of pristine SnS2 phototransistor. 2Interaction-Aware Cut-In Trajectory Prediction and Risk Assessment in Mixed Traffic显示文摘Accurately predicting the trajectories of surrounding vehicles and assessing the collision risks are essential to avoid side and rear-end collisions caused by cut-in.To improve the safety of autonomous vehicles in the mixed traffic,this study proposes a cut-in prediction and risk assessment method with considering the interactions of multiple traffic participants.The integration of the support vector machine and Gaussian mixture model(SVM-GMM)is developed to simultaneously predict cut-in behavior and trajectory.The dimension of the input features is reduced through Chebyshev fitting to improve the training efficiency as well as the online inference performance.Based on the predicted trajectory of the cut-in vehicle and the responsive actions of the autonomous vehicles,two risk measurements are introduced to formulate the comprehensive interaction risk through the combination of Sigmoid function and Softmax function.Finally,the comparative analysis is performed to validate the proposed method using the naturalistic driving data.The results show that the proposed method can predict the trajectory with higher precision and effectively evaluate the risk level of a cut-in maneuver compared to the methods without considering interaction.Xianglei Zhu Wen Hu Zejian Deng Jinwei Zhang Fengqing Hu Rui Zhou Keqiu Li Fei-Yue Wang 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,10:2

19An Improved BPNN Prediction Method Based on Multi-Strategy Sparrow Search Algorithm显示文摘Data prediction can improve the science of decision-making by making predictions about what happens in daily life based on natural law trends.Back propagation(BP)neural network is a widely used prediction method.To reduce its probability of falling into local optimum and improve the prediction accuracy,we propose an improved BP neural network prediction method based on a multi-strategy sparrow search algorithm(MSSA).The weights and thresholds of the BP neural network are optimized using the sparrow search algorithm(SSA).Three strategies are designed to improve the SSA to enhance its optimization-seeking ability,leading to the MSSA-BP prediction model.The MSSA algorithm was tested with nine different types of benchmark functions to verify the optimization performance of the algorithm.Two different datasets were selected for comparison experiments on three groups of models.Under the same conditions,the mean absolute error(MAE),root mean square error(RMSE),andmean absolute percentage error(MAPE)of the prediction results of MSSA-BPwere significantly reduced,and the convergence speed was significantly improved.MSSA-BP can effectively improve the prediction accuracy and has certain application value.Xiangyan Tang Dengfang Feng KeQiu Li Jingxin Liu Jinyang Song Victor S.Sheng 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,2:0
20MiR-125a-5p is Upregulated in Plasma of Residents from An Electronic Waste Recycling Site显示文摘The mechanism of health effects caused by organohalogen pollutants, e.g., toxins from electronic waste(e-waste), is poorly understood. We supposed that micro RNAs(mi RNAs), an important post-transcriptional regulator, could play a role in this process. In this study, fasting peripheral blood samples were collected from residents living at an e-waste site in northern China and a nearby reference population. Concentrations of e-waste related organohalogen pollutants in plasma from the exposure group were higher than the corresponding measurement in the reference group. Correspondingly, sixty mi RNAs in plasma showed > 2-fold change between the two groups in microarray analysis. Among them, mi R-125a-5p was confirmed to be upregulated by q RT-PCR and its validated targets were enriched in responses to xenobiotics and cancer related pathways. Furthermore, significant positive correlations were found between levels of mi R-125a-5p in plasma and reactive oxygen species(ROS) in polymorphonuclear neutrophil leukocytes(P < 0.05).
